Loved everything about our stay. The owner even decorated the house with a Christmas tree!

I was impressed because the accommodation was much better than I expected...! I paid for the money right. I love the open-air bath available until 23:00, so I really do it until the end...! They also helped me light a barbecue and fire, and I had a comfortable rest in many ways!!!!

The stay was very nice and comfortable. No issues on anything. Masa was incredibly helpful. He would constantly communicate to ensure everything was ok, despite the language barrier, and would go out of his way to come in person to help. When we landed at the airport, he came to pick us up and offered another time to drive us to another destination. Highly recommend if you want a cheap and helpful place to stay.

I rested comfortably at a low price. It was good value for money and close to the city, so it was good to move around.

This is one of the better places that I have stayed so far. The place is clean and comfortable and makes you feel at home. It is well stocked with amenities. You can sit out at the verandah and soaked in the atmosphere. There is even a piano which my daughters played daily. It is in a quiet neighbourhood but not far from a local supermarket. Highly recommend to families.

The house is good, self check-in is very convenient ~ The room is also very clean and there is no weird smell.There is also a small balcony where you can smoke (please don't throw away cigarette butts), the water in the bathroom is very hot.The location is about 1.3 km from Hakata Station in Chiyo-ku, about a 15-20 minute walk, about 1100 yen by taxi to Hakata Station, or you can take a bus (but not very convenient).I recommend it to everyone, the price is very good ~

Very convenient location with lots of food and convenience stores around. comfortable place and spacious

one of the rooms were not connected directly to the kitchen and was troublesome to get access to the kitchen amenities. parking was difficult on weekends with baseball matches. otherwise, everything else was great, including location and cleanliness. convenience store opposite and big shopping centre within walking distance.

This house is in a beautiful. Dai's house is right on the beach so we could hear the waves and enjoy the view. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. The home was perfectly clean and set up for our arrival. We would stay her again when in Fukuoka. The host was very helpful and we were able to make changes to our booking several times.

Easy-to-understand operations and location were great! I stayed with two families this time, so it was nice to have two entrances and privacy. When I go to Fukuoka again, I'd like to ask because it's close to Nakasu!

There were 10 people on a trip with four generations with my grandmother, and I was able to relax in a spacious and comfortable space. A space that is as comfortable as my home and equipped with everything you need. The heating was also good, so I was able to stay warm. There are two places to wash the bathroom, so I had a good rest without any inconvenience to my large family. There were also darts and mini ping pong tables for families to enjoy, so I was able to spend the evening without being free. In particular, my grandmother is uncomfortable with her legs, but it was nice that there was also a bed on the first floor. The bedding was clean and fluffy, so it wasn't jealous of the hotel. And the most inspiring thing is that the two friendly staff greeted me with a smile at check-in time. Thank you for the sweets for the kids. If I come to Beppu again next time, I will visit again. Oh ~! I took a taxi and got off, but I couldn't find it with the entrance right in front. You can go inside a little bit, but I think you just need to pay attention to that part. There is Canal City within walking distance, so I solved dinner there. Thank you for staying in a great place

Pricing is crazy, switches between regular prices for some days and 3x-5x-10x price for other days. Makes longer stays impossible. It's an unstaffed, corporate-run hotel, not a true airbnb. OK for a few nights if you can find the ones that have sensible prices.
