The apartment owner was super friendly and responded quickly, always ready to answer any questions. Located in a quiet area, the apartment was very quiet. The concierges were friendly at all times and willing to answer any questions. Despite having a problem with the vending machine, they treated us super well and the problem was resolved immediately.

Very good accommodation, comfortable and very cozy, with everything you need, we chose this apartment because of its proximity to Quinta Vergara and we were not mistaken.

We went with a group of 9 families, all with small children, and although the place is not equipped for that since it is designed more for adults, we felt very comfortable. All rooms are of excellent standard and impeccable and comfortable. All utensils are labeled and tidy. We had everything we could have needed at our disposal. The view is beautiful and has enough space for everyone to have the privacy they need. Thank you very much for everything!

Ignacio's house complied with what was described in the listing, so we really enjoyed it. The best thing about it is the tranquility of the place, the surroundings and the 360 views at different times of the day/night. Ignacio is an excellent host, very worried and attentive, we always had good communication. He was very kind at all times. The road that goes down the hill and that reaches the house is in optimal condition and you can reach with peace of mind without problems. We definitely recommend it.

Our stay at the apartment was excellent. The location is very good, which makes it easy to get to different parts of the city. The pool with the slide was the best for my daughter, she really enjoyed it. It is an ideal place for two people or couples with a child, as it is comfortable and cozy. We would definitely like to return in the future.

The condominium is excellent. The ocean view from the 6th floor is beautiful. Playa Los Lilenes is non-existent. We had to use the car every day to go to the beaches of Viña or Reñaca. That wasn't the idea. It was hard for us to walk up from the beach to the condominium, due to the difference in height and age, of course.

Paula is a 5 star hostess. Clear instructions, apartment well located, cozy, clean. The sofa bed reaches others for double people, a couple or children. IT IS very comfortable, looks like a real bed. Small details inside that makes all the difference. Sure at another time, I would consider being able to go back to the same place. Highly recommended!
