Vacation rentals with a patio in Cockburn Town

Nick was an amazing host, the best I've ever had the pleasure to talk to. We arrived a day late because our incoming flight was so delayed that we missed our connecting flight to Grand Turk. Nick was more than helpful in dealing with this, arranged our taxi from the airport and even had his property manager take us grocery shopping by car although it was Christmas Day! In every respect Nick took good care of us and was super friendly and supportive. The house is located in a private area, a few minutes walk to the beach. There are cats around the house (which we loved), dogs (which stayed outside) and the island's wild donkeys walking around. We did not need an alarm clock because they did the job, which was fine with us because we went diving every day and got up early anyway. The house has everything you need and although not all appliances were working we felt very much at home. The kitchen is fully equipped and we loved the dishwasher and the water dispenser! The host is amazing and friendly. The place is clean, safe, and close to everything. I was traveling with my family. We had a wonderful time. It is a highly recommended place to stay if you are traveling to Grand Turk.

The host was very friendly and helpful from the time of booking to check out. The condo was easy to locate, and it was clean and had the essentials that was needed, very pleased with our stay. you can also order cakes from the host and as always it was delicious :)

We had an amazing vacation at flamingo villas. It was so easy for us to settle in and relax. The property is exactly as shown. It’s two floors with the kitchen, living room and 1/2 bath on the main floor and a patio door to the porch and stairs to the small shared pool. The pool is small but it’s cleaned daily and it was enough for our two boys. If you’re concerned about the size of the pool don’t be, the ocean is just steps away. Access to the beach isn’t the best but once you hit the sand it’s worth it. You can walk the beach to a less rocky area in less than a minute. The kitchen offered everything we needed to prepare our meals and a table for four. The living space is spacious with a love seat and oversized single chair with a tv. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms each with its own patio and direct access to a 3 pcs bathroom. There are beaches, restaurants, bars and shops a short walk in either direction. I recommend renting a golf cart to explore the whole island.

We loved staying at the Sunflower Villa! The house was clean and roomy and we spent a lot of time on the covered patio. The beach was right outside the door and the sunsets were beautiful! It was so helpful that O’Neil, a local person, picked us up from the airport and took us back. He was available to answer any questions during our stay through messaging and phone calls. The only thing we were surprised about was the price of groceries. But it is understandable since everything arrives by ship. The island is perfect if you want a laidback vacation and like meeting the local people and exploring the island on your own. We used a golf cart that Katy reserved for us and it was waiting for us at the airport as well. The cruise port is a fun place to go for shopping and restaurants when ships are in. We would definitely go back after having such a great experience! Thank you Katy and Nisso for sharing your home with us!

We had a great time at Villa Turkquoise on Grand Turk over new year's 2024/2025. We loved laidback Grand Turk. Great diving. The villa was perfect for our needs - pool, jacuzzi, beach. Very well set up for home cooking too - we ended up staying home most evenings - and the Graceway store was surprisingly well stocked.... would have no hesitation in returning.. And a word of thanks to DJ who handled the rental day-to-day. He was great, really communicative, and a pleasure to interact with.
