Such a beautiful house and location. Views from the infinity pool down to the coast was stunning. Our host was exceptionally friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend this house.

Lovely villa in a quiet and relaxing estate. Much nicer than the photos suggest. Clean and tidy. The owner provided a few provisions for us which was greatly appreciated as we didn’t arrive until 8pm. Very flexible with check in and out. Comfortable beds and other furniture and lovely deck area. Great to have ac in the bedrooms. The communal pools are lovely and we did use the tennis courts as well. Because it is high up on the hills, you get a lovely breeze and great views from the estate. Would definitely stay again.

Great family holiday with small children, the accommodation is well equipped, great location to explore the west coast, responsive hosts who provided good recommendations. The property is very secure and the area felt safe. We enjoyed the short walk (25 mins) to speightstown most days, however everywhere was easily accessible by local (or yellow) buses. We found locals really helpful and very friendly. We had a great stay at the villa and in Mullins

The location is spectacular - the sea at the bottom of the garden ( down some steps) is good for surfing and there are turtles swimming there. There is an outside shower just through the gate as you get back from the sea ( and an inside shower room and loo). The patio is huge and great for relaxing and eating. The swimming pool is lovely. The bedrooms are air conditioned. You can walk to Oistins in 20-25 minutes but we hired a car. The kitchen is well equipped. We had a great time exploring the local area.

Fabulous house, very ample and spacious. Beautiful rooms, nice view from the balcony and a peaceful garden with the hot tub. There are many homely touches like having freezer packs and a cool bag to hand, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, and even a bbq! There is even a clothes washing and drying area which includes a sink and clothes lines and an outside shower for when returning from the nearby snorkelling beaches. Lulled to sleep by the sound of cicadas and woken by a dawn chorus. Hummingbirds, fireflies and swallows complemented the evening from the tub! Lovely atmosphere in the common areas, with live music, a happy hour and a mix of local and international dishes on the menu. It could do with a sign to help locate the house in the dark. During the daytime there was some construction or maintenance noise from other houses on the resort (December), but that is out of anyone’s control, and it was over by 4 o’clock. Rooms are very light, which meant we woke at dawn at 6am.

From start to finish Cassia 18 & Royal Westmoreland was perfect. The house is beautifully decorated and has everything you need - Clova is a touch of luxury and keeps everything immaculately clean, and always with a big smile! The house is just a moments walk from the clubhouse, pool, and the rum shak, so ideal for us as a family for use of these facilities. Mullins beach club was particularly lovely - and such a bonus to have access to complimentary sunbeds and more of the islands gorgeous beach restaurants. Our host Tim was very helpful and quickly responded to any questions - he also arranged welcome drinks and food on our arrival which was greatly appreciated. We highly recommend Cassia 18 & all that the island has to offer! Many thanks again for a very memorable stay.

An excellent location for easy beach access, great restaurants and incredible sunsets. This is a wonderful property with super amenities and very comfortable furnishings. We enjoyed the layout of the house and the ability to sit outside in the sunshine and relax. The pool and tennis courts were steps away, but never noisy and the community was peaceful and a great place for a vacation. The monkeys wandering around were a real bonus! Carl and Marcia were very friendly, helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this location for spending time in beautiful Barbados. It was our first visit but will not the last.

The apartment was lovely, along with the pool and beach! Basically has the pool and beach to ourselves :) Had everything we needed in the apartment and was a really good location to explore the rest of Barbados from. I would definitely stay here again if I'm visiting Barbados!

What can we say “what a beautiful home you have “we can’t wait to come back, we loved everything above it , thank you for sharing , the decor is such a delight and the complex is so beautiful the pool the clubhouse the tennis and of course the icing on the cake the padel .

Amazing stay at this immaculately presented home. Location faultless, and everything better than in the photos! Tiffany was super helpful upon check-in and helping organise transfers and car hire. Great location for the views of the 18th and very short walk to the clubhouse and sanctuary for pool and gym. Easy to organise the social membership cards for Royal Westmoreland. Highly recommended!
