Horse Box - Glamping with a view!

DaiRating, 5 stars5 months ago
We booked Pryderi somewhat last minute (with just a couple of weeks notice) after having to cancel our original accommodation. The host was very responsive when I had a query prior to booking and the booking process was smooth. The photos don't do the views justice - you can see the sea from the front patio doors across the fields. We initially couldn't get the hot water working with the shower but this was resolved straight away! From Pryderi, we were able to explore Snowdonia and the local beaches (Traeth Nefyn is definitley recommended as a sandy dog friendly beach not far away). Fortunately, we had a clear sky on the last night so we had a fire going outside in the fireplace whilst looking at the clear night sky. We would definitley stay again!

Any touring caravan site in Snowdonia/Wales.

SamRating, 5 stars5 months ago
Great host, lovely caravan, in a beautiful location. Trevor went that extra mile when we left some clothes in a wardrobe and only realised when we were back home. With no fuss, he bagged them up and sent them by post the next working day. An absolute life saver.

Spacious caravan on edge of Snowdonia

Maria MathildeRating, 5 stars7 months ago
Our stay at Della and John’s sheep farm in Wales was enchanting. Nestled in serene landscapes, the caravan fit our family of six perfectly, providing all essentials. Della and John welcomed us warmly, sharing their vast knowledge of the area and guiding us to local adventures. Their genuine care and passion were evident in every interaction. Our sons, Hannibal and Bertil, adored playing with their dog, and exploring the farm land. Watching sheep shearing was a fascinating glimpse into authentic farm life, and the ancient sights they introduced us to added rich history to our trip. The peaceful surroundings, with varied birds and animals, created a tranquil atmosphere. The kids enjoyed the swings, adding simple joy to their days. Our stay was more than a vacation—it was an immersion into a heartfelt, knowledgeable, and kind way of life. We left with full hearts and lasting memories. Highly recommended for those seeking relaxation, adventure, and genuine hospitality.

Cosy caravan with spectacular views...

HannahRating, 5 stars20 months ago
We loved our stay at Meg’s lovely caravan. The host was friendly, very helpful and an excellent communicator. To our surprise, caravan was well stocked with fully functioning kitchen and a bathroom. Location wise, we couldn’t ask more, situated in beautiful surroundings easy to get to any north Wales mountains range, including Snowdonia, made such a difference to our hiking trip and we will cherish the summer memories years to come in Rhiwlas. Highly recommend and thanks so much hosting us.

Me and my children absolutely loved the caravan! It had more than we needed, everything worked well and was super clean and tidy. We felt very comfortable and safe the whole time. Trevor was very friendly and told us recommendations which we used. The area is stunning and it is a short drive to the seaside as well as the mountains. We would definitely visit again as we love the peace and beautiful surroundings ☺️

Swift Retreats Cosy Caravan Breaks

ChristineRating, 5 stars29 months ago
This place is a hidden gem, you will be spoilt as soon as you arrive with the most amazing welcome pack with freshly baked goodies and your hosts are just so lovely, nothing is too much trouble, and they have a wealth of information about the area which was just brilliant as we were able to visit places that we may not have even considered. The caravan is lovely, has all that you need and is really comfy, Cheryl has literally thought of everything! Nothing is too far to visit, a 5 minute drive and you are at the coast, the coastline is just stunning! I will definitely be recommending this place to my friends

Snowdonia Woodland 3/4 bed Caravan & Wood Burner

ThomasRating, 5 stars5 months ago
Fantastic stay a August the weekend! Very good price. Off the grid, very little phone signal which is exactly what we wanted in some picturesque woodlands we had all to ourselves. Tim was very communicative, easy to contact and sent a PDF of clear instructions, rules and guidance. Hope to stay again sometime.

