We had a lovely stay at Kim’s home! It was perfect for our large family. Location was perfect for different days out. Communication was excellent and Kim recommend several pubs for our visit. The beach at the bottom of the garden through the woodland made the trip for our dogs. We have already rebooked to visit again 😊 thank you!

Really lovely apartment in a great location, a very short walk to the seafront/harbour and town. Lots of extras like a welcome pack, toiletries, books, DVDs and parking permit (needed and very appreciated, we were able to park close by all weekend). Clean and tidy throughout. Host gives plenty of information and also contacted us to check in early once the apartment was ready, couldn't ask for more. Highly recommended.

Just had 3 nights in Torquay, staying at Adams place which was spotlessly clean and tidy. The beds were very comfortable and the bed linen really nice quality too. Lovely welcome hamper from Adam. It was a 10 min walk into Torquay from the house so a very convenient location (quite a steep hill home) and quiet too. I would really recommend Adams place and will stay there again.

We had a lovely stay, wish we could stay longer! Brixham is beautiful and so much to do, and the accommodation was perfectly situated, comfortable and full of character. Would recommend the Dartmouth Steam Railway, a trip to Totnes, the river cruise to Dartmouth, a walk around Berry Head or for the hardier walker the trail to Greenway and back. And for early risers it’s great to see a working fishing port in action. The harbour is so pretty at night, with lots of choices for fish n chips.

A great base for me and my elderly parents to stay while visiting relatives in Shaldon and Teignmouth. Coast Cottage’s added benefit of a parking permit (at the GP surgery opposite on evenings and weekends) helped keep parking worries to a minimum. Lovely cottage, super clean, well equipped and pleasantly furnished. Will not hesitate to return.

Stayed here over the New Year period and it was perfect. Great location, the sea view was spectacular and the log burner was a great addition given the cold weather. Local pubs were so friendly and food was great. Will definitely return, thank you.

Our NYE stay at The Nest was wonderful from start to finish. So long as you follow Lucia's instructions it's easy to find, just take care driving the lanes, and then you find yourself in a quirky farmhouse environment! Lucia was an incredible host - very informative and attentive before and throughout our stay. Her whole family are amazing too, we felt very welcome and they just went above and beyond to make our stay top notch, so much fun! The location is stunning, with so many great coastal towns and walks super close. We loved The Nest and South Devon so much that we added an extra night because we didn't want to leave! We'd definitely stay here again, and it's great to know they have a 2 bed barn for a larger group - can't wait to go back!

Had a booking cancelled at short notice and had to find an alternative sharpish.. found this one and the host was back to us straight away and remained in regular contact. Directions and getting in were easy and we even got notification that the accommodation was ready early. Very clean and comfortable inside - nice and cozy Great job by the host.

We had a family get together at this house, complete with full roast cooked onsite for 5, certainly well equiped establishment. Clean, tidy, excellent location. You get what you pay for springs to mind, i.e. yes its expensive but its a top class location etc. I would recommend

The cottage was historic and charming, right in the centre of Salcombe and literally a short walk away from pubs, shops and a beautiful harbourside stroll. David was very helpful and courteous in all his dealings and even sent a guide to Salcombe in the post, prior to our stay. Thank you - we really had a lovely time for my husband's 70th birthday!

We had a fantastic stay at Sharon’s lovely house. It was great staying in Kingswear, across the estuary from its busier neighbour Dartmouth and with the ferry between the two running regularly until almost 11pm, we felt we had the best of both worlds. We ate out in Dartmouth & Brixham, had some beautiful coastal walks, visited the friendly pubs in Kingswear and just enjoyed time relaxing in the comfortable house and admiring the wonderful views. It’s rare to find a place with 3 double beds and we really appreciated that. The beds themselves were comfy with lovely crisp bedlinen. A great holiday and a place I’d love to return to.
