Patricia and Guillaume’s home and the grounds are absolutely lovely. Huge floor to ceiling windows out to the large yard in back. Big kitchen, great patio for barbequing, amazing pool with all the chairs, loungers, and floaties you need. Ping pong, pool table, comfortable, super clean, and really felt like you were invited into someone’s special place. This home is even better than what the photos and listing describe. The hosts are friendly, helpful, gracious, and excellent communicators. Highly recommend.

This was our 3rd year renting their Potomac Overlook home for our family Thanksgiving and once again, our entire family loved staying here! The home is spacious with plenty of bed- and bathrooms plus super-comfortable beds. And the property is absolutely beautiful with its Potomac River-front location and plenty of very usable outdoor space. We highly recommend it!

I stayed at Daniel’s place for a gathering with my friends and family. His place was spotless, spacious, and amazing. Daniel was very responsive during my stay. I strongly recommend considering a stay at his residence if you are planning to visit Washington, D.C. or nearby areas.

My friend and I were so excited when we checked into this beautiful, old, classic, vintage style, timeless home! Just a few blocks from the Capitol, safe (important for two women), trendy neighborhood, we couldn’t have been happier! It is all that the description implies — AND MORE! I asked Maggie, the host, a lot of questions that were already in the ABB info and she patiently answered them again. I just can’t say enough. Win some lose some when you rent— this is 100 percent WIN! Steep stairs to second floor but we considered it exercise (and we’re in our seventies)! Can’t wait to get back to DC

Stuart's place was lovely & well appointed. He was a good communicator. It was perfect for our visit to DC. The Bear Cafe next door had delicious food & interesting architecture. Our dogs even loved the space & enjoyed sitting in the fully fenced in yard watching all the passersbys & cafe goers. We hope to stay in Stuart's place again.

The house was perfect for our family Middleburg weekend stay. It was clean, cozy, well stocked, and centrally located. The tavern across the street was so convenient and added a local feel. We would definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

Jennifer was very sweet. She checked on me often and made me feel so welcome. The place was clean and cozy, and had everything we needed to be comfortable. She also very welcoming of my dog, Birdy. I would definitely stay there again!

We stayed here for a week for work and it suited our purposes perfectly. The place is adequately equipped and the decorative style hastrue home feel. The yard and flowers were beautiful. 😍 . I would highly recommend the place.

We had a very nice time. It comfortably slept all 11 of us, between the beds, pullout couch, and the air mattresses. The roof deck was a great little space to hang out.

GREAT STAY! The house is beautiful and we had plenty of room. Unfortunately, we attended for a funeral, but we were able to enjoy family and be comfortable during our time of sorrow. We had a wonderful time staying in this home and would highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay, it was quiet and very clean. We did have an issue with a beeping alarm in the middle of the night- they answered the phone and helped us sort out the issue.

Beautiful old farmhouse with large yard lots of privacy in the country. Great host, has recommendations for food in the area, wonderful hospitality, easy check in, gives you all the communication you want, but the privacy you want as well when you book a farm house in the country! Would stay again!

It's spacious and clean. Everything here is wonderful. Just one suggestion that restrooms should have locks as it was inconvenient for our separate families. Anyway, we enjoyed our stays and strongly recommend to this place. Chau was amazing. She was excellent in communication and responding. We were pleased with her great service. Thank you very much.

Very quiet and peaceful place to stay with easy access to northern Virginia and DC! Great amenities. Comfortable home. Awesome backyard for our pups with friendly neighbors. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect location for our family Thanksgiving celebration. Great access to major roadways to get to main attractions in the DC area. Close to shopping. As previously stated there is not a full kitchen but has everything you need.

Had a group of graduate students stay during the AGU conference. We didn't get taken advantage of like all of the hotels in the area where prices where 2-3 times higher than normal. Our host was very helpful in the days leading up to check in and reponsive while there. Highly recommend for those looking for a nice place when visiting DC.
