Beautiful house! The kitchen is stocked with all the cooking items we needed to celebrate Thanksgiving! :) In terms of planning your stay there, there are five owner closets in the house, so there is not a good place to hang clothes or store non perishable items. We have a wonderful family vacation there!

Cozzi Lodge completely exceeded our expectations! Do not hesitate to rent this lovely home!

We stayed at The Mistletoe Cabin for Christmas. The cabin was so cutely decorated for the holidays. Great location where you’re secluded but so close to town when needed. Our family made so many memories at the cabin with the fire pit, pool table, large dinner table, provided games and more! We will definitely be making this our holiday ritual from now on.

Nice cozy home that is close to lots of fun things to do. We enjoyed all the Christmas hot spots. Christmas light at GA Mountain Fairgrounds, Dahlonega, and Helen.

This is the best cabin I stayed to far near Murphy we loved everything about the cabin. 100/10

This was a lovely cabin with very easy instructions for entry. If you’re looking for a mountain getaway I would strongly suggest booking! Rebecca was very responsive and proactive with every detail!

This tiny cabin is just what we expected! Absolutely beautiful cabin and the scenery was spectacular. You are most definitely secluded and no one will bother you. Our hosts are very dear to our heart. They are very sweet and attentive hosts. Everything was so clean and prestine. Just like the pictures. You will see so many deer. There was a family of 7 we seen everyday while we were there. They even left us a bottle of champagne for New Years and bought me a birthday cake, which I didn't expect. I definitely had a great Birthday and New Years experience. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back.

The cabin is directly on the river. Beautiful. Sound of the river is so calming. We saw many deer acoss the river on the mountain, even saw some crossing the river. We saw geese every day, and even a bald eagle. It snowed one evening and it was so pretty. The cabin is comfortable and homey. Plenty of seating, and beds are comfortable. Plenty of blankets for the cold nights. Wood burning fireplace was awesome. This was our second visit to this cabin, and we had a wonderful, relaxing vacation both times. The hosts are great! Very accommodating, very responsive to any questions. We hope to be able to stay here again. I would rate A+, 5 ⭐️

Photos will not do this view justice. You have to see it for yourself! The cabin is very clean and cozy and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. We saw the neighborhood deer every day, multiple times a day!

Beautiful, tranquil setting near Murphy NC. Loved the fenced yard, the spacious kitchen, and awesome master bedroom suite. Guests totally enjoyed the fire pit area. It’s a totally enjoyable property. Would love to go back some day.

Very clean house, beautiful view and everything such as controllers and switches have instructions and labels. Having all the essential cookware was a plus! They had all the essentials for bone fire as well. Spending Christmas at the cabin was amazing, the host had a Christmas tree up which was really nice so we could do presents.

Loved the cabin when we got inside we were pleasantly surprised by the kitchen and overall interior. Perfect place for a weekend getaway and overall a very peaceful cabin by the River.

It was a wonderful experience

These are lovely host with a wonderful place in the mountains. You have a perfect sunset view over the mountain, deer that come in front of the house, solitude and space, hummingbirds that come around the porch.. Inside is very spacious, as well as outside. It has character and charm. I would stay in this place year round if I could. Highly recommend.

The pictures of this place do not do it justice it’s so much more than you see it’s so peaceful and gorgeous and comfortable and just a fabulous place to relax and get away from it all! We never saw another person only DEER and otters! Anyone who loves the river and creek life this is for you.

Words cannot describe how gorgeous this cabin is! We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the beautiful views and amenities in the cabin. Everything was spotless and we had absolutely no issues. Felicia was an amazing host and very responsive. We will definitely be back!

Very nice cabin that felt like home and not a rental. Relaxing surroundings with the creek and words. Nice outdoor fire pit along the creek. The home was well equipped and had everything we needed. It was very comfortable and inviting.

This place was so amazing that I added it to my saved list as I look forward to staying there again. Great communication! Great house! The icing on the cake was that every switch in the house was clearly labeled as to what it controlled. There was no doubt as to what switch operated a particular light or when it was better to use the remote instead of the switch. It was great! The location was beautiful and the grounds are neatly kept. We would definitely stay here again.

One of the best Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed at. The house has got everything you’d need and more, for example cocktail set, great kitchen equipment. All the details were on point and made us feel at home instantly. Carlos was very pro-active, friendly and made sure all our needs were met. If you want to decompress and get out in nature, this is your place. We will come again!

It was a great stay! The kitchen had everything someone would need. The view was amazing, and there was plenty of sleeping spots. The top bunks have short railings so my friends felt a little uncomfortable sleeping on the top bunks due to fear of falling off while sleeping. There are many taxidermied animals heads has decorations, just mentioning it incase it makes any future guests uncomfortable. I still give this place 5 starts cause it had everything we needed and had a great trip!!

We originally thought BOB was just a clever name for the place. Boy were we wrong, this place is amazing and really the Best Of Both! The view is breath taking, the community center gazebo is awesome with the river, and the drive up is enjoyable with all the twists and turns! We enjoyed this house so much that we are now looking at homes for sale in the area. Our hearts were sad the morning we checked out but it was a very memorable Christmas vacation (we really loved the perfect amount of Christmas decorations) and we really want to thank Denise & Dwain for everything!!! We are so happy we didn't cancel our reservation!!!!

Great stay at Hinton. The cabin was cozy and just right for 2 people. We had everything that we needed. The heat worked very well, especially since outside temps dropped to below freezing. We appreciated the hospitality at the Guest Services desk and enjoyed talking with the staff/volunteers that we met. Would definitely want to stay there again in the future.
