It was really a great place, very comfortable and full privacy. The whole entire place was for us to enjoy and the surroundings was so beautiful and so relaxing we had to book the place for the balance of our stay. So much to love 😘

One of the best hosts of an Airbnb I have seen. Despite being miles away, Sepalika’s proactiveness in helping us out was something I will always remember. The property was outstanding with top class maintenance by Sepalika’s staffs Pushpakumara and Bandula. Thanks a ton Sepalika for making our stay in Colombo a one to remember :)

VILLA 49 is a beautifully designed, spotless, and well-maintained property. I worked there remotely for a week, and the internet was fast and reliable throughout my stay. The hosts, who live next door, were incredibly responsive and helpful. They welcomed us with refreshing homemade lemonade and even made a brunch reservation for us and drove us to Colombo with our luggage on our last day—above and beyond hospitality! The property offers parking, and while the nearby traffic makes the town less walking-friendly, there are a few local gems worth exploring. It’s easy to call a cab and travel to nearby areas in 15–20 minutes. Highly recommend for a peaceful and convenient stay!

The place was really homely. Secured Easy access . Well maintained and beautiful set up along with plants and lovely ornaments and a fountain near the living area. Quiet neighbourhood. Sumal ( the host ) is very attentive and always ensure that we are comfortable . And ofcourse friendly and helpful as well.

The place was spotless and well-maintained! We stayed for over a month, and Janith’s dad was always available and happy to help whenever needed. As it was my first time using Airbnb, I was a bit nervous, but Janith reassured me that the place was safe and it truly was. Its proximity to the city was incredibly convenient. I’m so glad I chose this place because they went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

Such a fantastic and homey place to stay at in Sri Lanka. The host was very responsive and helpful. We had a very late (2am) check in as we were travelling from overseas, but Irushi stayed up to greet us and give us the keys and show us around. She even brewed a pot of coffee for us knowing we'd be quite weary from our travels. The airbnb was amazing.. very clean, very tastefully decorated and very thoughtful with all the amenities. The bed was huge and pillows were soft.. all the linen and towels that were supplied were very clean. It was like staying at a 5 star hotel. The location is great.. lots of restaurants, cafes and fast food close by. There is even a Bread Talk cafe close by that we would go to to get breakfast on the go. Highly recommend Irushi's place if you are visiting Sri Lanka.

Janith was extremely responsive and a good communicator. We initially stayed for 1 week and Janith offered us a great value for us to extend and ended up staying for 2 weeks. Janith ensures everything runs in order even though he's not physically available. Good routines on house and pool cleaning. Pool was a big hit for my kids. Accommodation exactly as shown in the listing. Walking distance to local fruit and vegetable stalls and Keells supermarket store. Not too far from Kaduwela highway exit makes it easier to get around. Overall very satisfied with the accommodation and especially Janith's effort to make your stay better. Will definitely be looking up if we're around this way.

Amazing Stay at Fahim’s Place! I recently stayed at Fahim’s place in Colombo, and it was a fantastic experience. The property was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a hassle-free stay. The location was ideal, providing easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and transportation. Fahim was an outstanding host, always responsive and ready to assist. I highly recommend Fahim’s place to anyone visiting Colombo and would definitely stay here again on my next trip!

was a fantastic place and nikola and benjamin were super helpful.. the spotlessly clean house was in the middle of the city with many eateries and tourist attractions nearby.. bathroom mats weren't provided by Benjamin responded to all our requests promptly and attended to them. will highly recommend this place..

We had an excellent time here, Sudath was a wonderful host and the place is located in a very accessible and upscale part of the city with nearby lakes, parks and plenty of places to eat out. The property we stayed in was very clean, spacious and fitted with every convenience, with original paintings adorning the walls. It was a privilege and a pleasure to visit the Artway Gallery and enjoy Sudath and Achala's work, very senior and renowned artists. Highly recommended!

The owner is very helpful. She went on and beyond to help us find a swim instructor. The house was filled with essentials including nice basket of fresh fruits. She even filled the fridge with milk and water bottles. Not to mention the beautiful views of the sea. Highly recommend.

Sumudu was very responsive and friendly. The house was awesome and had everything we needed as a family to stay with a young child. I highly recommend this apartment for a family.

We had a very enjoyable stay in Colombo. The hosts communicated very well from the initial contact we had with them. They were professional in their services, flexible, the apartment was also very clean and the linen was good quality.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this apartment, and would definitely stay for longer if we could. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean, rooms were tidy, and the living room felt really cozy. It felt like home, and it was really hard saying goodbye. The city views were great, and the area had great access to services. We had not been to Sri Lanka in over a decade and first time with our little kids, so we really wanted a place in Colombo to be a home away from home. That's exactly what Romesh's place was... not only the accommodation but the service provided by Romesh and his team. The two bedrooms had plenty of space for our family of four and a portable cot was provided for our little person. Everything was clean and comfy. The kitchen was well equipped and when we did need some extra plates etc Romesh's team quickly attended to our request. This apartment is so central, there are multiple supermarkets in walking distances (including a mini shop in the complex) and lots of uber eats options. Great bars and night life, again within walking distance. We used the playground a lot as well as the games room and pool. Exactly what you need to occupy a 7 yr old and 2 yr old. A special shout out to Romesh for his excellent customer service and his team, especially Jana. Kind and accommodating!

Even before arriving in Colombo I received a lot of useful information from the owner. A wonderful man, committed, helpful, honest. The apartment is 100% consistent with the description. First visit to Sri Lanka, we immediately felt safe. Great stay. We recommend the apartment to everyone!!!

This apartment was the “best ever” apartment I have stayed at in Sri Lanka. It was “perfect” in every aspect. Heshan was an amazing host. He was always responsive and so kind and caring. It shows because his apartment was “amazing”. My wife and I had the most perfect view of the Indian Ocean for 28 days. We have recommended this apartment to all our family and friends who visit Sri Lanka. Heshan was kind enough to leave us some food and water because our flight arrived at night. I have never experienced such kind gestures and it goes to show what an amazing human being he is. All I can say is “Thank you” for an amazing stay and I recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a stay in Sri Lanka. I promise that you won’t be disappointed .

Tamara was very helpful… the place is good and clean.. only one comment you need to know that you have to take your luggage up the stairs to reach your rooms.. one room in first floor and 2 rooms in second floor .. that’s it.. otherwise the place is good and clean and tamara was very helpful.. thanks for hosting us
