Apartment well located, close to points such as restaurants, market, beach. Franklim is excellent too!

The flat had breathtaking views over the city. Gym situated on the top floor was even better, work outs with a view of Rio were unreal. The flat was in the best location in the city. Leblon is safe, lots of security, guarded blocks etc felt safe walking by night as well. Plenty to do around, quick walk to the beach, really couldn’t have picked a better Airbnb. Awesome experience, can recommend to everyone.

This was my second stay and was just as good as the first. This is definitely a go to apartment and location. Enzo the Host is wonderful, responsive and friendly. I appreciate the flexible check in and check out to accommodate my flight schedule.

Apartment in great condition, very well located and close to several restaurants and things to do in Leblon. Solange was very polite and explained everything about the house and was available to answer questions at any time.

That accommodation that you can close with your eyes closed. High Point in all aspects: location, building has many services (storage, messenger, gym, swimming pool), apartment has everything a family needs for a comfortable stay. Voltaria for sure. Very friendly and helpful host.

I absolutely loved staying at Rosalia’s. Very friendly and relaxed hosts. Lots of space to yourself despite being in somebody’s home. Felt so comfortable and peaceful. The views are remarkable. I will be back for sure when I’m next in Rio.

thanks to the owners for having given their place to my stadia, and for the impeccable support I received. The house is huge. Furniture, items, all the first line. you get there will feel like a mansion. I stayed for a week and I was able to enjoy the city well next to it. the noise of the sea that sounds from the door of the entrance to the window of the suite, brings a peace of another world. could not have found a better place to enjoy this beautiful city of which it is that of maricá. and to those who seek pure peace, comfort and be super close to the sea and walk quietly through the sand, here is a beautiful place that I super recommend. I hope I can return soon to maricá and give continuity in enjoying everything

Monica was very hospitable and we were very comfortable since the reception. She is very fine people, she has a good conversation and has given us several stays about locomotion and what to do in the Flamengo region. The house is in a very charming and super safe villa. It's near the subway and has a good variety of buses. A find! The room that was made available to me is large, has a comfortable bed, air-conditioned and a bathroom in front, which only my friend and I use. Super recommend staying with her!!!

Lorena is a friendliness of person. I received my family with great affection and attention, always willing to help us. The Oceanside condominium is spectacular. Fantastic landscape overlooking the beach. Attentive and always requested employees. I highly recommend it.

First time traveller to Rio - I would highly recommend & stay again! The apartment is incredible, great amenities, safe & secure, and in a great location. Host - Joshua and his team are super responsive and willing to help with anything you need. Joshua was a great guy and host; on hand if needed, super chill and relaxed. Apartment - the design is to a really high standard, beautiful aesthetics and materials, and all the latest high tech appliances. All the furnitue and fixture are high quality. There is small communal pool and seating area on the rooftop which is a nice place to relax. The entrance is secure will facial recognition only for guests in the apartment block. WiFi was reliable and quick. Location - it’s set in a perfect spot in Ipanema with restaurants, bars, supermarkets, cafes, gyms all in walking distance close. It’s set in a residential area making the place feel quiet amongst the city vibe. The beach is less than 10 minutes. 5 stars 🌟

I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs over the years, and Jeovan and Andre’s condo at Blue Vision Condominium in Barra de Tijuca is by far the best. The condo is stunning, with a spacious balcony featuring a pool and steam room that made relaxing effortless. Inside, the big TVs, built-in water filters, and thoughtful amenities made it feel like home. My girlfriend loved the nearby Pilates studio, and the 24/7 security downstairs added an extra layer of comfort. What truly set this stay apart was the hosts. Jeovan and Andre were the most responsive and accommodating hosts I’ve ever encountered on Airbnb, always quick to answer questions and ensure everything was perfect. Their attention to detail and genuine care made all the difference. Overall, this condo offers luxury, convenience, and unmatched hospitality. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will absolutely stay here again when I’m back in Rio. Highly recommend!

Our stay in the apartment was perfect, all clean, furniture, comfortable bed, bath towels style "bath", great communication and pro activity of Guilherme, responded and solved everything quickly. The condominium has everything very close by, bakery, restaurant (near the pool, fair and delicious price!), running track, super wooded, has a mini mall next to the condominium. Very safe too!!! Score 10 for everything!

Timo is an exceptional host. The heated pool and space itself are wonderful - it turned me to visiting Barra da Tijuca more! Timo is extremely responsive and kind - he even offered proactively to help me with accommodating for my flight and with every bump was there responding right away making sure I was taken care of. Highly recommend!!
