My House, Your House x AvantStay | Lakefront Escape

Two thumbs up on this lovely house. The views from the back porch were fantastic with nice open lake visible. The house is also on a cove, so a bit quieter than the main lake, but the water level off the dock was 12-14 ft so no issues with docking the boat we rented. There was a ladder for swimming and kayaks came with the house-we brought our own paddle boards. The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of silverware and we were able to prepare two large meals for about 20 people with no issues. The driveway is a bit steep and long and there are stairs to navigate to get in the house and within so may be challenging if mobility an issue. The wifi was a bit slow if multiple folks using at once, but overall good for routine functions. The fire pit area was nice and well-maintained with seating for eight. Overall we loved this rental and would highly recommend.

The cabin is exactly as described. Its a tiny home cabin in a RV Park style private resort full of tiny homes. The cabin was beautiful and if you didnt know there were other units around you, you would think you were in your own private cabin in the woods over looking the woods. The kitchen is fully stocked with cups, plates, cooking tools, etc. Bathroom has all the standards a hotel would. Great getaway and its close to TONS of things to do, places to eat, and downtown Charlotte.

Green Manor was the perfect place for our annual Friends & Family Thanksgiving. The land is so beautiful & peaceful…the backyard is a playground for about 20 deer each morning. Very peaceful. If you are more of a city person, or have to have tv, gizmos & gadgets…bring your own. Green Manor is a place of peace. The kitchen was the BEST stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen in an AirBNB!! And, there were also extra tables and chairs in the basement. I would definitely book Green Manor again and recommend it to others.

This was a true restful peaceful retreat experience. William was a great host. It was all in the thoughtful details. One after the other. Wow! The amenities were endless; wood burning fireplace, snacks in the kitchen, and the perfectly placed blankets. And so many books and nooks. We are hooked! Top 5 Staycation for sure. We truly enjoyed the nature/walking trail by the creek and checking watching the sunsets of the huge/private back deck. Planning our next stay right away already, which says it all. Thank you!
