Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Colonia del Sacramento

We are full-time travelers who spent 9 nights at Miriam's home and could easily have stayed longer. The house is perfect for long-term stays...space & amenities...recognizing Colonia is a small town without a lot of attractions. Pros: - the rooms & deck are larger than the pictures indicate - open, spacious, and very bright. There are many windows and ceiling fans for airflow -VERY comfortable bed with a good quality mattress (neither too firm or soft) - no wear & tear on furniture -well-stocked kitchen (except soup bowls) with a lot of counter space -nice, quiet neighborhood and easy to walk to the Rambla & market/veggie market. -clean with products for guests to use - fast wifi -very friendly & responsive hosts, lockbox for entry -plenty of street parking Wish list/notes: -side tables for couches. The small table in the DR picture is the only one -the front door does not seal tightly, this room may be chilly in winter (saw sliding door to close LR off from remainder of house)

The house is very nice, authentic and also comfortable, it has everything you need, the pool is simply great and the area around the house is very beautiful. We were very happy to be able to come and go at any time and to receive answers to all of our questions immediately. Our stay left the best impressions.

Everything is very good The wonderful pool and the park is perfect for rest and reading and there are many birds The very good grill. The staff that help was very efficient,they were there to resolve any issues! We'll be back!!!

We loved our stay in this house! It’s right in the historic quarter off a more quiet side street with a beautiful view of the river from the roof. The house is old, but the listing keeps the charm of the original property with necessary upgrades

We stayed here for two nights and we loved the house! It was located in a wonderful spot and I can't say enough about how cute the house was and the beautiful garden. Watching the sun set over the water from the patio was spectacular. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping within easy walking distance. One review mentioned lack of water pressure. While the water pressure did drop if more than one faucet was running, this was not an issue for us. There were three of us staying and it posed no inconvenience for us. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your home!

We had a lovely time, thanks in part to Carolina's hospitality. She was always on call, flexible and generous. The house is very sweet. Spotless and easy to keep clean too. Most key locations in Colonia are easily within walking distance.

We were a week in Hebert's depto and it was great, having the beach a few steps away is incredible, easily accessible and spotless for hot days. The building has a pool it is indoor and outdoor. The city is close and you can walk, by car you can tour and shop in supermarkets and cook in the depto. The amazing shower and super comfortable bed! We will definitely repeat when we return! Ana is a very, very attentive person. i felt right at home. the impeccable sheets gave me a new soap and the bathroom was very clean. everything worked there was no leaking, the piece has air conditioning and a fan and she is a charm. I think it's the best place they can go in cologne

The apartment is worth EVERYTHING... The photos are what you're going to see, but reality outweighs them. We followed Claudia's suggestion and enjoyed the sunset on the balcony... I'm just going to say THANK YOU! Total abundance. The amenities excellent! The beautiful area, if you are by car, you are very close to the super and 5 minutes from the historic center and the bullring. Las Claudia's divinas! all 100%

Excellent, the apartment comes with everything you need to have a quiet stay. The decor, details of each of the spaces and the sunsets you can appreciate from the balcony are beautiful.

Really a stay worth repeating. The facilities are a 10 for everything, cleanliness, comfort and proximity. Without a doubt, I recommend it. The kindness of Lucia, the host, in welcoming us before check-in time. The apartment is in the center of Cologne, on the corner of the main avenue. Strategic both on foot and with mobility.

The accommodation has everything as the Gladys description, everything was tidy and cleaned to receive us, linens, towels and towels, in perfect condition. Super recommended!!! The apartment is beautiful. Super comfortable and functional. The view of the river is impressive, since you open the door of the depto you are already seeing it! And sunsets from the balcony are a unique show. Having the hotel facilities, like piletas, locker rooms, etc. greatly enriches the experience! We had an unforgettable stay!!
