Well furnished and spacious house for a family, the host is very nice

Catherine was wonderful and her place really made us feel at home. It is in a great location away from the business of central Paris yet close to everything and tons of cafes and markets within walking distance.

Céline and her husband were very pleasant. we had a great weekend quiet and close to the RER C which allowed us to visit Paris. we'll be happy to go back.

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. We hope to be back in the near future! Thank you Josefa!

We stayed at Lionel’s Place for 8 days and it was great , very peaceful and private , though we had some issues with mosquitoes because of the heat we left some window open, and we later bought mosquito repellent to use in the rooms , but apart from that we had no other issues with the place.

this is the most beautiful Airbnb I have ever stayed in. Anne is so warm and welcoming and made sure our stay was perfect. The apartment is much more beautiful than in the photos. The bed was extremely comfortable and we thought we had everything we needed, including a washing machine and dryer really nice. I would not hesitate to stay here again. The neighborhood is wonderful and safe, easy to walk to great restaurants and Notre Dame cathedral. I really enjoyed learning about the history of the building and the apartment. We forward to visiting again, hopefully for more than a few days!

We had a great few days in Gregory’s place. The view from the apartment is fabulous and even better from the rooftop pool area. We even got to watch the 14th July celebration fireworks from the top! The location of the apartment is terrific on Bld Arago with a supermarket and boulangerie very close by, plus it’s well connected to bus and metro. We liked the 13th arrondissement which was calm but not far from all that central Paris has to offer. Gregory was a responsive, flexible host who welcomed us warmly into his home. Overall a great place to stay.

We really enjoyed Christians house. We’re not city types, so being so close to Paris - 30-45 mins on reliable transport worked for us. The house is spacious and comfortable with all modern fittings, including air con. The children loved the pool and went in every day. The cellar playroom was also a great addition for the days it rained. There weren’t too many places to eat close by but we just got Uber eats as we were tired from sightseeing. The cat quickly got to know us and was friendly - kids loved having a pet. We brought our own sheets and towels to avoid extra charges as we travelled by car. Only small niggle was no key collection instructions until the day of travel which felt a little late, but worked exactly to plan once agreed. We would definitely visit again.

We booked for September at very short notice and were allowed to arrive with a dog. The welcome was warm. The house corresponds to the pictures. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as on the ground floor a guest toilet. There were plenty of towels available, which we rarely have. Hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Washer and dryer in great condition and a great kitchen with lots of accessories. 2 coffee machines and kettles. The pool and garden were used extensively and also the gardener was no problem for us. It was announced in time. Located in a quiet, very great and secured area, the house offers absolute tranquility to relax and cycle without much traffic for the kids. However, shops are at least 10 minutes by car. We found it very nice and relaxing and recommend the house. If you want to criticize something, you'll always find something. After all, it's not your own home. Thanks Michael and see you soon hopefully.

We were 6 friends visiting Paris with this lovely house as our starting point. The house exceeded all our expectations. The garden and the heated pool and the tastefully decorated house was the perfect setting for our girls trip. Emma and her husband were a wonderful hosts and very easy to communicate with. The house is beautifully located, a train ride from Paris. We often took the train/metro to town and a van back to the house. It takes a good while, but trains are frequent and it’s easy to get a car to return. Definitely not the last time we stay here! Would be perfect for a large family as well.

Great value for money. The owner and her husband were very flexible and helpful, trying to help with everything. The apartment itself is just like the pictures, but it's small enough. I would recommend it mainly for couples, but we could fit a group of 2 friends, but the size of the bed isn't too big. The location is suburban, but you can quickly get inside by metro in the center. Plus, you can see the Eiffel Tower from the terrace.

Quiet and peaceful. Well heated. A cozy little nest, exactly what we were looking for, unpretentious.

This was our second stay at Anne’s wonderful little house, such was our experience the first time. We loved it, and it was great to see Anne again. She is a great host, who does her utmost to make the stay as good as she can with nice welcoming touches like sweets, honey and drinks. Thank you for another great stay!

Frederic's place is very well located (2 mns walk from "le Val d'Or" train station), comfortable and quiet. Frédéric is very responsive and helpful. The place has lots of character as he obviously leaves in it (all his belongings are in the flat). Highly recommend the place.
