The house was very cute and well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed and more which was very helpful when traveling! The only downside was there was no central heat, only space heaters. However, after a day it warmed up nicely! Overall nice space, would book again!

Jean was such a welcoming host. She made us feel right at home. The home was quiet, roomy, clean , and had everything we needed to be warm and comfortable during our stay. There was everything we needed to host an early Thanksgiving dinner with local family. We made lovely family memories. We will most certainly choose this place again when visiting family in Parrotsville in the future.

I had a fantastic time here with my Beagle, Baxter! Philip was AMAZING, he met us and helped get us to where we needed to be, offered farm fresh eggs, and even went to town to get food for myself! The river and location in general are amazing, thanks again! Will return, for sure!

This place is amazing! We weee 2 families staying there and there was more than enough room for everyone. The property is beautiful, I could have hiked there for days. It is about 2 hours away from all sorts of attractions in different directions such as Gatlinburg, Beech mountain and more. The property care taker, Rob was extremely responsive, friendly and helpful. Overall, our stay was a huge success and we enjoyed every minute of it.

Windows over Waterfalls is a perfect destination for those seeking respite from city life. The home is warm and inviting and located near some great hiking. We loved staying there, it was a perfect weekend getaway!

Me and my wife were coming through to spend the day in Dollywood. Johnny was extremely communicative and helped us to resolve a payment issue we had on our end. The cabin was very secluded and had a great view. Can’t say enough great things, will definitely be coming back!

It looked better than the photos. Oh God, it was very beautiful, excellent for a family of 4 people. I was staying there and on my first day of staying there was a lot of snow and everything looked magnificent. It also has a “dogs area”. My family and I definitely loved it. 100% recommended.

We had a wonderful weekend. Everything was as expected. Getting there was interesting as that mountain drive up was crazy but getting to town was a much more pleasant experience. I would suggest going through pigeon forge to get there. We had to reach out about the Internet and received a quick response.

My partner and I stayed here for a weekend getaway to Dollywood! it was the perfect amount distance from the city where you could experience the peaceful surroundings of the smoky mountains! a very beautiful and secluded space! we loved it and will be back!!

It was he perfect getaway weekend for My boyfriends birthday. It was perfect. Waking up to the creek and even hearing the water as we laid down was the best part. We enjoyed every minute of it. From morning coffee as the name of the cabin to the jacuzzi. It was amazing , breathtaking and unforgettable .it was romantic. We hiked in a nearby tree, got to see nature very peaceful. Somewhere we both decided we would revisit. Lee was very easy communicate with and easy to talk to. A wonderful host like that doesn’t go unnoticed. Thank you again as we will be back!

Definitely a wonderful place! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful space. The 100% cleanliness, accompanied by the beautiful nature that surrounds the space, resulted in the days we were there being great for our family. The route to the places we visited was between 30 to 45 minutes, but doing it through the mountain made us enjoy it and not feel the time. Our children were always happy to arrive at this wonderful home. Thank you Andrea, for answering each of our questions, it was always an immediate response but with great kindness. Everything was perfect in the home. The room, the sofa bed, the kitchen, and the bathroom were perfect (There are 4 of us in the family). Thank you again for allowing us to be in this beautiful space.

very good place to spend peaceful days, the house had all the utensils to cook any meal, I recommend everyone to take supplies for the entire stay, the only difficulty is that there is no place to buy supplies less than 16 milhas away, in winter use a 4x4 vehicle to reach the condominium, winding curves to the accommodation, the host always answered any questions quickly, I would definitely stay at this place again.

Great condo on English Mountain. We loved the condo and felt like it was a good value for the area. The management company was very communicative and responsive. It is a little off the beaten track (which we knew ahead of time), but we enjoyed the quiet and being away from the craziness of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Would definitely rent again!

My son and his girlfriend had a great Valentines weekend. Trieu added sweet details to make their weekend perfect. They loved the condo and felt at home.

This condo was the perfect out of the way place we needed. It’s 20 miles or so outside of Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge but very drive able to both locations. It’s up in the mountains and had a beautiful view of the mountains.

I feel like Julie did great and represented everything accurately. Very accomodating and clean. The space is nice, views are great, she was accomodating when I needed to reschedule for snow issues, etc. This is more af an AirBnB complaint than one for Julie: Searching AirBnB for a "cabin" in my opinion, should yield results that ARE CABINS. Julie's place is great, it's in the hills, views are beautiful, and once inside everything is very cabin like. It is, however, a condo with other units next door and below. I don't think there was intentional misrepresentation on Julie's part; I think AirBnB made some web design choices that are questionable at best or nefarious at worst. This was a great stay and very relaxing. When I look for a "cabin" on AirBnB I hope to find a cabin.

Diana's place was just as the pictures she listed. Very nice,clean and peaceful place. Had plenty of extra pillows,blankets and a plus for me was a fan. Little issues with the Tv messaged and had a response right away and was going to send maintenance. But was just batteries which we had our own so just replaced them. The road up in some areas was a little steep and curvy. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.
