Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Clayton

This is our second time at this Airbnb. It’s in a wonderful location, so close to downtown. The house is clean and spacious, and you can’t beat having 2.5 bathrooms.

We enjoyed our weekend stay! The house was very comfortable and close to downtown Clayton so we were able to walk to the shops.

Heather’s place is very nice, comfortable and cozy. It’s the type of place you can make yourself at home, check in instructions were very clear and easy to understand. Host is a great communicator and quick to respond, would highly recommend. We really enjoyed our stay and will keep in mind next time we come to Kingston 😊

Christina's cottage was a great place to relax and unwind with my friends. Seriously, we didn't want to leave. The house is clean, uncluttered, and perfectly decorated. The fully stocked kitchen and comfortable living room made our stay extra enjoyable. Christina has thought of everything that a traveler may need... snacks, games, toiletries, beach towels.. you name it. The back deck gave us a front row seat for the sunset, so nice! She was very responsive to anything we needed. Great house, great host. Thank you.

Had a wonderful stay here with my partner. The space was very clean with great amenities. Everything was as described and then some. David left a very detailed guide on things for us to do in the area, which was very welcome. He was also a wonderful host and very responsive and accommodating when we had questions. The property sits in an area that has a lovely view out to nature and a river. You can also hike out there. The nearby restaurant also has some very delicious bites and live music some evenings. Will definitely visit again, don't miss out on this place its a gem :)

John & Family were quick to assist us with a last minute reservation. The spot was great and exactly as described. They were super responsive to our questions and needs though out our stay. Excellent hosts and superb human beings :-).

Our stay was fantastic. The home is a great size with perfect bedrooms and a great kitchen to cook in. The living room and porch were awesome as well. We loved the dock and the ability to launch our jetskis right across the bay. I will say, prop boats should be fine. Jet boats just be cautious of the seaweed. It didn’t stop the fun though!

We just stayed one night on our way to Quebec City, and it was a wonderful spot! Our pups loved the fenced in backyard and the neighborhood was safe and close to grocery store and restaurants. Dana was really responsive and helpful with carryout options. We were so grateful for the stay!

We were in Gananoque for a family wedding and Tyler’s place was the perfect spot for my family to stay. The location is great - just steps from downtown and an easy walk to the riverfront. Pictures of the space were accurate. It was clean and well-appointed. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for breakfast. We especially appreciated the makings for coffee. Tyler’s communications were prompt and clear. There was lots of information about area attractions, games, videos and the snacks were a nice surprise. I would definitely recommend Tyler’s place for a stay in beautiful Gananoque!

Such a lovely location and beautifully decorated apartment. Enjoyed everything about it from sitting out on the deck watching birds, boats etc to firepits in the evening and walking to the local Tikki Bar for food, beverage and socializing. We found the people in this area to be the friendliest we've come across in our travels. Oh yes and the bed is heaven.

This was the perfect place to have my daughter come stay with me when I came to Kingston for a quick visit. Everything was exactly as described and was the perfect location for us. We could get downtown in 5 minutes, walk her dog over to the dog park for a good run and felt comfortable walking the neighborhood in the evening. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

We usually stay at the hotel this time of year, but because they didn’t have a river view room we decided to book this charming place. So glad we did! We are thinking about booking again next year. Clean, spacious , excellent amenities and terrific view that can’t be beat!

Great location with good sized deck overlooking the water, walkable to everything in downtown Clayton…parking could have been a problem mid-day but otherwise ideal

Kurt's place was in the perfect location. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping downtown Kingston, Good Life Fitness, and a grocery store. We felt right at home with comfortable beds and well stocked with everything you would need. Kurt's a great host and highly recommend his place. Looking forward to our next stay.
