Very nice stay. The apartment was clean and had everything you need to be comfortable. The beautiful view. Central location, there are minimarkets and restaurants within walking distance. The nearest beach is more than anything for surfers, but still a plus to be able to walk. The photos and description match the experience we had.

I stayed nearly 3 weeks , had everything needed to make it feel like a home.

It was a very nice stay. The apartment was comfortable and extremely clean. The complex had all the amenities that the description shows. It's worth noting to the hosts, who were attentive and responded very quickly whenever I needed it.

Very good location, close to supermarkets and places of interest, Edu very attentive to any query, only improve in the renovation of utensils and maintenance of some things, still everything was clean. also the entry with the vehicle should have a control for this. Everything else was fine, great place to stay, I would definitely come back.

The truth is the first time I rented for this platform it was very easy and fast. Ricardo is very kind, excellent apartment everything as described and as it is in the photo. The excellent view of the sea, the area where it is located is very nice. We will definitely be back again. We went with a group of 9 families all with small children and although the place is not conditioned for that since it is designed rather for adults, we felt very comfortable. All the bedrooms are of excellent level and impeccable and comfortable. All utensils are labeled and tidy. We had everything we could have needed at our disposal. The view is beautiful and has enough space for everyone to have the privacy they required. Thank you very much for everything!

Joaquin's house is very complete, just as described and more. We went with a 9-month guagua, and it was very easy thanks to there were quite a few children's implements in the house. The ocean view, hot tub, and nature were very nice to completely disconnect us. The decor of the house was modern and very cute! The wifi is a little weak in high season, (there were days where the internet didn't work well) which sometimes complicated when listening to music at meals with my family or watching movies. On hot days, the 2nd floor was getting hot but after opening the first floor windows during the day, the breeze helps with the heat at night. The direct beach access from the condo was really amazing! Joaquín is a very friendly, attentive and flexible host, we recognized this as we were able to solve any unexpected or doubt immediately. Thank you so much for our stay!!

A very nice house, it has everything you need, clean in all aspects. Quiet environment. Sergio at all times responds to our requirements or doubts. The house is much better than what you see in the photos. We'll be back for sure!

Very nice apartment, we felt right at home. It is a very quiet place and close to supermarket and restaurants, the bus terminal and Mercado El Cardonal. On the corner there is a bus stop and trolleybus that allow quick access to several areas of the city. Cituado is 10 min. from the nearest beach, but it is normal in chili to move with the car to get to the beach. We will definitely be back!!

Excellent apartment very conveniently located near hospitals, supermarkets and beach. Very good distribution 2 bedrooms+ 2 bathrooms, independent kitchen. Very friendly and helpful concierge staff. Bruno is very kind, fluid communication, he welcomed us in the depto and explained the operation of everything. Also, give remote control for easy access to underground parking. Totally recommended.