Cefn Coed Woodland Camping - Pitch1

MariaRating, 5 stars17 months ago
Beautiful camp spots! The road down to the camp isn't too bad, lots of passing places. Lovely Thai food available to purchase. I had a forest pitch and it was just lovely. Then there's a walk down to the estuary and you can see the sunset down there. Toilets kept clean and stocked up. Also a small shop for snacks and basics! I would definitely come back :)

Lovely caravan to rent open till middle of january

JayneRating, 5 stars52 months ago
A beautifully laid out, modern, spacious caravan just a 10 minute walk from the beach. Plenty of space for the little ones to run about outside with a well equipped park and basketball/football ground. Janie was a wonderful host and was quick to reply to any questions we had. Highly recommended!

Off-Grid Horsebox Retreat in Rural Mid Wales

RobertRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the woodlem box. Duncan met us on arrival and talked us through everything we needed to know and we met Sara when we were checking out. Both of them were super nice and friendly and we enjoyed chatting with them. The place itself is a lovely little place with everything you need for a stay away and the fire and hob were super easy to use. The bose speaker in the place is really good too and you can't hear the music from the loo so no worries about disturbing the hosts at all. Being greeted by the chickens when going outside was cool, there's a couple of big fellas amongst them but all friendly. The fire in the place really doesn't take much to heat the place up so just be aware to maybe open a couple of windows if you like chucking wood on the fire haha We took a short drive out to Pistyll Rhaeadr waterfall and lake Vyrnwy and the scenery was beautiful. Also had food at the Raven in Welshpool which was nice. All in all a superb trip!

Peaceful Caravan-nr Betws-y-Coed, Snowdon, ZIP

RickyRating, 5 stars3 months ago
This was the second time staying in one of Sylvia's properties, this time it was one of her caravans. The caravan is in a quiet spot with a lovely view, and away from the other properties so very peaceful. It was very clean and tidy with all you could need inside. I was a single occupant so more than enough room for me as it's a 4 berth van. I would definitely stay again, so thanks to Sylvia once again.

Bluebell the horsebox on the edge of Snowdonia

PhilRating, 5 stars5 months ago
I enjoyed my stay at Bluebell. It's a different experience, cosy, peaceful and rustic. Bed was very comfortable and I slept like a log. It's a good base to walk from as well as explore all the area has to offer. Not for everyone maybe but I took a photo of Bluebell before I left and I will have a little smile whenever I see that photo so I guess that says it all.

Cosy caravan with wood fired hot tub.

ChloeRating, 5 stars5 months ago
Absolutely beautiful place to stay. Stunning location and a unique set up that will be rare to find anywhere else. From the gazebo/ hot tub, the camper itself and the surrounding areas, everything was clean and tidy and beautifully decorated. Out of the way of all the hustle and bustle of a big town but also able to access bigger places if that's what you'd like. Stunning views from the front of the camper and a great nights sky full of stars from the field at the back. Nina was very friendly and offered some great tips for our stay. Overall amazing hosts and accommodation, can't wait to come back!

Peaceful Hide-Away at Llanfihangel Glyn Myfyr

MadelynRating, 5 stars3 months ago
An absolute gem of a home, galaxies away from the rat race. As a solo traveller, this was a true escape into a massive chunk of heaven! A tranquil green haven with dark skies at night. I absolutely loved the fire drum outside and using the very efficient log burner inside the caravan. Ruth and Chris looked after me - a special mention to Ruth's delectable ginger cake!! The caravan had everything I needed to stay comfortably. The off grid location is well situated to access plenty of different outdoor pursuits, but you needn't go far for full access into adventure! I can whole heartedly recommend a stay ....but be prepared to enter Bliss and to not want to leave again! Thank you again, Ruth, Chris and not forgetting the gorgeous Pilot x

It was a very beatiful place we have stayed with family. The features are exactly same. Martyn and his family are very frirndly. Felt like a brother I should say. It was my first time to stay in a Caravan. Martyn gave all the informations regardingthre same. My daughter enjoyed alot. She played with Martyn' s children and the dogs. All areverty friendly. I still love to remember the day Martyns place of accommodation. Feels like you are exactly staying by exploring the nature. A shop available 2-3miles away from the facility to buy necessory items. we all enjoyed the place and love to visit there in future. Highly reccomended. ♥️♥️♥️
