excellent location , close to the bus terminal so it is super easy to get to if you do not go in your car , the apartment is spacious , cozy, with good lighting. In my case I went for work so I only stay one night, but it is a dpt. very comfortable to stay more days. communication with the host was very clear and accurate. i recommend the place

The beautiful apartment, super comfortable and with everything you need for long stays. The neighborhood is very quiet and we feel super safe, we did everything walking and a few streets away there is a bus stop that takes you to practically all places (beaches, mall, downtown, etc.) Patricia is super friendly and attentive, we had some other inconvenience but always ready to help. We would definitely come back <3

The apartment matched the description, I liked that it smelled good when I entered, it smelled clean, and it's nicely decorated. Vehicle access to the condominium was complicated for me, because the control never worked for me and I had to ask the concierges for help. (I tried many times) The communication when I mentioned this took a long time and didn't solve the problem. Anyway, despite the observations, I'd love to go back. Thank you so much.

The place is spectacular. It's quiet; despite being downtown, there's very little street noise. It's safe and easy to find. Fully equipped in the kitchen Absolutely recommended to stay for several days.

We recently stayed at Heritage House in Val Paraiso. What a find! Warm and inviting interior, with beautiful wood flooring and finishes throughout. Amazing harbour views from the master bedroom and the living room/dining room. Very walkable, safe neighborhood - amazing street art everywhere. And cool shops and restaurants. All the people we met were so friendly! We will return someday!

Well-equipped accommodation, quiet building and has amenities to occupy. Diana was very patient with all my questions, we were able to use the building's gym and pool. Everything was great.
