Fish off the private boat dock: covered parking, bonus lanai room. We have two fishing kayaks available for use. THE OWNER TAKES NO LIABILITY FOR THE USE OF KAYAKS. Large covered deck provides stunning views of the water and wildlife with direct access to the Gulf and nature preserve from Pirate Cove community boat ramp down the street (no dock at property). Get on "island time" and enjoy everything this quaint community has to offer. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families, and furry friends.

This cottage is just 5 minutes from enjoying all that is by land or sea. We are not on the water but we have space for you to park your boat and trailer on the property. We are close to everything. We are 1 minutes away River Haven Marina and 5 Minutes away from MacRae's Marina

Upon arrival read the local information guide I have written and start enjoying the “Nature Coast” of Florida. It is essential to read this to get the most from your trip. Use my kayaks and paddle over the manatees in Crystal River, fish the gulf for saltwater or freshwater fishing at Lake Rousseau, and take a leisurely paddle down the Rainbow River in Dunnellon. Kayaks are on a trailer that has a 1 7/8-inch ball.
