We had a lovely stay enjoying foodie places recommended by Jay Rayner in Tynemouth, North Shields and walking the dog on fab beaches, particularly enjoying Druridge Bay. Fully recommend Riley's Fish Shack in King Edward's Bay and Omni cafe. Loved it and Caitlin was very prompt in communication. Faultless stay all round.

Had a wonderful stay in Scott’s cottage. It’s a beautiful home. We loved it had been decorated for Christmas, it made it feel really cosy. There are some really great quirky items in the house too. Great to see some of them. Great position for popping to the shop just over the road. Everything you could need was there, great to have things like kitchen roll, oil, salt and pepper etc already there. Scott was very good at communicating and was really flexible with us and our timings. The house got lovely and warm with the log burner, heating and underfloor heating options. Had a lovely stay. Me and my partner absolutely loved Nicola’s place! It was so peaceful and just what we needed. The hot tub was amazing and the Christmas tree was such a lovely surprise. The surrounding area is beautiful and a nice get away from a bustling atmosphere. Watching the moon with the telescope was very memorable. This is one of a kind, no complaints!

I booked this apartment for a weekend away for myself and my girlfriend to propose to my girlfriend. Upon booking, I informed Christie that I was planning to propose and Christie was very responsive and helped with the planning and that I was able to get into the apartment early to decorate. Christie allowed to this to happen and sorted this out with the cleaners. Upon arrival, the apartment was very modern and was beautifully decorated. I was very happy with it and the apartment was definitely an amazing find! I will be booking this each year moving forward for our anniversary.

Brilliant from start to finish. Martin was so helpful and quick to reply when I had a query. The house itself was amazing - so much space - exactly right for a big group (8 of us) with fully equipped kitchen, big dining table and wonderful lounge area. The beds were very comfortable and dressing gowns were provided for all. Hot tub was really big and really added to the experience- just a fantastic time from beginning to end!

Lovely, clean, spacious lodge in a lovely setting with a perfectly placed hot tub. The lodge meet all our requirements. Plenty of storage space, extra bedding provided and all the essentials. Highly recommended.

We loved staying at Melanie’s place! It was the perfect place for us to stay whilst back visiting family in the North East. Melanie was very helpful and responsive to messages and decorated the house beautifully for Christmas. Cosy, peaceful stay and would definitely return. Thank you Melanie!
