Everything you could want 2 minutes walk from the most fantastic beach for swimming, surfing and kitesurfing.

I stayed 1 month over Christmas and New Year at this perfect place for me right on the beach promenade. Even though the apartment is not located on the sunny sea side and therefore a little shaded, it had everything I needed to feel very good, very at home and very relaxed. And as soon as you step out the front door, you're on the promenade. Fantastic! Along the beach there is a number of nice cafes and restaurants, also the old town has its charm. All in all, the ideal winter home for me. Very special thanks to Raúl, who contributed to my beautiful time there with his uncomplicated, helpful, high communication and above all warm manner in every way!

We had a fabulous short stay in Manuel’s house in Sanlucar. Family if 3. The property is very functional, super comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen . In an unbeatable location with access to beach, restaurants and a 15 minute walk to the old town. Parking in street. We were looked after by Paqui who is a local lady, warm welcome, timely and very helpful, thank you. We felt at home in this beautiful location and would not hesitate to return. Thank you

Perfect accommodation, the house is a pass, clean, new, very well equipped and Beatriz is a very good host, attentive at all times to us. The terrace and pool are the best part of the house.

Macarena, was a fantastic host. The apartment is fairly new, clean and well organized. It had all the basics to make our stay very comfortable. Located in a beautiful neighborhood of Rota and being a Penthouse with large balcony allowed us to enjoy the beautiful weather. Great communication, we actually had a family medical emergency during our stay. She quickly offered her assistance. We highly recommend and would hope to use again during our next stay.

Victor was very friendly, responded very quickly to messages, the place was clean, literally 2 mins away from the beach.

Myself and 9 other women stayed here for 5 nights to visit our friend working locally. It’s a great location to get to the beach - very short walk. Local pharmacy and local small supermarket all walkable. We were more than happy with the airbnb - we felt it was bigger than the photos which was excellent. The airbnb was nice and clean. Unbeatable house two blocks from the beach, the house was clean and has everything you need to enjoy a few days in all comfort and without having to worry about anything, we were a few friends and we were very comfortable. Beatriz was attentive all the time that we were comfortable and that there was no problem, we will definitely come back. Exceptional parking and arrival with a grocery store two streets away. Quiet and family-friendly urbanization that you feel safe and comfortable. It has front garden, back and terrace to enjoy. 100% recommended

Very cozy house and very well located a few meters from the beach. It has all amenities. The house was impeccable when we arrived. Victor, who is the one who welcomed us, is very attentive and pleasant and gives all kinds of facilities.

What an incredible little house! A beautiful cozy wooden cabin a short walk, approximately 700 m from the iconic beach of El Palmar. It was absolutely perfect for us, a couple with our dog. Great kitchen, lots of space, well equipped. Outside space was super cool with a great traditional Spanish barbecue and a good seating area. The pool area was closed off as we went mid winter time. It’s actually a separate area connected to the side of the house. In December pretty much everything is closed in the area so make sure you go in well stocked up! You can tell it’s a summer town, but we really enjoyed the peace and tranquility of visiting over the winter when nobody is there and you can really get the most out of the beach. The beach is truly lovely - it’s big, plenty of walking, just a great area. The host David was super responsive and helpful. 10 out of 10 would definitely go back!

We had a great stay at Luis’ place. The villa is exactly as pictured and feels very luxurious inside. Luis was very responsive and even gave us lots of local recommendations for restaurants, supermarkets and activities. The location is perfect and you can walk easily to many beautiful beaches. We would definitely choose this villa to stay in again of we came back to the area.

Walk to the beach, spectacular estate, huge. To enjoy with children as they can go up and down from the beach alone with some supervision. Huge garden to play, watch the sunset and the sea. The house is a little old and would need some tweaks but the estate makes up for the inconvenience. The lovely and very kind owner.

Very well located house a few meters from a family beach, the house meets what is necessary although some aspects to improve so that everything is 5 stars. 5 star Jesus both in communication and in treatment, good directions to go to eat and get to know the surroundings.

Only stayed for one night, but the home is beautifully appointed, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Alberto was proactive and communicative throughout the reservation and check in process. Highly recommended.

The stay was quite pleasant, everything was very clean and Francisco was always attentive in case we missed something. We were 3 people and my dog, we did not lack detail. It is close to the beach, close to catering area that had all kinds of food. A pleasure

The house has everything to make a comfortable stay. It is well equipped with everything you need (we have stayed 15 days). To park you can enter the car but in our case we have left the cars on the street as it is very quiet. What he didn't like most is the location, it's next to the beach on foot. José Antonio is very nice! If we can come back, we'll be back for sure!
