Very clean, spacious, well heated, well-stocked, quiet, relaxing and welcoming house. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment to prepare and eat large meals, as well as a kettle, microwave, toaster, juicer and electric plate. Water, various types of coffee and tea, milk, rusks, butter, fruit juices, nutella, jelly, and other breakfast products are available to the customer. Both bathrooms are impeccable and equipped with everything you need. Spacious, cozy rooms and comfortable beds. Short stay, but refreshing and fantastic. Highly recommended host. Thank you, Marì

Nella's place is great for a group of 8 - 10. It's in a fabulous location above Cortona. Great to be able to walk in for coffee and meals, it is quite a walk uphill home, but an excellent way to walk off your meal. The pool and surrounds are lovely. Having 3 separate houses on the property means that no one is on top of each other, which was nice when we had 8 staying.

We used two apartments because we were a group. Clean, quiet, with fenced garden and very close to the Arezzo Equestrian Center. We had a good time and plan to come back in the summer to take advantage of the pool. Luca is a very friendly and fair owner.

We had a great time, the apartment was really comfortable and Claudia was an exquisite and very helpful person... too bad we could only spend two days, but we really needed a lot to unplug. Thank you for everything!!!

Very nice little house, great kitchen, very nice terrace, very pleasant and accommodating on-site care, fast and uncomplicated communication with the owner, would come back any time!

We are traveling around Tuscany and Anna’s place was a favorite! She’s a true gem. She was helpful with all of our questions and very warm and kind. We followed her recommendations in all the surrounding towns and were delighted with every meal. The apartment is truly special with an incredible view. The location could not be better. I don’t know what I was expecting, but the view brought immediate tears to my eyes. The place is so cool! Make sure to look in the closet! We will make another trip and will make a point of staying here! Anna, you’re the best!!!

A great stay and the fireplace is an amazing bonus.

I was on vacation with my husband and Labrador. Great location from which we could easily reach the various trails. The apartment is clean, equipped with all comforts (washing machine and dishwasher), and equipped with basic products: salt, oil, sugar, coffee, detergents. Mrs. Elsa ,who welcomed us, was kind and helpful. A nice place nestled in the Casentino park. We'll be back soon

Truly a wonderful retreat amidst olive trees and fantastic scenery. The path over winding paths and gravel is worthwhile, because the place impresses with its fantastic tranquility. A huge pool with views over the valley, numerous birds, flowers... just beautiful.

My husband and I were so impressed with this place. The pictures didn't do it justice; it was much larger then we expected. It was spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location was great and it was very quiet at night. Cristina was fabulous to work with. She responded quickly and was very helpful and kind!

We stayed at Cristina's place for a week with my husband and our two young children. What can I say? Everything was perfect! The house is beautiful, inside and out. Internally, everything is chosen with great care, well-furnished and everything is very clean, so that it makes it so welcoming that we feel like we were at home. The exterior is also really nice, from the terrace to the garden, we used it little but only because out of season, it would only be to come back to relive the house even in the summer. Cristina was fantastic, very kind and helpful, she gave us a lot of tips and suggestions as well as pampered from every point of view while also giving our children a good experience. So I would say that everything was really perfect, to be sure to repeat.

Maurizio is a wonderful host and his Arezzo apartment is quiet and comfortable while also being in the middle of town. Maurizio is very responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable, and ready to do everything possible to assure guests have a great experience.

Great Villa and great host! Incredible view and location

Truly a magical little getaway in Montepulciano. Everything was so thoughtful from the Christmas tree and the wood burning stove making the place extra cozy upon our arrival. Also so sweet to find a delicious cake and wine left for us. The decor of the entire home was beautiful. Pier Luigi and Nicole were helpful with the wifi details as well. We would most definitely return in the future!

Our stay at Villa Chiara was nothing short of delightful. Nestled in the hills it offered a picturesque view of the Tuscan countryside. The villa itself was spacious and well maintained. It felt like home away from home. The pool and back patio are surrounded by lovely flowers, herbs and olive trees. Offering a spectacular view of the evening sunsets. The location was perfect to take short day trips to Siena, Florence and Montepulciano. Highly recommend for a serene, peaceful and relaxing getaway.

Great place- nice interior design, everything available, responsive and nice host. Noisy road next to the property - railway nearby also but that is very infrequent- and grounds around the house could do with some maintenance

Wow, what a wonderful host and home! Giovanni was super responsive and greeted us at his family villa. The home is rustic and charming with beautiful views and a wonderful home to spend our Thanksgiving away from home with our family.

The villa exceeded our expectations. It was exceptionally clean and well cared for. Excellent amenities. Beautiful surroundings with olive and lemon trees. Cute little village nearby with an excellent restaurant. The host was very responsive. We had a bit of trouble finding the place but that might be more us than the directions. You definitely need a rental car Thank you for an amazing stay

Our stay at Terra Antica was a dream. The location is perfect and the property and villa are exceptional. We were close enough to town to get to restaurants and shopping and then come back for some quiet relaxing time. There are numerous wineries to visit in the area. Day trips to other local towns are easy to do as well. The private jacuzzi was an extra bonus & we used it several times during our stay. We will be back again!
