Had a wonderful stay here, the view is beautiful. We were worries it might be loud with the boats coming in and out but it was not. Perfect location with multiple restaurants right underneath the hotel. Almost everything in walking distance. Pool was also lovely

We had a short but wonderful stay. Unit exceeded our expectations. Very large, clean and high quality unit close to the Esplanade. The kids loved the pool too.

The place is exactly described on Airbnb. Details are looked after. Prompt response from host with detailed instructions. I used the host’s discount on tour. The apartment and utility as well as location are just perfect. Shops, restaurants the beach are within walkable access. The place is very clean with welcome sound on TV and fans on to make you feel very welcome. I stayed 5 nights in September 2024. Wanted to extend the stay as I really love it. And yes highly recommend and I will absolutely want to come back. :) Paige

My stay was exceptional! Air quality and cleanliness made my stay very comfortable. Parking was easy around the area. There are $7/day lots and you can park on the street overnight after 6 pm until 8:30 am for free. Sundays are also free, as well as the meridian spaces, but the meridian spots have a 3 hour limit between 8:30 am - 6 pm, which was easy! Most days I went out for an afternoon excursion so parked in meridian spots the entire week and parked for free. Basically just had to move the car between 11 am and 3 pm. The last day I parked underground at the casino for $2 / hour just to have my luggage shaded while I waited for take off time. A lovely experience to be near the harbor and free public pool! Everything you need in a 4 block radius :) the sauna and pool open until 9 pm in the building was the perfect way to end the day. Restaurants also not noisy with patio door closed. Highly recommend!!!

Great location very well appointed. Liked the utility room (didn’t know there was one when I rented it). The loggia was a delightful place to hang out. Nice kitchen. Easy walk to everything we wanted to do.

Very tidy place, very nice to stay in ans so close to everything Palm Cove has to offer. Would definetly come back in the future.

My experience in this apartment was absolutely wonderful! Just a few steps away from the pool, it couldn't be more perfectly located. The overall ambience of the property is beautiful. With so many fantastic restaurants nearby and a short walk to the beach, everything you need is within reach. Dimitri, the host, was incredibly responsive and truly exceptional.

Beautiful location, close to the airport and Cairns. Great coffee shop and couple of restaurants walking distance for those nights you don't want to drive into Cairns. Thankfully we always had a breeze as there is no aircon in the main living area. House stocked with all the equipment you need. Bedroom 2/3 are in a separate locked area on the other side of the pool. Spiral staircase for upstairs access. Quick walk to the swimming nets, right in front of the cafe, though we didnt swim everyday as the water turned brown, and we are used to the pristine Gold Coast waters. Hammock was great to relax in and watch the cruise ships go past.

Amazing home and friendly hosts! So quick to respond to any questions we had. Loved the location! Quiet neighborhood and we felt safe. Quick drive from the airport and there was a driveway for our rental car. A great restaurant and little cafe just a short walk away too! Loved how clean and cozy the house was. Comfy beds as well. Would highly recommend getting a car. You can explore so much more with one! The upstairs porch was a soooo nice!! Loved spending some time out there in the early morning. Thank you again 😊

The house is gorgeous! We loved the sunrises from the stunning bedroom, breakfasts out on the deck, and the quirky and carefully curated decor (especially the book collection)! The house is centrally located to all tourist attractions - an easy drive into Cairns for restaurants, the art gallery, the lagoon pool, etc., and a very short drive to the swimming beach at Holloways, as well as being en route to Palm Cove, Port Douglas, etc. Be sure to check out Crystal Cascades (my fave) and Hartley's Croc Adventure Park (hubbie and the kids' fave 😂). O'Shea's Restaurant for meals and Mayhem's for our morning coffees were lovely and only a short walk away. Just don't forget your mozzie repellant! We had a fun and fabulous week in Machans Beach. Excellent accomodation… loved our 1 night stay 🫶🏼

We just finished up an amazing 1.5 weeks at Renee's beautiful place. We're a family of 4 (2 teenagers, 2 adults) and this house was perfect! We had enough room to spread out but also great common areas to share meals, conversation and games. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking - dishes, many different appliances, pots/pans as well as basic staples like olive oil. The outdoor spaces were lovely; the landscaping is beautiful and the large deck became our favorite place to hang out and watch the river, butterflies and birds. The layout was great for us - two of the bedrooms are connected to the main house via the deck so it gave everyone their own space. We had a chance to go swimming in the river which our kids loved. We arrived to Cairns very early & Renee was gracious enough to allow us to check in early which we appreciated after 28hrs of travel! We would definitely stay here again - we were sorry to leave!

