A lovely house with everything you need and very pretty surroundings. Next time we would book for longer to make the most of everything it has to offer. Julia was very informative of things to do in the area as well.

Clean and tidy home that was as described. Lyttleton is a great little town on the outskirts of Christchurch, the views from Holly’s home are amazing and town is definitely walkable for restaurants and a spot of local shopping , there is a bit of a hill to walk back up if your into a bit of fitness. We loved our stay at Holly’s the facilities are great, clean and tidy, views incredible, and we found it easy to communicate our checkin and leaving times days with her. A lovely spot even on a windy day!!!

It was the second year we had stayed at Kim and Mandy's and felt like our home away from home.

I would highly recommend Holly Manor. it is a stunning home, very clean and comfortable. the house is close to a bus stop and easy to travel to main tourist areas. Thank you for a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay. Very spacious and clean. The road works were not a problem, even with the volume of traffic going by, it was hardly noticeable. Would definitely recommend, a shame we only had one night here.

We had a very enjoyable two nights staying in Tracy’s home. It was a great space and garden to spend time in. We are very happy that our puppy was welcome and he also enjoyed exploring. Lovely surroundings, a peaceful Christchurch coastal setting.

We came together as a family to this home to celebrate Christmas. It was a beautiful place with stunning views. We could easily make dinners from scratch using all the kitchen equipment included in the home. One note for future AirBnb'ers to this property, the cleaning instructions are rather extensive along with the $160+ USD cleaning fee tagged onto the booking.

We loved our stay at Julie’s. The view out over the sea was beautiful. The hot tub was a welcome relaxation treat after a busy Coast to Coast race weekend. Lovely to have a yummy breakfast supplies too. A run along the nearby peninsula and swim in the sea capped off a wonderful morning.

The penthouse was definitely a nice choice for a 4-people family. Location: center of the city, easy to walk around to multiple sightseeing spots Amenities: fully equipped for family stay (very considerate for providing chopsticks, and my parents were very happy:) ) Communication: the team always respond in a very timely manner, so helpful. On Saturday night there could be noises until late at night (it’s acceptable since it is located at the center, surrounded by a lot of bars) Overall, 5-star rating to the apartment and the team. Thank you :)

The penthouse was even better than the photos and our stay was perfect. Comfortably fit 6 adults and 2 kids. Easy walk to most of Christchurch and it really had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend. Thanks for having us.

Michael is a great person and host. Super nice to chat and always helpful. We’ve enjoyed our stay very much and already missing it! Location is great and exceeded our expectations - cosy and private, located in a very nice neighbourhood yet close to CBD and with Port Hills just around the corner. 2 properties right next door to each other, it was good for our group of 10. The hot tubs, pool table, and darts board were a perfect end to our busy days. Less than a 10 minute drive to the city center which was great!

Maree hosts a fantastic, beautiful, comfortable renovated villa home in a superb location that remains private and serene. She was a great host and I could not recommend staying here highly enough.

Beautiful vacation home with lots of beautiful flowers in the yard and lawns on the front and side of the room for kids to play on.The kitchen facilities are very good for family vacation.Grab a book and sit on the sofa and look up at the view from the window, which is just perfect.The feedback from Anne was as well.

Good location. Great for a night stay for a large family. However, carpet all across the house was a little bit worn. Otherwise nice, charming house.

Lovely old cottage tucked away at the end of a road. Easy walk through Hagley Park to the town centre. There was everything we needed to feel at home. Very clean throughout. Particularly enjoyed the cosy lounge to chill at the end of busy days in Christchurch. Roomy bedrooms and a great kitchen too. John gave us useful tips on getting the best from our stay. Highly recommend Brockworth Cottage.

Perfect location and size for our Aussie family to gather in preparation of my son’s wedding. Thanks for hosting us Lindsey. Having a place that felt like home made our time in New Zealand so much more enjoyable. The outdoor space and gardens were not only huge but beautiful as well. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family and booking again in the future.
