Perfect accommodation, the house is a pass, clean, new, very well equipped and Beatriz is a very good host, attentive at all times to us. The terrace and pool are the best part of the house.

We had a very nice stay! Everything was clean, tidy, and well taken care of. The location is ideal, close to the beach and supermarkets. Beatriz was very helpful and friendly, always available to answer any questions and make sure we were comfortable.

My partner and I stayed at the property for a couple of nights. We found the place exactly as it is shown in the photos, very clean, tidy and comfortable. The host Juan was very accommodating and attentive, he waited for us to arrive well beyond the checking time, also sorting the car park for us. We highly recommend this place, no matter what season is chosen to visit Cádiz and surrounding areas.

The apartment is very good, comfortable beds and very well insulated. we were in cold weather, but we were very August. Next to the promenade, with restaurants bars and food shops nearby. The host was very friendly. thank you!!

Everything's fantastic

Macarena, was a fantastic host. The apartment is fairly new, clean and well organized. It had all the basics to make our stay very comfortable. Located in a beautiful neighborhood of Rota and being a Penthouse with large balcony allowed us to enjoy the beautiful weather. Great communication, we actually had a family medical emergency during our stay. She quickly offered her assistance. We highly recommend and would hope to use again during our next stay.

We stayed 3 people and the stay was very good. It has parking in the urbanization and it is a Puntazo because we were carrying a big van and it was not easy to find a place in the area. The apartment as shown in the photos, clean and the roof is spectacular.

The house is as shown in the photos! I felt pretty comfortable. Location is perfect! Two supermarkets are within walking distance and the beach is just as fast. It's a pity how clairaudient the house is to the neighboring ones. If the neighbors have even talked a little louder, you've heard every word. Anránzazu was always very friendly and tried to make sure everything is good for me. So my check-out was also due to the postponement of my flight, a little later no problem. Basically I had a really nice time and would definitely come back.

Apartment as the photos reflected, even better. Cari and María José took great care of us. The terrace with tables and two sunbeds gave a lot of play and the pool in front of the apartment allowed us to cool down, relax, read.... The beach, in a quiet area was very close. The apartment is a good choice

We stayed a group of friends for a week and the stay was excellent. The location to port sherry is a few minutes away, allowing us to walk smoothly. We were impressed by all the details that the house had, toilet paper, bath and pool towels, oil, coffee, champu… it was not missing detail. We really liked that it was so equipped. Susana was very nice and was attentive to us on anything we need.

The house was perfect, ideally set up for a family, with toys, equipment for the beach, BBQ, a massive garden and pool, everything we needed. We asked for a cot and it was a real one, not a travel cot, and already set up. The space is large, open and light, with the garden being safe and secure. The pool was a great size, with a shallow platform so our son could play safely in the water unaided, which is rare. The garden is shared with 2 other houses, but it's so big that it's absolutely fine, and would be perfect for a large group to visit together. There was a basic shop nearby, a couple of bar/restaurants on the beach, all within walking distance which was perfect. We had a wonderful time, it's so quiet and chilled, and Marta was a great help too. Would recommend!

We had a great stay at Luis’ place. The villa is exactly as pictured and feels very luxurious inside. Luis was very responsive and even gave us lots of local recommendations for restaurants, supermarkets and activities. The location is perfect and you can walk easily to many beautiful beaches. We would definitely choose this villa to stay in again of we came back to the area.

Our group absolutely loved this home! It is spacious, comfortable, and has a wonderful atmosphere. It was the perfect home for a relaxing beach holiday. The beautiful private, grassy garden was so enjoyable and led directly onto the beach. We hope to return for another holiday next year!!!

A lovely stay at this fabulous house with pool and 5 minute walk to beach. The house had everything we needed and included sun loungers for all and chill out space in the shade plus great eating out opportunities under the awning. We could walk to a fab cocktail bar to sit outside enjoying the view and eat at the restaurant there too. Would definitely recommend!

Very well located house a few meters from a family beach, the house meets what is necessary although some aspects to improve so that everything is 5 stars. 5 star Jesus both in communication and in treatment, good directions to go to eat and get to know the surroundings.

Only stayed for one night, but the home is beautifully appointed, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Alberto was proactive and communicative throughout the reservation and check in process. Highly recommended.

The house has everything to make a comfortable stay. It is well equipped with everything you need (we have stayed 15 days). To park you can enter the car but in our case we have left the cars on the street as it is very quiet. What he didn't like most is the location, it's next to the beach on foot. José Antonio is very nice! If we can come back, we'll be back for sure!
