Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Colonia Nápoles

We were pleasantly surprised by how great this location turned out to be. After a night off the Zócalo, we were happy to move to a quieter neighborhood. Not only was it walkable to a lot of the places we wanted to visit in Roma Norte, it's also just a block off Ave Amsterdam, which circles Parque Mexico, and is a beautiful option for a morning walk and visiting many cafes. We found great food, shopping, and even a gym within a few blocks. The apartment itself is as advertised. The floorplan is unique, but not an issue as long as you expect it. We loved spending time on the patio upstairs. The apartment is off the street, so pretty quiet, but the courtyard is open-air, so you will hear some street noise and birds in the morning. It was a bit cold at night, but Nadezda made sure we had heaters, which completely solved the problem. The beds were comfortable and had extra blankets.

We visit CDMX the whole family that we were 8 adults and 2 children. Lorena's place is perfect as it had 5 rooms and a terrace. The house had a garage square to store a vehicle and the 2nd rented vehicle we left in front of the house(no pay). The area where the house is located is Colonia Napoles which is very chevere, safe and with plenty of restaurants, parks, cafes and supermarkets that can be reached on foot. I recommend the accommodation for everyone who is with groups and wants to know the best of this great city. 100% recommended and Lorena's treatment is always attentive and pending. We will be back

Marco's house is very spacious with an excellent location in front of a shopping mall. Marco took great care of us and made the stay more flexible to make us feel comfortable. There was a cleaning problem, but he immediately sent people to solve it. I recommend his house and I really appreciate how easy he made everything.

I traveled to Coyoacan with a fellow teacher and three 13 year old students from Canada we were participating in the Flute Festival at the UNAM. Casa Bola was the perfect choice for our group. I needed a super safe space, close to all amenities, where we could also come back to rest after a long day in classes and concerts. This was the perfect place. Were were really lucky that it was available. I would highly recommend Casa Bola to any type of visitor, but specially people looking for a quiet, private and peaceful stay in Coyoacan. This house has the best possible location, which is around the corner from multiple restaurants, including one of the best vegan restaurants in the entire city. There are two of the best taquerias just one to two blocks away, but the tourist centre of Coyoacan it's just far away enough that the house is super private and quiet. We did not find a good supermarket nearby, but we recommend getting groceries delivered by Walmart! We loved Casa Bola!

We enjoyed our stay at Ricardo's home. We loved the spaciousness, giving us lots of common space together, yet allowing us plenty of privacy. The neighborhood is lovely. It's pretty quiet, with plenty of trees, and close to restaurants, shops, and a great bakery right around the corner. We loved having a living room and outside patio to spend time together as a family. The kitchen was relatively well-stocked, but isn't really set up for serious cooking for a group. Finally, Ricardo was an extremely responsive host, which we really appreciated.

The stay at Kyra's was very nice! The small garden is a real treat in such a big city! Kyra was always available and very helpful and friendly.

This was an amazing stay. We were a group of 8 and still had plenty of beds left over. The area was peaceful and felt safe. There was an oxxo down the street. It was walkable to Polanco area and easy enough to grab Ubers to further locations. We felt right at home! Would definitely stay again. The host were very responsive if any questions came up. One thing to keep in mind is the house comes with 1 key and we had to communicate as a group regarding managing the key. The house even had a filtered water station which helped save on bottled water! The roof top is a gem and get spot to hang and chat with a group. The WiFi was great and I was able to work from home and plenty of hot water.

Everything was perfect during our stay in Mexico City. Communication was quick and easy, check in was effortless, the apartment was exactly what was pictured and described on line. Great location, next to bars, restaurants and tiendas, very walkable. Thanks for a great stay!

Our family of nine— 2 grandparents, 2 couples, and 3 young children —stayed for a lovely weekend in two of Enrico's apartments, connected by a short stairway. The common areas were exceptionally spacious: We were able to prepare and eat dinners together. The location is fantastic for walking around in a vibrant and interesting part of Mexico City. It's a short walk to many restaurants and beautiful parks, many with playgrounds. The two apartments were perfectly cleaned and ready, including filtered water, some treats in the fridge, and a bowl of candies . There were some negatives, to be expected from apartments at such a reasonable rate: The water pressure in both apartments was a weak drizzle, making it hard to take a shower or wash the dishes. The wifi signal was weak and unreliable. The lockbox system is a minor bother. But the apartments certainly served the needs of our large multigenerational family.

