Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Chuo Ward

There is a dishwasher in the kitchen. It is convenient to have a toilet on the second floor.Living room, bathroom, kitchen, room were all very clean.Near the subway, but staying for three nights, the comfort of the bed, quilt is good, and you can barely feel the sound of the subway.Very recommended for families to get around and stay, the host is very nice and also has an electric pot for us to plug in so that we can surround the stove in a foreign country.

I am satisfied with the private open-air bath and clean room condition.

Including 3 1 year old babies I traveled with 10 people from a large family, including 1 choding. I had a really comfortable stay with plenty of bedding in 4 rooms. I went to two places where the host contacted me quickly and recommended restaurants, and they were both really successful!! It's a place where my family was so satisfied and rested. There is also a coin parking lot right next door, so it was convenient. It's a place with no disadvantages! I love you, boss.❤️

The place is a 20-min walk from the Hakata Station, at a rather private and peaceful location. It is clean, tidy, with essential utensils and amenities provided. There are two toilets and 1 bathroom. So if there are more guests, shower time shall be allocated.

Great stay here. We have a family of 5, so having 5 bedrooms to access was a huge selling point for us. Masa was a superb host. He offered to collect us from the airport and somehow managed to squeeze all 5 of us into his little car with all of our luggage! Great location with 7-eleven only a 1 minute walk, supermarkets close by, a wide range of restaurants, and we walked to Hakata Station in 20 mins. Bus stop on a main route is a 10 minute walk away, and from there you can get to many places. Internal stairs could be an issue for some people if you need to carry up heavy suitcases and you are not very capable. This was not an issue for us. Thanks for the great stay Masa!

Very spacious place with alot amenities to make your stay comfortable. Felt totally at home! The owner also placed alot complimentary consumables and personal care kit to make our stay even more enjoyable.

Quiet location, clean and practical house with ample space for the bedrooms. The radiant floor heating and tatami room was a very comforting touch in the winter.

I stay at this accommodation in mid January. Before going to Fukuoka, I was worried it might be quite far to walk from Nakasukawabata station in the winter, but it turned out to be closer than I expected. The area was very peaceful and quiet, with Lawson and FamilyMart on the neighboring street, as well as a few nice izakayas nearby. The best part was that you could easily reach Tenjin area on foot, just across the river! Since there were two of us, the host provided an additional set of futon, apart from the bed shown in the listing photos. Although the bathroom was small, it had everything we needed (shampoo, toothbrush, hair comb, towel, etc.). There was also pocket Wi-Fi, hair dryer, microwave, and full-length mirror, and everything worked perfectly. Overall, it was a great stay, and I highly recommend it!

It was a lodging near a residential complex, so it was perfect for a quiet family trip. The nearby park was also really nice, and the convenience store right in front and the 24-hour lunch shop were useful. I arrived early in Japan and had trouble storing my luggage, but it was so nice to be able to store it for free in the accommodation. The accommodation was also very clean, so I had a good stay.

The host is very friendly, provides very detailed check-in information, the accommodation is about 18 minutes walk from Hakata Station, and there is a good manga Japanese curry restaurant nearby.The accommodation was not large, the toilet was a little small as the host said, but it was not a problem for us at all, thank you host for taking care of it, I hope I can stay again next time! Strongly recommend to other travelers.

I absolutely loved the place :) it is clean and quiet. It is located in a neighborhood, Kasuga train station and convenience store are walkable. I was also able to enjoy the nearest park (kasuga park). Overall, I recommend the place 🫶🏻

If you go to Fukuoka, it is always recommended here, Tenjin Hakata is all within walking distance. The location is good, the size is really big, and the accommodation is luxurious, but I think it's really nice that I paid 60,000 won per person from 4 people, and the beam projector is also emotional, so it's good for Instagram, and I recommend hitting consecutive nights here because it was very small than I thought, but this place was also big enough for me to feel.

At this price, this accommodation is not humid. I'll use it again next time

I can highly recommend staying at Sonoko’s place. It was super relaxing and we loved the location, not far from the amazing Sumiyoshi shrine. It was really comfortable and had everything we needed. Sonoko was very responsive and even helped us find a birthday cake for our son! It was great to stay there.

A tiny but cozy unit with traditional Japanese charm. This place was a gem for our stay in Fukuoka.

Great place! Easier access to Tenjin/Hakata area by bus since there’s a bus stop right outside the home (may be difficult to figure out what bus to ride at first). The 10 min walk from the subway isn’t too bad either since you walk in a quiet neighborhood. The place is very clean, complete, and cozy. Hosts also allow for free luggage check in. Recommend 10/10.

The accommodation environment is quite clean and tidy. The transportation is still more convenient. The overall stay is still good. The host is still relatively responsive. Probably the only thing that needs to be improved is because we are three people and there are only two comforters and can't give us an extra bed comforter

Very nice house. The sea in front of the window solved everything. It was far away, so there was a bit of a taxi fare from the city center, but it was nice to see a nice view. Overall, it was nice that it was clean and the feedback from the landlord was quick. It's a dense area of an apartment complex, so it's a pity that it's a little far from where you play, but it was nice to be close to Nakasu. I recommend it.

Pricing is crazy, switches between regular prices for some days and 3x-5x-10x price for other days. Makes longer stays impossible. It's an unstaffed, corporate-run hotel, not a true airbnb. OK for a few nights if you can find the ones that have sensible prices.

It's a trip for 5 people for 3 nights and 4 days, so I booked Airbnb comfortably. After booking, it was really nice that they responded quickly and accurately to any requests. And, the cleanliness and many facilities were also perfect. I had a good stay during my trip.
