Comfortable condo within 20 minutes of the wedding venue. Walkable to a great playground. Peaceful patio next to the water.

Place was bigger than expected. Great location with quiet neighbors. Host was very responsive during our stay and friendly. We had a great time and would recommend this place in the Woodlands. Make sure to bring your own coffee, salt/pepper, shampoo, etc. but the place was clean, quiet and convenient.

Great house in a beautiful location right on the lake! Shanley was very helpful with suggestions and quick to answer any questions I had.

My family and I needed a place to stay for an extended period of time. We loved staying up at Lake Conroe in this Airbnb. It was beautiful. The condo is right on the lake with beautiful views. We could see boats, kayakers, golfers, pool and one weekend we saw a beautiful wedding take place. Everybody was so very nice. The neighbors, people at the pools, people walking their dogs and security were all so very nice and helpful. We felt very safe and we loved having a gated community, manned by security 24/7. Terri was fabulous and very helpful to us. Terri is very organized (which made our time stress free and easy to manage) and she gave us lots of suggestions of lots of places to take the kids for fun. The area has so much to do, you’ll never be bored. My kids and I loved every minute of it. I would recommend this Airbnb to anybody and I will definitely return. Thank you so much for making our extended-stay a fabulous experience. We have wonderful memories to show for it! Thank you!!!

We stayed here for a month trying to be snow birds. Linda’s place is beautiful with plenty of light, lake is visible from almost every room. Linda is very response and very proactive about getting things in shape. We had a couple of issues due to weather and she immediately addressed them. We definitely would like to get back here again. Recommend this place anytime.

Our stay was awesome! Sean and Bethany were amazing hosts. The home was clean and had everything we needed. They even had toys out for the kids to play with. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The neighbor was friendly as well. :)

My family and I stay was very relaxing. The house looks exactly how it's pictured. It's in a great location,which was not to far from where we planned to visit. We loved how relaxing the pool area was. We were not ready to leave!! I requested for two more days and she responded quickly and accepted my request.If your looking for a beautiful, quiet,affordable place this is it! Thank you so much for sharing your place with us! The whole family absolutely enjoyed our stay. The pool and hot tub kept the kids busy and entertained, and location on the lake kept kids and parents busy fishing. The views are amazing. We caught quite a few large catfishes, freshwater drum, and bass. We try to get away as often as possible and by far, this is one of our favorite stays. My little guy already wants to go back. Thanks for hosting us!

Very great home and stay! I am very thankful that Michelle was able to accommodate me and my group for the weekend on such short notice and day of due to the issue with our previous Airbnb. Was very responsive and helpful finding things I needed for me and my group to have a great weekend in Conroe, TX! Will definitely be back when it is warmer!

Great stay! Relaxing weekend with the family. Very secure and peaceful. Would recommend taking your own toiletries and running by the grocery store before driving in for your stay.

If you need a relaxing place on the lake to take a break and enjoy time with family. This is the spot.

We so enjoyed our stay at this condo - very roomy inside with a great family vibe! Huge kitchen and patio with an awesome and peaceful view! We didn’t see one other person while we were there. Also, very stocked with extras and very clean! Highly recommend!

10/10 Definitely recommend!!! This place is Beautiful!! Easily accessible, close to shopping and dining, easy access to IH45. My family really enjoyed this place! It was so nice and clean and we didn’t feel like we were being spied on! The host is very nice and responsive! If you are looking for a place in this area, don’t hesitate hurry and book you won’t be disappointed!!!

This may the cleanest place I’ve stayed in for how affordable the rental was. The host was great and the area was quiet and homey.

I’ve come to this area quite a bit recently and stayed in April Sounds each time. I would say this is the best place so far. The back has a direct view to the lake. The insides were clean and great. The upstairs common area has two desks all setup for workstations with monitors and cables and webcams. Really easy to work remote. The linens were clean, bathrooms were clean and felt really nice and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this place.
