If you are looking for home away from home book Shelly’s place you wouldn’t be disappointed it looks exactly like the photos sparkling clean easy to get to 7min from the airport but I recommend having a car my husband and I felt so peaceful and safe here, the house is fully equipped with everything from towels to pots she had it.The community has a gas station and shopping complex what more can you ask for can’t wait for my next trip definitely will book again thank you Shelly

We loved are stay at Sam’s ..beautiful view and very comfy and spacious ..Sam is very responsive and felt very at home here …(just one thing an airer would have been good) my kids couldn’t be bothered to walk to washing line so wet boardies everywhere 😂

We had a great stay with our two kids! The house is spacious and well located near supermarkets, a range of restaurants and cafes and also Rockley Beach. We hired a car and recommend asking for Becky’s details if you’re considering it - great friendly car hire at reasonable prices. Only things to be aware of are fact that rooms are quite bright in the mornings (no curtains or very effective blinds) and there is a fair bit of animal noise from local dogs and chickens! But we got used to that after the first couple of days and enjoyed the local neighbourhood atmosphere. Our kids loved seeing the chickens around and the mango and coconut trees opposite.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Paolo was extremely helpful and friendly with great recommendations. The house is on a cute gated street across the street from a great surfing spot. Walking distance to Miami Beach which is a pleasant beach with a ton of shade trees. Oistins local fishing village is close enough to walk. For more lively area a quick jaunt to Rockley beach by car. For us a quiet walk to the surf and beach was ideal. Paolo must be one of the friendliest hosts we’ve had! The house was spacious and serene. Kitchen had all the necessary items. Can’t wait to return!

Natalia's home was perfect for our trip to Barbados. We came with the intention to explore the island and her home was spot on. Pros: - Communication with Natalia and her local team (Stacey and Natasha) was excellent throughout - home was clean upon arrival - Bedrooms: all beds were comfortable, individual split unit AC in each room, plenty of closet space in each. Master has an ensuite - Private plunge pool and the outdoor space was wonderful - private parking for 2 cars Cons: - some kitchen items showed signs of wear/usage This home is great for travelers looking to be away from hotel/resort crowds who want to get out and do their own thing. It is a 15-20min drive from the airport, 8min drive from Oistins, 3min drive from Freights Bay (surfing), 5 min drive from Silver Sands Beach (kite & wind surfing), 5min drive from Miami Beach (relax & swim), 15min drive from the Gap. You will receive a list of local restaurants, sights and activities upon check-in which is helpful.

A really nice place! Everything what you need. Close to silver rock kite beach. Miss Sergent was really sweet and helpful! Only downside is that there can be a bit noise during the night, when you got the windows open. Would recommend everyone to book it, great value for money!

We had a great stay at Anna's place! It was a short walk (1.5kms) from Oistins / Miami beach so that's where we went to swim in the ocean and get food (tons of food vendors). Anna's place was exactly as in the pictures. Beds were comfortable. Good AC in the bedrooms. Super clean. TV has netflix and prime. Fast internet. Also the pool was amazing. Not sure why but we waited till the last day to get in which was dumb. It is an awesome pool, big, deep at the deep end, very clean and well maintained. No complains, we would be happy to stay here again.

Krisanne and Isabel were very kind. Very responsive. Loved the pool in the back, good air conditioning.

We had a wonderful stay. The value for money is excellent. Everything was just as described. The entire property was clean and well-maintained. The host was very responsive and quick to reply to any inquiries. One day, we had an issue with the lock and couldn't get into our room. We messaged the host, and within minutes, the problem was resolved.

We stayed for 10 days and it was a perfect base for us. Loved the pool and the sun beds for relaxing! We were within walking distance of shops/cafes etc and the buses passing the end of the road were plentiful, making other towns very accessible. Loved that Oistins was within walking distance yet the apartment was in a very quiet area - best of both worlds! Apartment had everything we could need and hosts were so helpful in their very speedy responses to any questions we had! 10/10 recommend!

