This is the second time we have stayed here and it is definitely my favorite place, if you go as a group or as a family these apartments are the indicated, there are many restaurants down, and it is one block from the Zócalo and metro station. We definitely really enjoyed the stay, super clean and has everything you need, I will definitely come back a third time.

A very nice place. We would definitely come back. We stayed with an 11-month-old baby and the apartment was perfect, in space, cleanliness and in the building there are many environments to be with babies. Super recommended

My family and I had to come to this part of town to have a visit with family. This place far exceeded our expectations as did the host. She was incredibly responsive and made sure we were taken care of. As far as the place, the views were fantastic and the place itself was very clean with every amenity that we needed. The area is very walkable with some great restaurants around which offered some of the best meals I’ve had during my travels. We are already looking to get back there! Thanks for having us again!

Excellent place to stay, very close to great places to enjoy, even walking, such as the National Cineteca, Plaza Mitika, Casa Frida Kahlo, among others, very nice place, clean and with good furniture to enjoy the stay, I undoubtedly recommend it 100%.

We were a family of five: parents, grandparents and a 3 year old. We spent ten days there. The spaciousness of the apartment was very conducive for privacy as well as for an energetic toddler. The apartment was full of light and the neighborhood was quiet. The beds were super comfortable and we enjoyed the balconies. The nearby park and playground was great for a small child. Restaurants and shops were easily reached on foot. The doormen were invariably polite and prompt. The only criticisms would be: 1.) Limited kitchen supplies for a group of five people having breakfast there. 2.) The microwave cabinet was poorly designed for use. 3.) Storage, though ample, was in some cases hard to reach, such as the clothing hanging rods were placed right under the ceiling and so they were unreachable for use: same for kitchen cabinets– some items were hard to reach unless you were tall. 4.) Bedside lamps were too dim for night time reading 5.) We could have used more towels.

Roberto's beautiful apartment was the perfect place to stay in the Condesa neighborhood. We were a short walk to incredible restaurants, bars, parks, attractions, and shopping. We felt so safe and comfortable there. It's also a wonderful spot for a work trip- the apartment is set up with a huge table, very comfortable desk chairs, and super fast wifi. The pictures of the place are fantastic (we were completely not surprised the interior design was featured in Elle Decor)- but it's honestly even more beautiful in person. We really did feel like we were living inside of an issue of Architectural Digest. We had everything we needed- super comfortable bed in a bedroom that was extremely quiet at night, great warm shower, fully equipped kitchen, and a washer dryer, which really helped us out after traveling elsewhere in Mexico prior to arriving. Roberto was the perfect host- super responsive, friendly and helpful. We absolutely loved it and very much hope to return. Thanks Roberto!

An excellent place to stay, especially if they come to a concert

I loved this apartment, it’s also great if you’re bringing your dog with you. The location is top, with a great café downstairs, it feels super safe and the security guards at the entrance are very friendly, I’ll definitely want to stay here again soon.

Julia’s place is excellent. Great location, comfortable beds, and a well equipped kitchen. We were there for Christmas, and it was lovely. Julia is very responsive if you need anything. There were 3 people and we all stayed comfortably. Highly recommend! The walking path near the apartment is also a highlight. Can’t say enough good things!

This was such a nice and big apartment!! The host was really good with messaging and making sure everything was easy and also wrote helpful recommendations for food etc. on the chalk board. Location was perfect right by Parque de Mexico and the building felt really safe. Would recommend to anyone visiting CDMX

The condo was clean, quiet, well-supplied, and just as shown in the photos. Check in was easy. Daily in-and-out was safe and efficient with required check-in with the stationed security booth employees. Would stay again!

Gabriel was an excellent host and we really enjoyed our stay. Nice view to the West looking over surrounding greenery of La Condesa. He was very responsive and immediately sent by delivery messenger an electric kettle and new coffee maker when I told him I had nothing to make tea or coffee with. Neighborhood is lovely w lots of cafes and restaurants. Relaxed vibe, leafy and walkable. Rooftop pool was great if you swim laps. Would highly recommend.

It was excellent, everything is very close to us and the apartmentod is very comfortable, the building has security which is a very important point. I definitely recommend it and if I go back to Mexico, I would look for Iván as my first option.
