Florencia's apartment is in a very good and safe location, is very clean, rooms are of good size and the bed is quite comfortable. There is high speed internet and hot and cold water 24/7. The apartment has everything one needs for cooking and a comfy stay, and Florencia is always there to help if there is something. They were always attentive to us and the things we could need. There is a supermarket nearby for shopping for groceries. Check in was smooth and she was kind enough to let us check in early.. We had a great stay at her place and would love to stay at her place again in future if we are coming back to Monterrey. I would highly recommend her apartment to anyone visiting Monterrey .