Very comfortable accommodation & well decorated, the complex felt very safe. Hosts really put thought into making guests feel welcome! Clear instructions, snacks on arrival - all really nice touches! The living areas are spacious - big enough for early morning stretching or yoga and there’s a handy little office space which you can tuck away easily in its cupboard. It's a really versatile space packed in there. The convenience store and nearby restaurant are less than 5 mins walk away which makes for a great base too. Thank you for the lovely stay!

We had a fantastic stay Ann’s place just a short bus ride to Oistins property had everything we needed lovely out side patio with table chairs sun beds and pool i think it’s in need of some TLC would definitely stay here again

Lana and Gerry go above and beyond for their guests!! They picked us up and dropped us off at the airport, provided us with dinner from Gerry's restaraunt the night we got in, and Lana had a car we could rent from her! Wow wow WOW!! I have rented many airbnbs and this was by far the best experience ive EVER had!! Lana gave us so many local recommendations too!! Hospitality 1000/10!! The unit is upstairs of Lanas home, but as others said, we also never saw her or her family during our stay! Dont let the shared entry keep you from staying here! Green Door Oasis is 100% worth it! This was our first time to Barbados, and because of Lana we had such a great time and were able to make the most of it! I for one, will definitely be back! Lana and Gerrys home is a 15 minute drive from St. Lawrence Gap, and our favorite, Rockleys Beach! Its super easy to navigate too, yet peaceful and out of the hustle and bustle! If travelling to Barbados, stay here! You wont regret it!🙌🏼

Spacious apartment, great location short walk to grocery shopping, restaurants, beaches and entertainment. The apartment has new stove and refrigerator, the washing machine works but it’s old. TV and wifi all great. The beds are very comfortable. Lots of towels and sheets. The bathrooms need some updating. The apartment is quite airy but in addition the fans and AC make it very comfortable. The neighbours are very friendly. We are definitely hoping to stay here again when we return to Barbados.

I was very fortunate to find Sophie's place and highly recommend it. Spacious and airy, with an outdoor private area, it is perfectly located. Walking distance to a selection of beaches, shops, eating places. Various public transport options very close. The property is charming. I loved the leafy location, near tourist attractions but away from the noise and traffic when you want to unwind in a more typical Barbados residential area. Very reasonable price for the location and all the amenities, including aircon. Sophie is very friendly and welcoming, and eager to ensure you have everything needed for a comfortable stay, plus lots of sightseeing and eating recommendations.

wonderful place in a quiet area near some of the most well known surf-spots on the south coast and the silver sands beach in barbados. situated on the coastline, you can hear the waves of the sea day and night. Jaqueline was very uncomplicated and helpful in every way. highly recommended.

Well , Andrea is very cooperative and helpful for her guests. She also helped me airport pick up and drop.Her apartment is very close to main Street and many tourists places including famous Rokckely beach and many restaurants. The only thing that we observed is there is no good pedestrian side access in the road. Her apartment is newly built n cleaned. Love to stay next time as well.

This was the ideal location for my stay as I wanted to surf at Freights Bay which is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. The beaches in the area are absolutely stunning and Oistins isn't far with plenty of food options and their Friday night party. The apartment had everything I needed for a monthly long stay and was lovely and clean. The bed was really comfortable and the shower was powerful, and they even brought in extra fans so I could keep cool whilst I worked during the day and helped me to arrange a car rental. It was such an enjoyable stay I am keen to return next year, so I would highly recommend this airbnb to anyone wanting to explore Barbados.

Dave's place was a great home base for a few nights during our honeymoon island tour! The apartment was super clean and well furnished for our needs. We loved the location right across the road from Silver Sands beach. Dave was a great host! He was very communicative and a pleasure to talk to. We enjoyed our comfortable stay and look forward to visiting in the future!

Robert made everything easily accessible. he communicated with us every step of the way. he checked on us to make everything was good. the house is clean airy and in a great location. Whenever I’m in barbados, David’s place is always my go to! Very comfortable. The property is fenced and secured, the locks on the doors were 100% safe.. and the accommodations by is truly antique and beautiful! I felt right at home and I love that about the air bnb, Very quiet area, and you won’t be alone the host in right on property.. 😊 David and his wife are very friendly people, helpful and always make sure one has a good time.
