We were very satisfied in the accommodation, the most beautiful was to sit by the fireplace or in the sauna in the evening, and we were very surprised by the big TV. The place is spacious and very well designed, well-equipped. We can only recommend. We appreciate underfloor heating in the bathrooms, a pleasant solution of lights, a vacuum cleaner, a washing machine, etc. We can only recommend. Owner Lenka was very welcoming and had great communication with her.

If you want a stay high, with a quiet environment, this is it. You won't find much taller far away. The circular view from the roof terrace, with seating, and with good wine it wasn't even cold though it was freezing. When it's clear, there's probably a great view of Sněžka. But even from the windows of the rooms there is a beautiful view of the cathedral sv.Ducha and the White Tower. Although there are lots of restaurants downstairs, it's quiet here. A number of things could be improved, at least the TV would be nice.

The apparment impressed us by its modern design. Everything was clean and tidy. The check-in process was super easy because of the smart lock system. Parking is available on the territory. Nice place for long-term living. We would definitely stay here next time.

It was a home for the soul . Simply fantastic . Our dog was welcome and after a nice walk in the forest , he liked to lie in front of the fireplace . Everything was so lovingly decorated, so clean , the beautiful large windows , the chill corner overlooking the great sauna . The sauna was lovely, overlooking the forest . We were there in winter and there was snow , everything was as in the fairytale and very private . We will definitely come back . A clear recommendation for people seeking tranquility and relaxation. Lovely house in a quiet countryside with wonderful nature. The house was incredibly clean and absolutely thought out every detail to stay in. Special thanks for the heating, it was very nice to return to the warm house from the cold street. The apple orchard and swing in the yard were complemented by the idy. Iva met us in person, explained everything, was always in touch. To date, this is the most cozy house we lived in. I recommend the hospitable house of Iva and Pavel ❤️

The lock just doesn't sleep anywhere. Great apartment, spacious, cleanliness everywhere, very tasteful and quiet everywhere. An amazing way to keep the lock alive, especially the effort is admirable. Would recommend to anyone ... on the lock.

We had a wonderful winter holiday here with our dog. A beautiful area for walks, in the cottage it is cozy and the sauna with a view was a real highlight.

We had an absolutely amazing stay in this wonderful house and I can't but recommend! The place is spacious, stylishly decorated and very comfortable. Everything was perfectly clean, modern and fully equipped – from the kitchen to the bathrooms. The house is located in a quiet location, which gave us the utmost privacy and relaxation. The host was very welcoming, accommodating, and willing to provide any information or help. The garden and surroundings of the house are really beautiful. Overall great experience, we'd love to come back!

What a beautiful place this is! Peace, space and a lovely home. Inside, it stayed nice and cool during the hot days. The pool was clean and cooling. The bowling alley was a great success with the girls and on the tennis court we could do a lot of sporting activities. The area is beautiful and lends itself very well for long walks. Beautiful villages in the area. The host's tips are all worth it!

We spent a great weekend in this cozy house that offers peace and quiet in the middle of beautiful nature. The owners were very kind and helpful, they took great care of us. The house is perfectly equipped and perfect for relaxing. Plus, a nice and cuddly cat companion came to say hello. We recommend it to anyone looking for peace and a cozy place to stay!
