Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Cô Giang

We loved this place and the hosts here. From the surrounding instructions, everything in the facilities was clean and I liked it.

Felice and Tam were really good hosts I was satisfied because it was friendly and quick to communicate. Although it is far from the city center, it is a place for a quiet and relaxing vacation. The pool was also big and it was a much better place than the pictures. The best part was the communication part. I was able to have a good trip with a lot of help. Thank you. 👍🏼

The accommodation was also well-maintained, so I liked it, and it was in a safe area, so I had a comfortable stay. The host is very friendly and the feedback is quick. I highly recommend it and would like to come again next time.

Host was very nice and friendly, quick to respond to messages and super fuss free. The place was nice and pleasant to stay at and location was quite easy to find. The security guards were also all very friendly and nice to us as well. Do recommend this place to stay at.

Lan is a very accommodating host. She is very responsive. She even lets us keep our baggage in her pesronal unit even after our check out time so we can still roam around the place conveniently. She easily responds anytime we have a question or concern. The unit is also near the tourist spots and there is a 24-hr convenience store nearby. So happy that we booked her property.

I had a wonderful stay! The house is cozy and well-equipped. It’s a peaceful place, and the host was incredibly supportive and nice. Highly recommended!

The room is right, 6 rooms, 6 private toilets, soaking in the middle, there are people who clean the room every day, there is a swimming pool in the middle, recommended

10 out of 10 would stay here again! Some highlights: - walking distance to district 2 amenities - location is in a quiet alley, street sounds and karaoke can't be heard even at night. Commercial kitchen on bottom floor isn't really noticeable or heard. Note it's not a storefront, you can walk a few blocks to the cafe where they sell their delicious treats. - House is large and has all the amenities to support a longer stay for a larger group, including a small kitchen and laundry (dryer is almost dead but lots of hang dry clips). This was perfect for our large family. Suggestions for house owner: - a basic online house manual would be helpful - your staff were very helpful & responsive via chat but a lot of basic questions could be answered with manual (WiFi instructions, how to turn on temperamental aircon, etc.) - seal off the opening above the interior first floor door in living room to the commercial space, while they were quiet we felt like we were intruding on the space.

We had a nice time at the Ben's place. Location was good. A lot of shops and restaurants were around the house. We requested a few things during our stay to Ben. He was very helpful and quickly sort out our requests. We tried Ben's newly opened Restaurant "Farm Kitchen" and it was delicious.

Great and cooperative host, we dd not face any problem during our stay. It was convenient and place was spacious and quite good. Pool was excellent, rooms were large sized, good size toilets also.

Sang was an amazing host. He was happy to accomodate our requests and was proactive with his communications. We did not feel a need to step out for our daily essentials as it was already provided to us for a minimal fee. The pool was clean and a daily maid would ensure the house is cleaned. Would definitely recommend for a group of friends wanting to spend their time in Ho Chi Minh!