Charming apartment in a great location close to cafés and restaurants. Very walkable safe area. Demian was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to my questions and a problem with one of the appliances. The balcony was a real plus.

I thought it was a great location close to the most important and beautiful things in CDMX and the place is exactly as shown in the pictures. The building had everything you need: gym, terrace, pool and jacuzzi etc. We really liked the stay, we would come back 🙃🤩😀

We had a great time at Lisi and Louis's place. Great area. Cool space. They provided a thorough write up of places to visit, which contributed well to our planning. We would definitely return!! They were always very responsive any questions and very friendly. Mexico City was a blast!!

What a great apartment! It's in a nice neighborhood that is very walkable and has lots of stores and restaurants right nearby. Although there is lots of activity until pretty late at night, the street with the apartment is quiet and we didn't hear much street noise. Carla provided a very helpful list of recommendations on a Google map. The apartment itself is very comfortable and there is a small balcony off the bedroom, and a huge terrace on the roof, accessed by the stairway inside the apartment. One thing to consider is that the apartment is a 4th floor walkup so be mindful if you can't handle stairs. (And the stairway to the terrace would be tricky for a person who is not so steady.) Would be delighted to stay there again!

My friends and I have a very lovely and comfortable stay at Claudia’s place. She was extremely responsive and accommodating and even had a welcome bottle of wine which was a nice touch. The location was near plenty of restaurants and felt very safe, and it was easy to call Ubers due to how central it was.

Excellent host, apartment, and location!Victoria and her cohost we very communicative and the home was beautiful. My husband and I would sit on the patio to listen to the birds and watch the sunset. It was peaceful, comfortable, and the safety of the building was superb! 10/10 would stay again!!!

The place is well located, decorated nicely, and Esther was great to work with. Very comfy spot to come back to at the end of long days walking. Kitchen well-appointed, we loved the plate-ware. We arrived well after check-in and the cleaners were rushing to finish up, which meant that the apartment just wasn’t clean. The floors were super dirty and or soapy. Kitchen items shoddily cleaned. The cleaners just threw their dirty rags under the kitchen sink, and those began to smell. No broom or mop available to us, so we had to just kind of live with it… Overall, a pretty little apartment in a great neighborhood. Would stay again.

Sergio’s home was a great stay for the week. While the pool was not available due to maintenance, everything else was just as described. Ubers were super convenient and the location felt very safe. Check in process was simple and Sergio was very communicative.

Andre’s place was a great home away from home in the city! Well appointed, clean and spacious enough for three couples.

We had a fantastic stay at Luis’ apartment in Condesa, Mexico City. The neighborhood is vibrant and full of life, with amazing restaurants, parks, and plenty of things to explore, making it a great spot for both families and solo travelers. We traveled with our 3.5-year-old son, and Luis and his assistant, Gina, went above and beyond to accommodate us by providing a crib and high chair, which was greatly appreciated. The apartment itself was incredibly comfortable, well-equipped, and spotless. We loved the amenities, and everything felt very homey. The only slight downside was that we could hear some noise from the neighbors, so the soundproofing of the windows could be improved. However, this didn’t take away from the overall experience. Highly recommend staying here for anyone visiting Mexico City!

Overall 5/5 experience, highly recommend this space for 2 couples or small family. Amenities 5/5: the patio is a fantastic space to come back and relax in after spending the day wandering around. Wi-Fi was solid, showers and toilets worked well. Extra pillows/blankets available. Would be nice if a couple extra towels were provided rather than just 1/person. Plenty of space and hangers for clothing which was great. Washer and dyer worked with no issues. Having easy access to filtered water in CDMX, instead of running out to buy bottles, was also so so nice. Will definitely look for this feature in future trips. Location 5/5: couldn't ask for a better location if you want to access Roma Norte, Roma Sur, Condessa. It is a busier area, but as mentioned, very quiet. The apartment is also located on a one-way street, which calms things down a bit. A small market is steps away, and a larger supermarket a couple of blocks. Thanks Rene!

We had a very lovely stay! The home is very comfortable and there is a ton of natural light. I throughly enjoyed sitting in the private patio with a cup of coffee. The house plants made me feel at home. The location is perfect within walking distance to all amenities! Highly recommend.
