Excellent oceanfront apartment, with an amazing view and located in a very quiet area, ideal for resting. The amenities are really complete and the owners have an excellent disposition, always attentive. We would definitely go back, we totally recommend it.

Our stay at the apartment was splendid. Excellent location, impeccable presentation and attention, impeccable order and cleanliness, with all the comfort you need to have a pleasant and quiet stay. Excellent communication and welcome. One block from the beach with views of the sea and the hills. We would definitely come back.

Dora's apartment is amazing. Its ocean views, location, tranquility and comfort are excellent. Dora is an excellent host, she was always very attentive to us and allowed us to check in earlier than the scheduled check-in time. I recommend Dora's apartment 100%. It was our first time visiting Montevideo and it couldn't have touched us better place! Monica and her husband are great hosts and the apartment was beautiful and comfortable. I want to highlight the quality of the beds, sheets and pillows and the view from the balcony. You could sit and have some mates looking at the beach, the truth is excellent, we are super happy!

This place has everything a person needs to visit and go out to explore Montevideo. While it's a studio apartment, it contains everything you need to stay comfortable while you recover from a day of sightseeing. Very clean, tidy and with smooth communication.

The location is great. The apartment is very comfortable. The view is spectacular. With good restaurants and cafes very close by, you can walk. The neighborhood is very safe. There is a person at the front desk 24 hours a day. It was a pleasure to stay there, Maria Florencia is very attentive and friendly, I would stay again in the future.

Thomas is an uncomplicated host, always responded to our questions immediately. The apartment has a great sea view. Parking is available right in front of the house. We can recommend the apartment.

Laura‘s place was by far the best we’ve seen in Uruguay. It was spotlessly clean, nothing was broken, nothing creaked or jammed, everything was built/installed correctly and actually finished, unlike so many other places we’ve stayed in which seem to have been completed up to “close enough”. The list of suggestions for local shops/places to eat/things to do, etc. was great. If we’re ever back in Piriápolis we will certainly look to see if Las Olas is available.

We spent a few nice days at Carlos' house, As described, easy to get to. Carlos is always attentive, very kind we will definitely be back

Our stay was very good. The house really beautiful as seen in the photos. There are two modules on one side is the kitchen and living room and in the other space are the rooms, bathrooms and the laundry room. In the middle is the terrace with the grill and the pool. The pool for afternoons is ideal. All the spaces are very comfortable, we were two families and we managed to share when we wanted to share and have privacy when we wanted privacy. It's on the beachfront, absolute comfort. The location is excellent, close to restaurants, paradores and supermarkets. It is also super equipped. Nothing is missing. The only thing is that it does not have WI-FI. We look forward to returning soon.

Maria is very kind, and very attentive. The house is beautiful, super comfortable, equipped with everything, and in excellent condition, in a very nice area. We will definitely be back!

The accommodation is just like the photos, it has everything you need for a perfect stay. The house is new, the mattresses are comfortable, the barbecue area is beautiful and the pool is heated. Laura was a great host at all times. We will definitely be back.

Excellent experience. The house is a 10, well laid out, practical, comfortable, large. The variety of amenities that the barbecue offers, added to the pool, jacuzzi and pool make it unique. Rodrigo and Irma's attention, as well as the instructions, were impeccable. The value for money is adequate, we hope to return!

The house is beautiful, in an enclave surrounded by greenery but not isolated, and next to the beach. We were attended by Rosario, super attentive and friendly, pending our arrival. They had left chocolates and a bottle of welcome water but most importantly the house was spotless. The super equipped kitchen, new mattresses, new sheets and towels as well. We didn't get to turn on the stove but it's a cute home for all times of the year. We'll be back!

This was my second time staying at Santiago’s place and it was like the first time amazing! His so far the only host that thinks of your every need and has it all. Everything is very close from a 2 min walk to the grocery store, to a fabulous German bakery and a lovely cafe called Pecas. The beach and board walk is close. If you want to take photos with the Montevideo letters it’s less than a 5 min walk. Overall I highly recommend Santiago’s place you won’t be disappointed!!!
