Vacation rentals with a home theater in Cochoa

The apartment is practically new, beautifully decorated and comes with everything you need for a pleasant stay. We went in the summer and the extra blankets for the night were appreciated. It is located in a quiet place and with secure parking. We took advantage of the building's heated pool.

Highly recommended, César was very friendly and willing to help us with whatever we needed. The apartment is perfect for a couple, and had just what was needed for a comfortable stay. The location allows you to walk to restaurants and the beach, and it has parking if you go by vehicle. The room's window is double, which helps to isolate it from outside noise. The view is unbeatable

We went with a group of 9 families all with small children and although the place is not conditioned for that since it is designed rather for adults, we felt very comfortable. All the bedrooms are of excellent level and impeccable and comfortable. All utensils are labeled and tidy. We had everything we could have needed at our disposal. The view is beautiful and has enough space for everyone to have the privacy they required. Thank you very much for everything!

Ignacio's house complied with what was described in the listing, so we really enjoyed it. The best thing about it is the tranquility of the place, the surroundings and the 360 views at different times of the day/night. Ignacio is an excellent host, very worried and attentive, we always had good communication. He was very kind at all times. The road that goes down the hill and that reaches the house is in optimal condition and you can reach with peace of mind without problems. We definitely recommend it.

Our stay in the apartment was excellent. The location is very good, which facilitates access to different points in the city. The pool with the slide was the best for my daughter, she really enjoyed it. It is an ideal place for two people or couples with one child as it is comfortable and cozy. Definitely would like to return in the future.

The condominium is excellent. The ocean view from the 6th floor, beautiful. Los Lilenes Beach is nonexistent. We had to use the car every day to go to the beaches of Viña or Reñaca. It wasn't the idea. We had a hard time walking from the beach to the condominium, due to the difference in height and for the age, of course.

Paula is a 5 star hostess. Clear instructions, apartment well located, cozy, clean. The sofa bed reaches others for double people, a couple or children. IT IS very comfortable, looks like a real bed. Small details inside that makes all the difference. Sure at another time, I would consider being able to go back to the same place. Highly recommended!
