Townhome vacation rentals in Concord

In town for work - needed a no-hassle place to stay that was near everything I needed to be near. That's exactly what I got!

This was the perfect place for us to stay with our dogs for a quick, impromptu, trip to Charlotte to see a concert. It is in a great neighborhood that has almost everything you need within walking distance. We will definitely stay there again when we find ourselves back in Charlotte.

Levi’s place is immaculate; my friends and I had a pleasant experience; we agreed that it was one of the best AirBnBs we have visited. Levi let us know he left us yogurt in the fridge, it was such a nice surprise and so kind of him!

This was a great stay for my family visiting for the holidays. Beautiful neighborhood with lots of charm! The home was spacious and cute, and exactly what we were expecting. The in unit washer and dryer was very helpful for our extended stay. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Eli's place was great. Love the master with bath on the first floor and kids can go upstairs! Location was close to everything we needed. Only 15 minutes or so to outlet malls. Main roads are close and you can find anything you need, I actually found the train sounds comforting. One has not whistle it is the high speed rail into Charlotte I think and then the occasional train with the whistle. Really did not bother us at all. Community is nice, parking is perfect! In warmer weather the pool is within walking distance and would be nice to use. Neighborhood was quiet. Had just about everything we needed. Could use a few more baking dishes and small kitchen items like Measuring cups, etc. All in all a great place to stay. If you fly into Concord it is not far at all.

This was my 1st Airbnb experience, and I'm happy to have been a guest at Kaddra's place for 4 months. It was certainly a Home Away from Home experience. It was a pleasure meeting her husband & baby. Some days, they were their, but most days not. Fully stocked kitchen perfect for when I meal prepped. I work remotely, so it was great to be able to take a break and walk around the complex. There's so many things to do in Charlotte and an easy commute to the uptown area. Many shops, the gym, movies theater and much more. Super close to the South Carolina border. I highly recommend!!!! Kaddra is a wonderful host, and her place met all of my needs.

We had a great time at this Airbnb very clean. The house were very polite. Responded immediately I would recommend it to anybody staying in Lincolnton

Overall I very much enjoyed the stay at Mikala’s space, but we really felt unsafe and the neighborhood was not pleasant to look at. It was cluttered with trash, rugs and mattress beds in the field across from it like it was a dump site. The neighbors next door had old tires and car parts in the driveway. The gutters on their house were torn and falling off the house. The windows had holes in the blinds and they would bang on the doors at night. For the price Mikala’s place was nice inside, but I would definitely recommend HOA be enforced to keep up the maintenance and upkeep of the other residents.

Our stay at ED Townhouse was fantastic! The space was clean, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The host was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The location was convenient and quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend and would stay again!

My husband and I stay for a month while we we visiting family in Charlotte and waiting for our new house to be built. it was everything we needed and more. Location was great for quiet walks with the dogs. The coffee shop was great, the view of the skyline was beautiful. We were able to work remotely and explore Charlotte, quick drive to see the Panthers play and a cheap rideshare to see the Hornets. We really enjoyed our stay and Chris was incredibly communicative when needed and proactive.

Sean’s place was great. Stayed for a month while relocating to the Charlotte area. Place was clean, quiet, and more space than I could ask for. Great location and very quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend.

Zee’s home is a fantastic place to stay. Walking distance to panthers stadium and has great views of the city.

This place was so beautiful inside and out. Alycea you did an amazing job I really felt at home. Everyone she’s amazing we were sleeping and she locked the door from her phone at 3 in the morning. The whole experience was GREAT ❤️❤️❤️

We had such a lovely stay! The area in the back is amazing for relaxing! The home has beautiful furnishings and was so clean! We felt right at home! Beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had plenty of the things we needed to cook meals. The many light switches were labeled, such a simple yet nice touch. The attention to detail was wonderful.

We highly recommend this location and would definitely stay here again. The location is great and gives easy access to Charlotte. The house looks fairly new and is being maintained very well. It felt like a home away from home. Our family enjoyed our stay and built memories as we celebrated the holiday!!