Beautiful and spacious, house is huge with lots of rooms and bathrooms. Perfect for larger family and groups. Just a dining area near kitchen feels bit hot with no air con and fans. Overall, it’s nice to stay with relaxing and sounds of birds and waves in the morning. Host is really responsive, fulfilled our requests just like that. 10/10, absolutely amazing stay. We had a lovely stay, brilliant facilities over Christmas and New Year. Five adults and three children. Plenty to do in less than an hours drive . We were exceptionally lucky with the weather which also helped .

We had a great stay at Harbour Lights and Cairns. The Appartment is well equipped and is in a fabulous location next to the Wharf/harbour and easy walking to restaurants, supermarkets and in fact anything you may want. This is a garden view Appartment and was very quiet if you want peace! Thomas was prompt to respond to us and very helpful. We would for sure stay here again.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Thomas's cozy home. The location was absolutely perfect, right next to the lagoon and close to all the action. The view from the apartment was breathtaking, with stunning vistas of the mountains and the lagoon. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. But what truly made our stay exceptional was the host, Thomas. He was incredibly helpful and responsive, going above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. His communication was excellent, and he was always available to answer our questions. We highly recommend Thomas's place to anyone visiting Cairns. It's a fantastic choice for a memorable stay.

A sprawling home with great views. Kitchen was fabulous. The bedrooms and bathrooms were top notch. The patio area had comfortable seating. Even though the place is a part of a small group of apartments, it felt totally private. Covered car park was a bonus. Hosts are super responsive and helpful. One reaches the place through two flights of narrow stairs. It may be difficult to carry large luggage or if you have mobility issues. Otherwise this is a dream vacation home

Friendly and helpful communication. A great little hideaway and close to everything. Tidy and spacious apartment that had all that we needed for a quick stopover.

Carmen’s place was lovely and clean, open and relaxing. It was more than big enough to fit 3 adults and 2 teenage children. The location is right on the beach and close to many restaurants, very easy walk. Was great to have 2 bathrooms upstairs. Beds were very comfortable and lots of spare towels, even beach towels as well which come in very handy. Carmen was very friendly and kept in contact during our stay. Clear instructions were given and response time was very quick. Didn’t have any problems at all. Many thanks Carmen, would definitely recommend!

We stayed in Christine’s apartment for 3 nights. It is in a spectacular location with ocean views from the balcony which was very relaxing. It is very close to a lot of restaurants, shopping, wharfs and tour offices. We did not have to rent a car to reach the pickup points for our booked activities/adventures. Apartment was very clean and well kept. Christine was very nice, she received us in the lobby and was very responsive to our calls. She let us stay beyond the checkout time upon our request as our flight was in the late afternoon. Our kids, 18 and 13 had a great time. Thanks Christine for the wonderful stay in your apartment in Cairns and making our vacation a pleasant and memorable one. Will definitely recommend this apartment to my friends who plan to visit Cairns. Thank you.

Paulys place is fantastic, right on the Esplanade in Cairns, walking distance to everything that Cairns city has to offer, but far enough away from the night clubs and noisy end of town that you dont hear anything especially when you shut the double glazed doors. The pictures of the apartment don't do it justice, the veiws from the balconys are gorgeous, it is very clean and well maintained. Paul is very easy to communicate with and he went out of his way and hired a shower stool for me and when I asked about beach towels he went and brought some, The king size bed is so very comfortable, I have no hesitation in recommending Paulys place to anyone who is staying in Cairns. Second time staying here. Felt very homely and cosy. Enjoyed watching the rain come down in the pool and even went for a couple swims in the rain. Would stay again. Thanks
