A good place to stay for long stays comfortable and safe

What a unique place and stay! A large, beautifully landscaped home at the base of The Monument cliffs. The grounds and all the different patios, fire pits and pergolas are stunning with so much open space to meander and meditate. Would be awesome for a wedding or family reunion. Minutes from great BLM land hiking too where our dog was welcome to roam off leash just outside The Monument itself. Stephen and Mai were super friendly and very welcoming and clearly have put so much love and attention into creating this one of a kind place. Our apartment was spacious, private, quiet, new and clean and the bed was super comfortable. We are already planning to return next month!

Perfect place to stay, so nice to have two comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms, nice kitchen and really nice table to work at in dining room. Really easy to get in, easy to park, etc. Agree with some others about road noise, but the reviews were helpful so I took a sound machine and turned it up and slept just fine, couldn't hear anything else. Location is really perfect to get to Colorado Mesa U and any events there, and there's a great coffee/beer place just down the road. This place is a gem, we'll be back for sure!

Perfect for a weekend getaway. House was very clean and inviting. Hot tub felt amazing and was a nice way to spend the evenings. Absolutely loved the kitchen!

Quiet and cozy apartment in a well maintained neighborhood. The garage was an added bonus. Numerous major stores and restaurants were a few minutes away by vehicle. Overall, the location and the apartment was just what we were hoping for.

The place was perfect for weekend race in Fruita.

Christie’s home in Grand Junction was a pleasure to stay in. The home was beautiful and very clean. Lots of small thoughtful touches made it feel very comfortable, like we were staying at a friend’s home while they were away. The kitchen was beautiful and well stocked with an assortment of pans, small appliances, and even spices to cook with. The beds were comfortable and we had no issues with check in or accessing the wi-fi. The location was also great - it was close to supermarkets and the mall, while the drive to the downtown area was less than 10 minutes. I would highly recommend this home to anyone that is planning a trip to Grand Junction.

This was the second time we came for a week-plus stay at Renee and Amber’s place - they have made such a warm and comfortable home. The kitchen is uncluttered but amazingly has everything you could need for cooking full meals, the beds are super comfy, the main room is light and relaxing, WiFi is awesome - and the home has so many thoughtful touches from the kindest hosts. Could not recommend more highly.

My wife Katie and I enjoyed our stay here. It is a nice quiet neighborhood, but it's only about a five minute walk to the center of town where there are several great places to eat. The king bed was very comfortable. We would definitely recommend Eric and Jody's place to anyone visiting Fruita.

The place was very nice. We were pleasantly surprised that there was a hot tub.

This is a great little place with a shed for bike storage. It’s down the street from two bike shops, restaurants, and 2 local coffee shops. You can literally walk there in 60-90 seconds. The place was nicely remodeled and feels more spacious than the photos feel. The kitchen has a lot of what you need to cook healthy meals and make smoothies. Some little things I liked were dimmer lighting, decorative light tree, heat fan in the bathroom, love seat to kickback on to read or to watch some TV. It’s mostly a quiet location. Someone mentioned a train - while this is true, it’s not horribly disruptive, and I like quiet. It’s a pretty quiet neighborhood. You can ride and walk from the door to the multi-purpose path to ride out to Kokopelli and to Grand Junction. And you have great hosts who are kind, helpful, and responsive, which are important characteristics IMO. I’ll be returning.

Great place! Cozy and comfortable! Just the right size for us and our 3 kiddos. The baseboard heaters in the unit above do click and pop throughout the night but white noise machines are provided by the host. Cute place!

This is a lovely apartment right in downtown Grand Junction. The decor is very nice, everything was spotless, and the linens and beds are extremely comfortable. Kelly responded quickly to all inquiries and was friendly and helpful. We would certainly stay again.

The place is very comfortable feels right at home it’s a quiet little neighborhood the AC was shut down for the season but thankfully the weather isn’t bad during this time of year any question I had they responded quickly and friendly would recommend this place to anyone visiting Grand Junction it’s in a nice little area as well.

Deann’s place was perfect for us! It is right across the street from CMU where my son is going to college, so it couldn’t have been more convenient for us. We also visited the Colorado national monument which was only 15 minutes away. The place was clean and cozy. It had everything we needed!
