Our home is in a fantastic location with stunning seaviews over the golf course. The south facing garden is great for children, dogs and barbecues. The children will be kept entertained with an inground trampoline, basket swing and the adults can relax in the garden! The beach is 500 meters from the house with amazing sandy beaches, surf and the Seapool for calm swimming even on the biggest wave days. .

the place was perfect ! so close to the beautiful town of looe, and even on a wet day we had , there was loads of films and games for the kids to keep them entertained, the views are blinding aswell as got the forest and sea view, robert was excellent and responsive, will definitely be looking to come back down in the summer ☀️

We spent a fantastic 5 days here. Location was perfect- lovely and quiet but not too far to drive to all the must see places. Accommodation was exactly as described. Modern and cosy with everything you need. Perfect for two adults and my 4 & 8 year old. Kids loved looking at the cows and sheep on the fields opposite and found a very friendly cat too! Amanda was very quick to reply to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend this accommodation and host and hopefully we will be back again.

Steve was an absolutely wonderful host—so pleasant, kind, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. He made everything easy and welcoming from the moment I arrived. His apartment is a true gem—full of charm and comfort, with an absolutely breathtaking view of the beach. Waking up to the sound of the waves and that stunning view was pure bliss. You won’t find anywhere in Cornwall as affordable as Maria’s caravan. The site it is on “Newquay bay resort” is only 8 min from the town and beach but feels like it’s in the middle of nowhere. The countryside, hills and cows surround you. The pool is massive and clean, kids activities and staff spot on. We had 2 kids 1&3 travelling for a wedding. This place ticked all the boxes. Caravan was cosy and clean. Hot water, heating and everything you need for a break away. Thanks Maria! We loved our stay! Washing machines on site are £4.50 a wash so bring spare clothes to save the wash if you have kids. Newquay is a beautiful area with many beautiful bays and beaches. It’s adorable. Maria was very helpful and an excellent host. Sorry I didn’t get to meet you Maria xX

A beautiful property in a gorgeous location, we would love to stay for longer next time. Hosts were extremely helpful and informative, and the home was fully equipped.
