Beautiful Thatched cottage but with the added bonus of all modern conveniences, lovely peaceful setting in a very quiet lane a stream and a bridge running through the village near by, All modern conveniences for a comfortable stay The cottage was lovely and clean warm which was very welcoming as we arrived on a cold windy day in December after visiting the Bath Christmas markets, Beds were comfortable with soft clean linen and plenty of nice clean towels provided also well stocked with essentials such as toilet rolls dishwashing tablets. We had my 3 and a half year old grandson with us and we enjoyed the games cupboard very much especially the marble run, We visited Longlete Safari Father Christmas experience and festival of light which was a short drive away through some lovely countryside and villages. A very enjoyable and comfortable stay

A lovely place to stay for a few days get away just 5 mins drive or 25 min walk down to the beach. Easy reach of Honinton for my sky dive and 15 minutes from the sandy beach at Lyme Regis. Lynne was a great host and her place was lovely and clean and relaxing and I will definitely return next year.

I booked Kestrel Lodge for a getaway for my husbands 40th birthday. We had a lovely time, the facilities were clean & tidy. The hot tub was great & well used. We would definitely book again.

Property was stunning in every way and just what we needed for a quick getaway before Xmas (including a secluded hot tub). Clean,l spacious, modern and a very responsive and proactive host meant that Joe exceeded our expectations in every way. Thank you and we'll be back again sometime soon!

We had a wonderful stay at Andy’s place. He was very welcoming, showed us how to use the oven (as we were cooking Christmas dinner for 9), the heating, etc. The house was in a great location with lots to do in the local area. Would recommend a stay here. Thanks Andy!

We had a wonderful last-minute half-term getaway at this lovely cottage in November. It was just me, my wife, and our 7-year-old, and the accommodation was perfect for us. Janice, couldn’t have been more welcoming. She was kind enough to allow a very late check-in and was flexible with a late check-out, which we really appreciated. The cottage itself was spotless and beautifully maintained, with all the amenities as listed. Janice even stocked it with tea, coffee, and milk, which was a nice touch! The location is fantastic—ideal for exploring the scenic Dorset countryside and the stunning Jurassic Coast. Janice recommended some lovely walks! The drive from the cottage to Weymouth was breathtakingly scenic and highly recommended. Plenty of great places to eat nearby. We especially loved the delicious fish & chips at The Anchor Inn in Seatown! For a cozy, authentic experience, we also recommend West Bay Tearooms in Bridport, a charming family run spot. Overall a fantastic stay :)

The flat is perfectly placed for everything you need. Once you arrive there’s no need to drive anywhere as it’s near restaurants, pubs, beach, harbour, spar shop, playground, arcade and gift shops. Plenty of games provided and books. Plenty of wardrobe space and it was lovely and warm all the time in the flat. Very cosy. I’m already looking at dates to return. We brought our mum for her 80th birthday and she loved it as everything is so close by. Thank you.

What a gorgeous home. We had a lovely weekend with friends, everything we needed was there. Great decor and space. Lovely features and very well equipped. Great location too! Would definitely come back again!
