Great house! Alek was very responsive and quick to resolve any questions I had. Very open and spacious, room for everyone! Great house for a family with kids. Lots to do there, awesome game room in the garage! Nice backyard patio with a big pool nice jacuzzi, basketball hoop and putting green. Built in grill with connected gas line, no need to worry about propane tanks. Well stocked house with towels, cutlery, cooking utensils, pots pans. Highly recommend and definitely will keep this house in likes to book again!

Stunning location with tasteful design and decor. Perfect for stargazing, playing pool, and cooking with family and friends. Cohost was extremely helpful and provided concise instructions on getting to and from the residence. Jealous that this isn't my house but I will settle with booking again later in Spring. Cohost even reached out to ensure everything was going well. Lovely touch and much appreciated. Thanks again!

The hosts were incredible, and the space was a literal breath of fresh air after LA! The hottub was magical (an oldies radio attached to it) and we loved star gazing at night. Lots of activities for friends :)

Audrey was an amazing host! Her Joshua Tree home was easy to find, and she provided clear, detailed instructions. The Desert Star has a great vibe, and its location is very close to the Joshua Tree National Park entrance. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Stayed late Jan. 2025. A perfectly located duplex home in Joshua Tree. I felt safe walking to the main streets of town at night which were a 15 minute or less walk, & 15 minutes drive to a Joshua tree park. Essential needs like heating for winter, clean accomodations includ. nice towels & sheets, cooking supplies like pots/pans for stove/oven were provided along with some yummy snack foods. There's a rooster close by that crows but there were ear plugs that did the trick. Note, this is a duplex, so you have a direct bedroom wall shared with a next door neighbor if someone is renting that unit out. My neighbors were incredibly quiet and we saw each other once over 4 days, but results may vary (if you're looking for real solitude). A small caveat is that the showerhead in the bathroom is very low flow w/ the prickly/spiky kind of water setting. The stream hurts and it's low flow w/ large pockets of no water at all, so if you have long or thick hair, you'll be in there much longer.

We loved staying at Karen's place. It was peaceful, spacious and everything we needed for a quiet escape from L.A. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved the location and the place was amazing! Everything I wanted was close by. Hot tub and pools very close, view of the night sky from the deck was amazing. Place was well furnished and it was like having a home not just a rental. Communication was fabulous with management. I will be back!

My husband and I have been here several times. It is ALWAYS AMAZING. Nothing is out of place. Quiet, clean comfortable and excellent location. We always wish we are staying longer. Highly recommend!!

We had a very comfortable stay The place was immaculate, well appointed and tastefully decorated. The kitchen had all the amenities It was a very nice neighborhood too

My wife and I spent 3 nights here. The pictures are very accurate. The compound was clean and quiet. The pool was salt water and we met a number of similarly aged people to chat with. This was a trip back in time to the 1950s and we loved it.

This is a great location to wonderful restaurants and attractions. Joan was very responsive when called and dealt with any issue immediately. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a relaxing getaway.

I had a fantastic stay at Christine’s Airbnb. The location by the beautiful golf course made for a scenic and relaxing experience. The home itself was spacious, with large and comfortable bedrooms that provided plenty of room to unwind. Parking was extremely convenient, especially with the garage space available. Christine was an exceptional host—her communication was prompt and helpful throughout the stay, making everything seamless. I highly recommend this place and would love to stay again

Extremely comfortable, well appointed spot in Palm Dessert. We enjoyed several of the many pools. Everything is very convenient.

Sally was very responsive. She is a great communicator. We loved the place. It was clean and exactly what was advertised. The only negative, and this is I think an Airbnb negative, is why am I paying a cleaning fee of over $200 when every Airbnb place I rent has a number of chores I have to do at checkout? We enjoyed our stay at the Oasis. Hosts were very accommodating and provided a bit more coffee and additional fresh local lemon upon text request. Attention to detail in every way was experienced.
