Vacation rentals in Colfax

Great location right on Lake Pepin & the Mississippi River, next door to the marina, restaurants, bars. The area is beautiful. We rented the entire space which included the A-Frame connected house for a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom (3 showers), 2 kitchen & 2 living room space. Very comfortable space, decorated well, comfortable beds, GREAT shower pressure. Perfect for adult siblings with families that want to be together, but also may need their own private time. Peter couldn't have been a nicer, more helpful host. There are train tracks directly across the street that are VERY BUSY. I personally liked that aspect, but it may not be for everyone. That just added to the charm for me.

So glad we found this! Host was wonderful, property was better than described, we had such a wonderful, relaxing weekend. Even watched a bald eagle play. We will stay again, wish I could give it more stars.

Beautiful surroundings, loved walking at Frontenac state park. Owner was upfront that lovely stove is complex and that was true! Great value!!

Colleen was an absolute lifesaver! She accommodated us at the last minute with such grace and warmth, making a potentially stressful situation completely seamless. Her home exceeded our expectations in every way spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The Glass House is a perfect little get away on Lake Holcombe. The house is very spacious and comfortable, super well equipped with anything you could need, and the hosts are great! So much to explore both on the property and nearby, and a perfect place for families or friend groups to gather and all be comfy, and you can't beat the view! We loved it and will def be back!

We had a great long weekend at Jeana’s cabin! We were expecting it to be a bit more secluded, and were hoping to let our dog off leash but there were lots of other cabins and people around us so we weren’t able to do that. Other than that though, everything was perfect! Communication from our host was great!

Great place to stay with great access to the town. My only complaint is that is was super stinkin hot with the limited AC

My mom, sister, and I wanted a quiet getaway with water views and a private location. This place was perfect. This time of year is chilly (10 degrees outside) so we spent most of our time inside by the fireplace watching movies, listening to music, and doing puzzles. It was decorated nicely with boho aztec vibes. The floor to ceiling windows made for amazing views from all angles and the sunrise in the morning with my coffee was a real treat. We needed to reach out to the host and she was very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay, and the outdoor amenities included would make for an even more enjoyable summer stay had it been warmer. We might need to come back and find out! Thank you for sharing your wonderful place with us.
