Erica’s place is lovely! Very clean, comfortable, and just as the pictures described. It was very close to Downtown Clovis so we could walk to restaurants and shops downtown. She was so friendly in her messages to me to make sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this place.

I recently stayed at makais air bnb for a fire academy in Del Rey ! The place was really comfy and felt like home. Makai was great ! And also quick to respond to any questions that you may have. I would totally rebook this place again ! Thank you makai!

Very comfortable place. Safe area of Fresno with lots of parking. Comfy beds and pillows.

If you are looking for a space with a kitchen and great location this is it. Yosemite and Kings Canyon/Sequoia National Parks are great day trips from this location. It was clean and comfortable. My biggest issue was that it was difficult to find. There are many units close together and finding the numbers was a challenge. We would be happy to stay here again.

very peaceful location and plenty of food options around

Makai’s place was just like the photos and was very charming. It was homey with pops of color and comfortable bedding and the beds themselves were perfect! It was a wonderful place for my family of four for a weekend and was in a good location which was very close to restaurants/coffee shops, drug stores and grocery stores. Makai was very helpful as well, checked in multiple times prior to and during our stay. I hope to be able to stay here again when visiting the area and recommend it!

I have stayed here before. Always a wonderful experience. Kyle's team is wonderful to work with! I had an issue where I needed help with maintenance. The response time and the professionalism of the maintenance person as well as Danni on the support team was exceptional. I always try to stay at one of Kyle's properties.

Stayed here for a couple weeks for work. Listing was as advertised and Kyle was a gracious and responsive host. The train is literally across the street from the property and does run pretty regularly both day and night so if you're sensitive to noise, this is something to consider.

perfect little getaway

The place was great and since it was in tower district, there were plenty of places to go to for food or entertainment, had a spacious kitchen and living room, everything was clean and the bathroom mirror was pretty cool with its own built in light. The hosts were very responsive and checked in every now and then to see if there were anything we needed. Great place

Nicely updated unit that’s clean and comfortable. Once you’re in the small gate you quickly forget you’re on a busy street. Noise wasn’t an issue for us, but if you’re sensitive to sound I’d suggest some earplugs to drown out the occasional train passing by at night. Host left great instructions for easy check in and check out.

Highly recommended! Extremely safe close to restaurants and bars but far enough to enjoy a peaceful night sleep will be staying here again if in the area! Book while it’s available!
