We stay here 7night on Dec. This area is very safety and convenient. This apartment is so warm by heater in winter Paris. David did so kind and flexible. He told me good restaurant and cafe. And he ajusted our checkin time and checkout time flexibly. I want to stay again.

Great place to stay, very safe and quiet. Top location with many sightseeings around. Appartments was very clean and set right mood for trip right from the start. Host is very friendly and always ready to help, gave nice advices on what places to visit. Would be happy to stay again, place is really worth it's price! Thank you!

The host Jay is very easy to communicate with and always responds to our requests quickly. He also allowed us to leaving our luggage’s at the apartment before check in and after check out, that relieved us a lot. Thank you for Blanco’s help for smoothly checking in. The apartment is spacious and beautiful decorated. Perfect location for sightseeing on foot, metro is just opposite the road. A bit noise when the garbage truck working in early morning. But overall , with the nice host and ideal location , it is a great experience ! Thank you for hosting us!

Plenty of space, with good amenities and we were made to feel at home. Denis was a great host and kept in touch throughout our stay.

Sophie was an excellent host, leaving me very much at ease and communicating more clearly as possible, as I do not speak French or English so she put a lot of effort, showed the amenities of the house, beautiful and left regrets, such as water , snacks , it was amazing my stay 😍🙏

Stay was fantastic and Martin was very responsive and sent clear and detailed step by step instructions that made check in and out super easy. The location was phenomenal and an easy walk to many popular sites like Notre Dame, the Louvre, tons of shopping…etc. The only thing we wished we would’ve understood prior to booking was there was no laundry inside the unit-it’s a community laundry that is accessible but we weren’t able to use it because someone else was always using it.

One of the best Airbnb’s that we’ve ever stayed. Location was perfect for our family! We loved staying in the 16th & enjoyed the local restaurants and shopping. The views were the best in Paris! We loved being on the Seine River and seeing the prefect, unobstructed views of the Eiffel Tower! We used all of the balconies. Helene was a great host. She provided details on both arrival and departure. We enjoyed her hospitality with leaving us some stocked items in the kitchen. Highly recommend to anyone! We have already referred some friends to stay here! Thank you Helene!

We were very happy to stay at this room.The room were really nice,cozy and there was not a single thing we had to worry about. Staying at the room was very comfortable, the access to any attractions was good, there were plenty of supermarkets and great restaurants and bakeries, and our stay was enjoyable. Thank you so much!

Had the BEST stay here with my family. Small but perfect since we didn’t spend much time there. Alberto was super helpful and responsive before and during the trip! The surrounding area is safe and has amazing spots to go to. Lots of easy access to everywhere you need to go in Paris! Would absolutely come back.

The three of us had a very nice time, at Frederique's place in Chaville. Very fast train connection to Paris, nicely decorated house and close to nature. Definitely recommended

Elodie's home is super comfortable. For those who want to be in a house, with leisure and only 30 min drive from Paris or 50 min with train/meter it is a great option. Also advised for those traveling with children in the summer.

The apartment is really nice, furnished and equipped in a personal way. It just takes a little courage to climb the six floors, but for two people, a couple or a person with a child… it's ideal.

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

This is a very charming apartment which was very spacious and gave room for us to work, with an adequate kitchen that had everything we needed. The house has a rustic feel to it, which is natural given its age, and very nice character. The stay was very comfortable and we would return and stay again in a heartbeat.

Perfect stay quiet and relaxing place, very clean swimming pool and jacuzzi and the hosts present on site are very discreet.

Stéphanie is a cool, very pleasant host who hosted us very well. Our stay at Stephanie’s was absolute magic. The apartment is extremely beautiful and homey at the same time, and it was just a pleasure spend time in it. Worth nothing is that it was spotless clean. Stephanie was the most wonderful host, always responsive, very helpful and friendly and most of all thoughtful and considerate to our needs. We traveled with 2 young kids and Stephanie suggested an abundance of fun activities and kid-friendly places to eat. She put a lot of thought in her suggestions and I have to say that all her recommendations were great! It was truly a special visit and I cannot recommend this stay highly enough- it was perfect!
