We had an amazing stay. Traci was very accommodating. The home was as expected. I can’t say enough how happy I was with our stay. And each room had a sound machine that we all found helpful. I even ordered one for myself! I’ll be definitely staying again !

The house was conveniently laid out for our family group. The beds were very comfortable and everything was super clean. We had a 10 month old with us so the high chair and crib were much appreciated. Door Dash found the house easily too

I loved this place so much! We are definitely going back at some point in the summer for that pool! But everything was perfect and everyone had a great time! The house was so cozy but huge! It felt like we’ve been there forever when we got there, the hot tub was so relaxing especially with the view! I love this place and the driveway isn’t that bad but you will definitely need 4WD! It’s like a fun slow roller coaster lol😂! We also saw a group of turkeys every morning and they were so cute!

A really wonderful find just outside of Rochester (around 2 hours away from Ithaca, Niagara Falls, Buffalo, or the NYS Fair). The house and pool were wonderful, with really comfortable beds, a large living room, a full kitchen, and a great backyard. Sergey was wonderful from start to finish. He made sure the pool was cleaned every morning, answered all of our questions, and was just overall very friendly. Our group of 6 felt right at home. Would love to return at some point in the future!

5/5 – A Perfect Family Getaway We had an incredible stay and truly didn’t want to leave. The home was ideal for a family vacation—comfortable, well-equipped, and full of thoughtful touches. My children were devastated to go! We had planned a few small adventures in the surrounding area, but they were so happy in the pool that we barely left the property. We came during spring break from upstate New York, where it was still snowing, so the warm weather and sunshine were a much-needed reprieve. The house had everything we needed: Netflix, Alexa, a garage full of pool noodles and floaties, and a lovely selection of children’s books that my toddlers adored. One of the most heartwarming moments was when Neil kindly gifted my daughter a stuffed cat she had fallen in love with—it meant so much to her and to us. This was the kind of stay that creates lasting memories. We can’t wait to come back.

Joey’s place was great! It was clean and comfortable, and came as advertised. Joey is very friendly and made check-in a seamless experience. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone interested.

Great peaceful place to stay while seeing local friends. Comfy inside, garage parking was an awesome plus and our dog absolutely loved the large open yard behind the guest house. The host was super friendly and responsive to any questions we had. Was exactly what we needed for our weekend!

Our family stayed here right after Christmas & not only did the accommodations fit us perfectly, it was nice to be somewhere that was decorated for the holiday. The house was of course old, but that is part of the charm. The bathrooms were pristine & the grounds were beautiful! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Martha!

Our stay on the lake was wonderful. The housing was perfect and met our needs. This would be a great house to rent during the summer months. WE had a little trouble locating the house initially as it is located among other houses and the drive down to the house is not clearly marked. If you are coming from the south you need to make a turn almost opposite the way you are coming into a steep drive to the housing. It needs to be better marked, maybe with an arrow and house number. The house could also us a little address sign on the walkway for clarification. HOWEVER, the stay was great and getting information to the person in charge was easy. The accommodations were very good. The view was wonderful. The water frontage is a bit steep but there are steps to bring you to the water. In all this is a wonderful home for vacation with amenities about 15 minutes away. I would give Nancy or Eric a call again.

Perfect location for us - centrally located in ROC and easy to get to family in suburbs we were visiting. The house was clean and comfortable, had a well stocked kitchen and very comfortable bed. We were very impressed with the quiet in the bedroom. The house is near 490 and there are chickens next door, yet you can NOT hear them. The white noise machine is really helpful. No fault of the owner, I should have asked, but the one thing I didn't like was the scent in some rooms. Very sensitive to that and it was annoying. I'd love to have Airbnb have an option for "scent free" when I'm booking a place. Frankie was very responsive whenever I did message him. Our dog, Zee loved the place. The backyard space was really nice for her to have.

Beautiful property in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. This place was perfect for our family of 5 children. Becca quickly responded to questions. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved this place! I was here with two friends for a wedding, and we remarked over and over again what a delightful place to sit and visit- the decor is so cheerful, the couches are amazingly comfortable, we had a great view of the lake (Conesus Lake, I think?), and the electric fireplace was an extra cozy touch. Oh, and we arrived to find some amazing muffins- such a delightful treat!

Our two day stay was great, especially since we could bring our two dogs! The house was amazing and the furnishings were perfect! The space felt so much larger than we thought. It was amazingly clean and well organized.

Peter and Ana were terrific hosts and their home is so cute! They were so responsive whenever we had questions, and they made the house very welcoming. We had lots of room to celebrate the holidays with family and the fenced yard for the dogs was fantastic!

The place was beautiful and well stocked with towels, sheets, blankets, kitchen utensils, etc. The color scheme, layout, and decor were so light and restful. The place was spotlessly clean. There was plenty of parking and a well-kept exterior and lawn. I highly recommend this place to anyone coming to the area! If you are booking it for outdoor activities such as the hot tub or firepit (which we weren't), just be aware that you can see other homes and the road from most of the outside.

If there was a way to leave a review rating HIGHER than 5 stars, we would!! So quiet, clean, and comfortable. Love property and our second time to stay here. Always so wonderful!!

What a beautiful and peaceful home! We loved spending time in the hot tub, playing games, and enjoying the fire. Only downside was low water pressure in the primary bathroom shower, but not a huge issue. Galina was incredibly responsive and helpful. We loved our stay!

We stayed a week with another family. The location is great for several reasons including walkable to restaurants, wineries, breweries, hiking and other small shops. We chose it mainly for its central location to large state parks like Letchworth and Watkins Glen although there was a great hike just down the street. The home was clean, neat, updated and well appointed. Keypad entry was good for easy access. Nice touches inside and out that made it homey like decorative lights on the deck, books on the shelves, artwork on the walls. The unique layout also allowed each family some privacy. Homeowner was a pleasure to interact with, very responsive to questions and had helpful advice for the area. We very much enjoyed our stay!

It was a wonderful experience staying at Larry and Don’s place. The house is so cozy, perfectly equipped, and very clean. The view of the lake from the windows is calming and adds to the uniqueness of the home. Larry and Don were fully available, and everything we hoped for was exactly as expected. We were four adults and four children, and we had plenty of space — it never felt crowded. We highly recommend staying with Larry and Don!

We have stayed here a few times when we come to visit family. The place is always clean & located on a quiet street perfect for taking a walk. Karen has always been very receptive to messages. Check out is very easy too!

As described- nice place on the water great for a nice quiet getaway. I would definitely go back. Amenities are super close by and the grill and fire pit are huge adds for an awesome weekend. Some parts of the house are starting to show age a bit and some simple upgrades like bathroom doorknobs could go a long way, but the place is definitely charming and quaint!

We had a fantastic stay during Thanksgiving week. Perfectly situated on Beach Ave., close to lots of bars and restaurants. The home was fantastic. Really beautiful. As a small, but appreciated bonus, it was nice to have coffee pots in the front bedroom and kitchenette upstairs. Worth every penny. Gregory was a great host!
