Staying at Hesam’s home was an absolute pleasure! Hesam and his family are incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming people. From the moment I arrived, I felt at home and never once felt alone during my stay. The house was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with all the amenities exactly as described in the listing. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to public transportation, main streets, and stores. What truly made my stay special was the hospitality of Hesam and his wonderful family. They are polite, calm, and incredibly thoughtful. Anytime I had a question or needed help, they responded immediately and made sure everything was taken care of. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay. I will always have the best memories from my time here and would love to return in the future! Everything was exactly as described and was perfect for my needs whilst away on business. The host was very accomodating and helpful during my stay.

This place is spectacular! The kitchen is well stocked. The entire unit is spotless. Great care is given to the quality of the bed, the bedding and pillows. There are plenty of towels and linens available, as well as cleaning items when necessary. It is evident that great care is taken with this unit and it is definitely a five star experience. A few steps away from the unit is a beautiful indoor / outdoor all - season pool. The recreation centre also includes two hot tubs and a sauna. The centre includes lockers, showers, and all the amenities needed. If you feel like exercising, there is a great gym on the top floor. If you have children, there’s a playground structure adjacent to the recreation center. Sean was an excellent communicator and responded very quickly to any questions we had regarding the unit. All codes were provided prior to entry, which made for a seamless vacation away. I would highly recommend this for a most enjoyable vacation away from home!

Maryam’s place is absolutely outstanding by Toronto standards. The unit is located in a perfectly quiet community and maintained in pristine condition—from the living room to the bathroom and bedroom. Her taste in decorating the unit is worth mentioning; it adds a special charm to the space. Maryam is also incredibly responsive to inquiries, even during late hours or early mornings. Having stayed in several Airbnb properties in Toronto, I can confidently say that Maryam’s unit tops my list.

We had a wonderful stay at Lisa’s place! It was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was ideal, with easy parking and convenient access. Lisa was a fantastic host—welcoming, communicative, and helpful. Highly recommend!

We stayed for a month at Jomana's place and were very happy with it! It's spacious, well-equipped in the kitchen and feels like home. Internet is very fast. There was a lot of snow in Barrie and Jomana always took care of it, which we were so appreciative of. When unforeseen maintenance issues came up, Jomana immediately took care of the issue and did it in the most considerate way for our scheduling. She truly goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. We would stay here again!

We had a wonderful time at Dawn's airbnb. We were in town for our wedding and they were so kind as to write us a card and leave a snack box for us. 10/10 recommend

we need a last minute place to stay and this was perfect. we loved the peaceful location and the fact that it had a full location. if you are looking for a countryside getaway at an extremely affordable price, this is it. we were traveling under extenuating circumstances and Colin was very compassionate and sympathetic. Natalya and Victor’s place was outstanding for our extended stay of two weeks, this was our second time there and everything was perfect. It was a 1-50 year snow event this year but very responsive to clear snow. They are lovely caring people that love sharing their home. Quiet neighborhood and strongly recommend your stay in Barrie.

We stayed at Stacy's place multiple times and their place is super comfortable and easy to find. We would really recommend this place to rest and see the surroundings.

Beautiful view from the living room/kitchen/dining/deck area! In a very quiet neighbourhood but still close to downtown Penetang and shops and services. Kitchen has everything you need to cook simple meals. Cosy and comfortable living room.

Amy was a very friendly host who greeted us upon arrival. She had the crib prepared exactly like we requested. The space was ready to move in and we were able to settle in quickly. She was very mindful throughout our stay and accommodated our baby’s nap time without issue.

This B&B was delightful! The chrome and glass features were lovely, the living space was welcoming, and there were lots of options on the TV. The bathroom was a real treat, with its rainfall showerhead and heated flooring. The bed was comfortable, and there was plenty of drawers and closet space. Getting into the place was a breeze. Clear instructions were left about the door locks, the parking and the house rules. It was quiet and felt very safe. Thank you, Amee and Andrew, for a lovely Christmas holiday in 'The Snug'.

Very clean and just as advertised. The instructions for how to find and check in to the location were clear. Information was also provided for what to do and where to eat in the area, which was much appreciated!

A spacious clean room with area to relax and work as well as sleep. Close to several of the ski hills.

We had a great time at Chantal and Sylvain's place. We were there during an ice storm, so there were lots of unexpected things that neither the hosts nor guests could have changed. Chantal and Sylvain were the best hosts, ensuring we had everything we needed and more. We will definitely be back!

Great stay right near the mountain! Natalie was a very helpful host, promptly answering any question and even providing a very detailed guest book. The place was just as described and perfect location for a Blue Mountain getaway. Great space for a couple and squeaky clean! Would stay again.
