Great place! Walkable to the beach and very clean! I’d stay here again.

Excellent hosts who were proactive in making sure we (4 of us)had everything we needed during our 5 day stay to visit son's family ! Tony brought a welcome tray with variety of snacks & drinks, besides those in the refrig...so very thoughtful & grandaughters enjoyed many of the treats. Located in a very quiet, nice neighborhood within short walking distance to beach, park area and coffee shops. Daughter & 2 granddaughters stayed in bedroom with queen & bunk beds & I stayed in Master. All very comfortable! To note too: Nice remodel, lg bathroom shower with super water pressure- was nice after long day out & about. Everything we needed, super hosts & would highly recommend this location!

One of the best airbnb’s i have ever stayed in. Wonderful views of the Canyon, I loved every second of this airbnb. It was quiet and peaceful.

We had an amazing stay at Anthony’s place in University Heights! The location is perfect. Close to great local restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. Plus, the off-street parking for one car is super convenient. There’s even a huge park next door, which was a nice bonus. The best part for us was that it’s pet friendly, so we were able to bring our dog Boba, making the trip complete. Overall, a fantastic experience! Will stay here again for sure.

I absolutely loved it here. My 5 girlfriends and I spend four nights here; we had the best time ever. We are all 21 and 22 years old, and there was so much to do everyday. Aside from the many beach bars and restaurants that are walking distance from the AirBnb, we also spent an amazing day in La Jolla (only a 20 min uber). Our itinerary was jam packed and we got the absolute most out of our stay because of how great the AirBnb location is!

In my experience, from arriving and observing that it has several shops in the area very close to it that cover the basic needs and very easy to access and in question of the Airbnb it is just as it showed in the photos, a homey, quiet and very clean environment, I would definitely stay again on my next visit without hesitation!

Fantastic experience! The kitchen was huge. We made many meals. The beds were very comfortable. A cozy warm place to spend a month enjoying Pacific beach and surrounding areas.. Dana and Becky were amazing host and we hope to stay at one of their facilities several times in the future. I could not have imagined a better four weeks in their charming little apartment. They get my highest rating.

Really enjoyed spending Christmas with family in Mary’s home. She is a very detailed host. Lots of extra Christmas touches like plates of goodies, hot chocolate and coffee bar to make it feel homey. Floors and bathrooms were squeaky clean. Thanks a lot from The Giesbrecht’s & Baerg’s

We were super happy with the location of the home! Very walkable, loved that we were steps from both the bay and the ocean! Lower patio and rooftop were our favorite places to take in the evenings! Water toys were abundant and we enjoyed using the kayaks out in the bay. It was a little difficult to control the temperature in the home, but nothing that would deter us from returning. That may have been an "us" problem, too. Only other "quirk" I would mention is that you have to walk through a bathroom to get to the 2nd bedroom. Again, not that big of a deal, especially when traveling with kids. Overall, the house was perfect for our family of 3. Nick was very responsive when I reached out. Neighbors were friendly. Great recommendations for places to eat. Highly suggest Kono's! We all said we would definitely stay here again on a return trip! Thank you, Nick for such a great stay!!

Best location just a few minutes walk to the beach and the bay. Very short drive away from activities; Belmont Park, sea world, San Diego zoo. So much delicious food in the area. The place is small but good size for just me and my husband. There was a bit of mold in the bathroom and some areas could’ve been cleaned a bit better but overall it was definitely worth the price and we had a very fun and memorable trip here. Would recommend staying here for a mission beach vacation.

This home exceeded all my expectations! Everything was perfect for a group - from plentiful towels and outlets, lots of seating, VERY clean and super cozy! - This house is so beautifully decorated, and the backyard is amazing! Just the perfect place to be with family and friends. Sebastien provided very detailed and clear instructions, was very responsive and friendly. I will definitely come back for my future family stays!

Title: Great Value, but be Prepared for Noise I recently stayed at this Airbnb and had an overall positive experience. The location was fantastic—easy to find, and it was conveniently close to local attractions and restaurants. The host was responsive and friendly, making the check-in process smooth. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Considering the price compared to other options in the area, I felt it was a great value. However, one thing to note is that the property is in the flight path for San Diego airport. While this wasn’t an issue once I fell asleep, the noise from the planes, neighbors, and outdoor sounds made it a bit challenging to get to sleep on the first few nights. The walls seemed a bit thin, so I could hear quite a bit of outside noise. Overall, I'd recommend staying here, but be prepared for the noise—especially if you're a light sleeper. Jeff’s place was in a great location in the middle of San Diego. The place was immaculate. He obviously is serious about the upkeep of his property and the happiness of his guests. I contacted him that we would be arriving pretty late on our first night so he made sure to leave the light on for us. Entry was always easy with the electronic locking system. Water pressure in the showers was awesome and we wanted for nothing. Thanks Jeff!

I cannot say enough about this place. I loved staying here and would 1000% stay again. Everything was spotless, the view was amazing, I’ve never been more relaxed and at peace. They have everything you could need,everything was thoughtfully put together. If I could give it 10 stars I would.
