Lovely place to stay and would stay again, had a amazing 2 days and made some great memories

The house was perfect. Quiet location. Parking space at rear. The place was massive - a big kitchen, large lounge and three bedrooms. Well equipped and very modern feel. Really close to the West Shore beach with a pub/restaurant just around the corner and a local shop. A flat 15-20 minute walk into the centre of Llandudno (buses are available!) where there are lots of places to eat. A really great location for exploring North Wales, including Conwy, Caernarfon and Anglesey.

Ideally located to both Conwy and Llandudno giving great options for both Towns with great views of the estuary. The host Megan was wonderful providing great instructions always responsive and this gave a superb start to a great stay. A highly recommended place tostay .........

Great place and great host very quiet location and a short walk to the beach. Property was very clean and everything was in great condition look forward to staying again.

A great place right near everything you need whether it be the seafront, the Great Orme or shops, bars and restaurants. Jo and Mike are great hosts, really friendly and responsive and the apartment has everything you could possibly need for a stay. Highly recommended.

Due to a late arrival the hosts were very understanding and supportive. The place was exactly as described and very clean and today. It was very well located for access to the village.

We stayed at with Lowri for a few nights while we climbed Snowdon and visited around. We were surprised with the thoughtfulness of our stay with having everything we needed. She was incredibly nice and recommended the trail for our climb which helped us plan our mountain climb. Brownies were also delicious!

We had a great few days in Penmaenmawr, and couldn't recommend Myat and Kan's accommodation enough. Immediately from booking, they were friendly, welcoming and left clear and easy to follow instructions on how to access the apartment. The apartment is spacious, modern and spotless with a fantastic view of the sea. We would definitely stay again, thank you both!

We stayed a week, but could easily have managed longer! Such a great location for exploring the north Welsh coast and into Snowdonia. the village is pretty, with good shops and restaurants as well as green spaces and access to the beach. It's right on the A55 for easy access further afield. The house itself was beautiful and very new, everything we needed was there and it was comfortable to spend time together as well as get away for some privacy. We found ourselves easily enjoying our time at home in-between busy days. The host was super responsive to messages but at the same time, not intrusive at all. We took two dogs with us which were accommodated perfectly and with the provision of a stair gate, we were able to keep them out of the bedrooms easily. I think they both lost weight from all the running around on the beach but it was their holiday as much as ours. We probably only did half the things on our 'to do' list so I wouldn't be surprised if we visit again!

A well-equipped apartment with all necessary amenities at a reasonable price for extended stays. Ryan was quick and friendly in responding to any inquiries. Conveniently located within walking distance of the promenade, ideal for walking or cycling. Highly recommend for a solo retreat or a couple’s getaway :))

My family and I enjoyed staying at Jo-Anna's annex for an entire month during our relocation to the area, and it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, Jo-Anna made us feel incredibly welcome. She was an exceptional host—friendly, attentive, and always available if we needed anything, yet never intrusive. Her warmth made us feel more like friends than guests, and by the end of our stay, we truly felt like we had become part of the family. The annex itself is cozy, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed to make it feel like a true home for over a month. I’ll be recommending Joanna’s annex to everyone we know—family, friends, and even to families at our children's new school who may be relocating. We had easy access to both Llandudno and Llandudno Junction, which was perfect for getting to know the area and exploring all the wonderful sights.

Great location, walking distance to sea front and beach. Perfect for driving around and exploring Snowdonia and North Wales. Dog friendly, beds and bowls provided. Easy to park and access property. It had everything we needed and one of the more comfortable beds we’ve had in a holiday property! Very happy with it and had a great short break!

The apartment was perfect base to explore north Wales. Quick & easy to get onto A55. 5min walk to beach. Lots of local shops and amenities. The apartment was modern, clean and so lovely and warm. Really comfortable bed. We will definitely book again for our next trip!

Lovely and cozy and brilliant day would stay there again in a heartbeat also really close to the town centre and the seafront. Lots of lovely walks in the surrounding area.

What can I say! This is our second stay at Anthony’s fabulous flat and I cannot recommend enough. Dog friendly, really spacious with everything you’d ever need. Huge bathroom with bath and shower. Really great heater in the bathroom too, so lovely and warm. Huge bed and the living room is so comfy and homely. A nice walk to the Main Street, not too far but long enough for the dog to walk before we got to the pub :)

Mandy was very helpful in terms of communication as I couldn't make the pre arranged time to handover keys. She was responsive to any questions I had and replied quickly. The place was clean and as described in the advert.

We enjoyed our stay as a family of 4 at Ben’s apartment. It’s in a great location. We found parking easy enough on the side road. Flat has everything you could need with the Kitchen being well equipped. Good sized rooms and more spacious than expected. Would definitely stay again.

Had a lovely stay at Laura’s . Felt very relaxed .stunning scenery. And beautiful sunrises . Would definitely stay here again .

Recently stayed over the bank holiday weekend arrived the house was super clean and ready on time. The lady on site was lovely, friendly and always happy to help. It’s close to Conwy and surrounding areas but far enough out that is quiet, the swimming pool is great and a big bonus. All I would say is it could have done with some plastic cups for the kids and coffee machine otherwise it was perfect we will definitely come back
