If you're going to the Eastern for a concert, we're a great place to stay. You can walk there from here. Close to beltline, highway, buses and subway, shopping, restaurants, parks, downtown. We are cleaning fanatics, and our guests love our squeaky-clean place! Our cottage is a private, quiet pet friendly retreat. This is very nice, safe family neighborhood. There are still farms up the street and great walking and hiking trails in the area. Minutes from great shopping and dining at the Avenue of West Cobb. Also about 12 minutes from the Marietta Square, also great for dining, shopping and historical tours. Atlanta is about 30-45 minutes depending on traffic.

A cozy one bedroom basement apartment in Lake Claire, walking distance to the Candler park market, Flying Biscuit and LaFonda restaurant. The Candler park Marta station is a few blocks away. Emory university is an easy drive or bike ride. The apartment has a super cozy Casper queen mattress and there is high speed internet (att fiber). This is a no smoking home!

My very brief stay at Serap's was very smooth, easy, and comfortable! The place was perfect for what we needed and in a fantastic location (right by Grant Park, walking distance to a great coffee shop, etc.) Serap was responsive leading up to and throughout our stay, and made the logistics very clear and simple. Added touch of a print-out with restaurant/bar/activity recommendations was fantastic, even though this trip in particular was too short to take advantage.

The house was beautiful! We loved the character and having a yard! We had kids with us and we walked to the Mercedes Benz stadium. The walk during the day was safe and comfortable. The park down the road was nice. Walk back home(9pm) was a little sketchy but all in all was fine and not far at all. Would stay here again! The host was super helpful and easy to work with.

Guia’s place was perfect. We were still finding new amenities even as we were checking out hahaha. Tons of games in the garage made for fun times with the little bit of down time we had. Plenty of space and places to sleep and the grounds the house is on us super cool. Being greeted by the equine neighbors that share the property in the morning is definitely a nice thing to wake up to. Home is in an incredibly quiet area and only about a half hour to all the cool Atlanta stuff. Easy 5-star all the way around.

We enjoyed our stay here. My best friend and I wanted to spend a few days in Atlanta and this place was perfect. Close enough to both the city and other attractions in the surrounding areas. It was large enough so that we didn’t feel cramped, and had pretty much everything we needed. Plenty of local stores and restaurants nearby. I’d recommend staying at Andrew’s listing and would stay again.

Cute neighborhood, charming older bungalow. Very well appointed kitchen and bathrooms, comfortable beds and furniture. Nice shower with great water pressure! Large back yard. It was too cold to sit outside, but I can envision sitting on the deck grilling on the nice gas grill. Wi-fi was fast. It was a great place to land for 4 nights while we visited kids and grand kids. We ended up not bringing our dogs this time, which is why we initially selected Monica's place. It's perfect for people with dogs, and without. We will stay again.

This is a very comfortable and clean guest cottage behind the hosts' home. The cottage is a good size and very well equipped while also having good a/c, good wifi, and I greatly appreciate the washer/dryer. The location is excellent in Virginia Highland area of Atlanta within easy walking distance of great restaurants and shops. Parking along the street nearby was simple. Hosts (Jim and Erica) were very kind and very communicative. Special Comment- My husband had a very serious health situation unfolding as we arrived, and Jim and Erica could not have been more helpful and responsive in helping me deal with what was happening, taking care of all of our things, and making sure we were able to get immediate medical care. I can't thank them enough for making a very difficult situation easier during the stay. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Atlanta.

Andre was a great host. The listing was exactly as described. We had decided to stay in town for one more night but our original Airbnb host wasn’t able to extend our reservation. That’s how we stumbled upon Andre’s apartment. It’s exactly as described. It’s a very quiet little area but just around the corner from the hustle and bustle of all the best of Midtown. It is quite a small space, but if you just need a safe quiet place to rest your head at night, you can’t beat Andre’s. Definitely recommend!
