Maite's apartment is the best you can find in Costa Ballena. It's spacious and new. It's very bright and well-equipped. Air Conditioning is practically not needed because it is quite cool just opening a couple of windows. It has two excellent terraces and the bedrooms are of a good size. The beach is a 10-minute walk or a 5-minute bike ride. It's in a quiet area of Costa Ballena. The development has several pools that are not usually very crowded and a couple of paddle courts. The only thing we had of any problems with was the water heater. It is very small for a family of four if we all are showered behind each other, it would be important to notify them in advance so that guests can organize themselves, because once you already know it, it is no problem. They miss trash cans in the bathrooms and a larger hair dryer. But overall we were very comfortable and communication with Maite was very smooth

A great stay!! The apartment is beautiful and perfectly equipped. To highlight the attention of both José and Natalia who at all times were available and accessible to solve small incidents that could arise quickly and diligently. Highly recommended!!!

We had a great holiday. Fabulous location next to bars and restaurants.The apartment is stylish very well equipped and has amazing views .It was very clean. The sunsets are spectacular and can be viewed from the balcony. As it was early in the season the swimming pool was closed, which we were informed about but it would have been nice to have a sun lounger on the balcony. Juan greeted us at the property and explained everything we needed to know. He was available by phone to solve any issues or queries we had.

We had a lovely stay here. Everything was comfortable and homely. It's so close to the beach which is beautiful and kept very clean. You can see the sea from the balcony, and there are many good restaurants nearby. Manuel was a lovely host.

Francisco is a very good host who was responsive at all times and responded immediately to inquiries. The apartment is very nice, with a large terrace and in close proximity to the beach. Good restaurants are also within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay (5 weeks) very much and would very much like to come back.

The apartment is very nice, decorated to detail and as described, it even seems wider in reality than the photos. The kitchen has all kinds of utensils, the only thing we miss was the microwave. Joy and Opi are very friendly and always attentive to anything. We had a very pleasant time in Vejer.

Very good location to disconnect for a few days, we had a great few days with our little girl and our dog. The attention of Oscar, the host, spectacular always attentive and taking care of the detail to the fullest, a sure success.

We can only say good things about our experience in this duplex , nice , clean , close to everything, very true to the photos . Very comfortable accommodation both in terms of bedding and in the kitchen and living room. We had a very nice stay with family with children. The nearby Barossa beach on foot is nice for strolling, swimming and playing in the sand. Our host was very nice and flexible.

Beautiful and functional apartment in the old town of the city with fabulous terrace and privileged views to the Castillo de San Marcos. Impeccable in terms of cleanliness and with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Great care and attention to every detail (from the guides, maps, and books about the province and its natural landscapes that you find at the entrance, to the selection of aromatic and decorative plants that embellish the terrace, the hosts have thought of everything). Communication with Rafa and Manu has been more than smooth and they have been at our disposal at all times. Thank you very much for all the kindness and sensitivity you have shown. We spent 6 great days there with our dogs, enjoying fabulous corners of the province of Cádiz and would certainly repeat.

Antonia was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The apartment was exactly as described and such great value for money. We were travelling by motorcycle so the secure underground parking was perfect.

Alejandro was aware as soon as we arrived and I don't hesitate to tell us everything we needed to feel comfortable in the area. We had water, chuches for the kid and also had the detail to leave us a bottle of white wine from the land. At no time have we felt uncomfortable, you can walk to the beach and the Ocio area, there are food establishments very close and in the community pool there was a good atmosphere. We would repeat.

Everything great. Alejandro attended us great. The apartment is super spacious and the facilities are very good.

Almost new comfortable and recommended accommodation about 10 minutes walk from the incredible beach of Conil and the center of the village. Less than 5 minutes from the market and several shops. The own parking space is a super plus because parking in the area is complicated in summer, as well as facilitating convenience in loading and unloading suitcases or shopping. The urbanization is also very good, despite the fact that the patio does not have any privacy but we were touched by neighbors around very friendly. New appliances including a small dishwasher, duct air conditioning, 2 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms made our stay very comfortable. Thank you for everything

Lovely, well appointed apartment in a quiet, tucked away location but within walking distance of the beach and handy for supermarket. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and we would definitely come here again.

Encarna's apartment is perfect for a vacation in the Puerto de Santa María. Beach just a ten-minute walk away. Various places to eat nearby. The pool of the residential complex is very nice and quiet. Although it is not very difficult to park in the area it is an important point to have a parking space in the building's basement. The apartment is fully equipped and in very good condition. We'll do it again for sure.
