Vacation rentals with lake access in Cobbosseecontee Lake

Extremely peaceful and relaxing! The rental is more like a home than a cottage/camp with its recent tasteful, pleasing, and very functional renovations (the flooring was well done and looked great; the mini-split system made it very comfortable even when it was in the 90’s; and, the new furnishings were attractive and comfortable). We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

Very spacious nice peaceful home on a pretty lake within a great location. Beautiful lake views from every room. The house was immaculate with much attention to detail for our comfort. The kitchen was amazingly very well stocked with supplies. Breakfast items in fridge as well as some welcoming adult beverages were also available to us with a very welcoming message. Bonnie & Paul were exceptional friendly hosts going above & beyond to make sure we were comfortable during our stay. We highly recommend Bonnie and Paul’s home for the quiet, comfort, spaciousness, views, location, cleanliness, lakeside charm, and filled with everything needed for a wonderful visit in Maine. My wife and I spent our first year anniversary in this wonderful home. We had a great time enjoying the fall colors and over looking the beautiful pond, especially in the morning as the fog broke. Within 15 minutes there were several grocery shopping options, restaurants, and breweries. Perfect balance of being in a quiet setting but having amenities nearby. Would recommend and hope to go back next autumn!

The house was an amazing location! We thoroughly enjoyed the sunrises & sunsets while grilling dinners in the evenings! The house was very clean and Robert was a great host. I mess him to ask if there was an axe on site. He responded that there wasn’t but that he would get firewood for us the next morning. It was so awesome to sit around the fire at night and hear the loons calling. It was very relaxing. We had to travel at least an hour to do the site seeing we wanted to do but we expected that. Overall was great and I’d recommend the house to others!!

Beautiful place, clean, right on a pond, and easily accommodated our large group. Lea was also very responsive, and was able to quickly resolve an issue we had with the locks when checking in. Definitely recommend!

We stayed in this home over Christmas and it was perfectly cozy and delightful. The lake was frozen, the house was decorated with lights and a tree, and the bed was comfy. Also, I goofed and burned a pan when I was getting the hang of the stove and Stephanie took care of it for us quickly. Communication was easy. I hope to stay here again!

The wife and I came here for a weekend getaway. Overall it was a great experience!

Just returned from a two nights stay at Robert’s. We both enjoyed our time there very much. Everything was just as described and we had everything we needed during our stay. We were even able to make a few easy meals to save on dining out which was helpful. Robert made some great suggestions on how to make the most of our time in the Boothbay area. We hope to return for another visit during the summer months.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. Perfect set up and location for us. The apartment is in a refurbished factory-I love to see the building being used and not having been torn down. This building has been a huge part of the town. No complaints! Would stay her again!

We had a wonderful stay. Pat was very responsive and helpful, the place was comfortable, quiet and perfectly located. It was easy to come and go and the island is idyllic. We loved our first visit to Maine!

Susan’s place was the perfect spot for our getaway trip! The location and views were amazing and only a short trip to Portland. The space was spacious and exactly as pictured. We would stay here again.

We had a great and pleasant stay! Everyone was so friendly, especially Zeke the dog!! My son loved him! The sunset on the lake was magnificent! Beds were very comfy, and kitchen was great with everything you'd need. High-speed internet with Roku TV!! Felt like home! Robert, and his family were great hosts!! Thank you

Tim and Joanne were very friendly and a pleasure to meet. Their property is easy to get to, and in a wonderful countryside The 2nd floor apartment is up a single set of stairs, easy to access, and perfectly clean, comfortable, and very cozy. The kitchen is very well equipped, and we found a generous amount of snacks and beverages, including fresh fruit and blueberry muffins ! MANY thanks again !

Absolute perfect place to get away from everything, while still being close to all that Maine offers. The cabin has everything you could need and then some, and the view and proximity of the lake is breathtaking. Ouda was super helpful and friendly. This is one of the rare airbnb listings where the pictures and description match the reality (and then some because trying to capture what it's like to look at the lake as the sun comes up is impossible). We're already planning on coming back next year, 100% recommended!

Absolutely a wonderful place to stay! It was quiet and peaceful. Check-in was very easy and Alana was very welcoming. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow for checking in and checking out. Would absolutely stay again!

Wonderful,private, well equipped cottage on pretty pond. Owners quick to respond to our texts. Relaxing hot tub and fantastic sauna! Many restaurants and breweries within a 30 minute drive. Book it ..... you won't wanna leave!

I had a wonderful 4 night stay at the lake house and couldn't have asked for a better place to spend the little getaway. It is beautifully located on the lake and has this huge window in the living room from which you have an amazing view. The house has everything you need, even washing machine and dryer in the basement. I would 100% recommend this unique place! Christine has been super helpful throughout my stay.

We had a nice stay at the cabin. Tara was a wonderful host before and throughout our stay. The cabin is very well equipped, clean and comfortable. We stayed here while at Colby Parents weekend, it was ~30min drive to campus. Highly recommend!
