The space and Location was great, worth the stay

The apartment met the expectiations, immediately felt like home. The host was super helpful and always responsive. We were in Milano before check in hours and he let us leave the luggage there so we were able to go to the city centre immediately carefree. There isn't much to do in the neighborhood but it is a close, nice and safe walk to the metro.

We enjoyed our two weeks in Milan staying in this great apartment. Super close to a busy bus line (56) that picks up every 4-5min or a short walk to the 1 train line going to all the main tourist spots. The nearby park is fantastic, but the hours are extremely limited during weekdays, nonetheless we enjoyed it during nights and on the weekend. With our dog, we had to rely on a grassy area that was both safe and quiet and open early and late. Plenty of grocery and pharmacies options for a longer stays as well as full kitchen for cooking. A few minor concerns was that the floor heating was very hard to control and the stove top only works after you put on the activating pans. Took us a bit to figure out, but once we did it was all great.

It was so nice stay and I strongly reccommend this house. House owner is so kind and reliable.

great quiet location, in between Milan and Como

Everything was in order and Michele communicated quickly when checking in. The unit was ideal for our stay and the location is excellent. Everything you need is close by.

Beautiful windows and light. Huge rooms. Comfortable beds. Two bathrooms! We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a comfortable, spacious place to stay in Milan that was convenient for walking and riding the metro. The owners were very responsive to our questions and requests about little things. Note that the shower in the second bathroom is really just a tub with a handheld nozzle. Can’t say enough how pleasant it is to sit in the main living room with the big windows.

Nice place to stay. Cozy studio with a big park and bath hub(you won’t need it during winter though😂). Water leakage happened during my stay but Sara and Marco helped on time. Overall, it’s good option for traveling accommodation

Diego and his wife are the best hosts we could have ever met! With my girlfriend we were delighted with the apartment and with the attention they gave us. The location is excellent, and all around it is beautiful. The apartment and garage are very comfortable, easy to access and with everything you need to have a great stay. Diego, he was always attentive and attentive to our needs, providing us with everything we needed and always with charisma and good predisposition. In addition, we were recommended several places such as bars, restaurants, gyms, markets, etc. I highly recommend staying here, they will surely have a wonderful experience!

Apartment in a good location. Nice and functional apartment. There are many food locations in the area and close to the subway. Ciro provides everything he wrote in the listing. There were also towels and linens in the apartment for a change. Communication with Ciro is fast and efficient. :)

Martina’s place is set back from the street, and so even though you are in busy Milan, it is peaceful and quiet. The tram is steps from the door, there is a great cafe on the corner for breakfast, and the apartment is neat and stylish. The garage is a great plus if you are traveling with a car. We were really comfortable there. Thanks Martina!

Beautiful apartment, spectacularly decorated. Literally in the middle of the Navigli with a great view. The kitchen is super equipped, ideal if you like to cook. It is a very noisy/crowded area but if you close the windows you can hardly hear anything (the problem is that you have to keep the windows closed all the time) The only "bad" thing is that it is on the fifth floor without an elevator and the apartment lacks a bit of lighting, not big deal

I can fully recommend this apartment even for long stays Pros: - Great wifi, 300 mbit/s, no issues not even once - Excellent shower, it can spring water on you from 4 directions (2 at once). Warm water comes fast and cold water actually can be cold - Super welcoming host, always kind and helpful, effortless communication - Comfy bed, not too soft - Private garden with trees and squirrels (you can feed them with nuts) - No noise from the street, house is in the inner block - Garbage bins for plastic, cardboard, residual and glass (on the very left) are directly in the building's courtyard. No need to seek them on the street - Well equipped apartment, plenty of storage Consider: - Like all houses in southern Europe, house has thin walls - No elevator, but only 5 steps to climb Cons: - None

The place was as described and the contact with the host was incredibly quick and straightforward. Any requests were met and some recommendations for the area were also given to us. Overall it was very clean and a lovely apartment. We would have liked to stay longer and felt very comfortable. Highly recommend!
