Apartment vacation rentals in College Park

I have stayed in many Air bnb around the world. This house is one of the best among them. Emily completely prepared all the necessary items for the stay. Room was very cozy and the bed was very comfortable. Specail thanks to Emily.

Great hosts, great apartment, great location. The apartment was spotless and is well out-fitted with most anything you would need. Chelsea is a wonderful host, proactive with communications and very responsive to questions. The location is great, abutting a nice park and a short walk to restaurants in old Norcross. I highly recommend.

Kattya and Patrick have been wonderfully accommodating and helpful with all aspects of my stay. They were always present and available to help me with anything that I might need, but never troubled me with anything and provided a very peaceful and fulfilling stay at their apartment. Kattya has gone out of her way to be supportive and helpful while I have been recovering from surgery. And even more has been proactive and willing to forward a late delivery to me after I checked out. I can not more highly recommend Kattya and here residence to anyone coming to the Buckhead / Atlanta area for a visit, either short or extended. Ward Graham

This place is a hidden gem. I have been an AirBnb-er for several years, and I would say that this space is the most beautiful place that I have ever been to. This architect on this place is impeccable with the combination of wood floors and stone masonry. It is clear that this place was created by a master craftsman. The lighting in the space is more than sufficient, and the decor makes you feel that you are in the four seasons hotel. Yosa and team exceeded my expectations and are very responsive and willing to do the little things to make your stay memorable. A must stay if you are in the south atlanta area.

This is our third stay at Kathleen’s place. You cannot beat this private and clean hideaway in a great neighborhood. So many places in a walkable distance and easy to hop in the belt line. It’s our go to spot anytime we visit Atlanta.

This is a great space to stay. This place feels like home. The hosts are responsive, friendly, and accommodating. The property is well kept and spotless. The entrance is from the backyard but the place feels like home. Be aware that the bedroom has a full-size bed; smaller than Queen. Excellent place to stay while you visit Atlanta

Great place and made for such a fun wonderful Thanksgiving for my family who all traveled in to this central location. Comfortable, relaxing, we truly enjoyed the amenities on the property, fire pit, coffee in the morning outside by the pond/lake. Highly recommend !

Man, Joe was great 👍 there was a mix up on the check-in time, so my room wasnt ready at my check in time which was 12pm. Got there about 1:15-1:30 pm. and saw that sheets werent on the bed. I contacted Joe and fixed my issue. He cleaned and made sure my room was ready by 2 pm. Let me tell you the bed is firm but very comfortable. Pillows are great too. Theres and ac unit in the window but there is no heat you can control. They have a vent which heat comes in. but it gets very cold at night... a space heater would help. the decor i loved ! color scheme and all. this was a perfect stay, despite the check in mix up. It seems his typical check in time is 3pm if that helps. i actually wanted to stay longer but he was already booked. hope to check this place out again.

Zakeus was a great host to book our stay with. The place was as advertised and the neighborhood is lively and much to do within walking distance. We visited Atlanta to go to six flags, but also had so much fun locally. This area is great for dog owners. There is a fenced dog park and piedmont park both within a few minutes walk. Thanx again Zakeus.

10/10 recommend. The place was a great deal in a wonderful location and well supplied for my needs. For being in such a walkable area, the space was quiet, felt really unique and homey. Midtown felt super safe to me to walk around at night, had great restaurant options and lots to do, including the High museum, Piedmont Park, the botanical gardens, and so much more. The space was definitely as listed and had all the things I needed. I felt the hosts were responsive though all I did was tell them I was there and when I was leaving as I didn't want for anything else.

Very good place to stay. Mike was very helpful and communicative. It was exactly what was published or even better. Definitely staying again in the near future. Thanks for everything Mike!!!

Zoe was clear and responsive in communicating. The apartment was perfect for one or two people, with a small kitchen. You can hear folks in the upstairs apartment but it was not disruptive. I liked walking into downtown Decatur—the home was very close to cafes and restaurants. The back gate is easy enough to find if you follow the photos and directions. I would stay here again in the future and recommend it. Cozy spot in a great location.

Veronica’s apartment is the perfect home away from home in Atlanta. It’s in a nice, quiet neighborhood and boasts a cozy space and the comfiest bed I have slept on at an Airbnb. 12/10, would recommend!

Dina’s garden apartment and pool/yard area are SO stunning. The photos are gorgeous and it’s even better than the photos. So comfortable, beautiful, thoughtfully stocked, relaxing, just perfect. We had a fabulous stay and would absolutely stay there again. Thank you Dina!!

This apt is unbelievably nice. Needed a place near trilith to stay while I was working and found this absolute gem. very private. This truly felt like a getaway spa. So much space. I wish my own apt was like this. Alison is a perfect host. 10/10.

Friendly, communicative hosts made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Convenient location close to the very quaint, historic Marietta Square with restaurants, bars, bakery, and shops all decorated for the holidays. We highly recommend for a couple or small family, and will definitely book again when we're in the area.
