India And Desmond's place is now one of our favorites in Chattanooga! the amenities are hard to match. The massage chair was a huge bonus! Everything was spotless when we arrived. The furnishings are high end and very comfortable. I have already booked another trip and would not hesitate to book again later.

I truly can’t say enough how wonderful Lyn’s tiny home is! It’s a little slice of peace and magic, with every little detail beautifully thought out and curated. Lyn and Brett have truly outdone themselves with their beautiful properties and made us feel right at home, thank you for being so warm & welcoming. We cannot wait to return to Paradise Meadows!

This was such a beautiful and peaceful property! The owners were so responsive and thought of everything! Loved making memories around the giant island and soaking in the hot tub!! Very clean and could easily come together but also spacious enough for everyone! Wonderful experience overall!

Our family had a wonderful few days here! We loved the location and walked to the North Chattanooga shops and along the river as well as across the river to Bluff View and downtown. Having grown up on nearby Signal Mountain, it was a great way to have our family together here in Chattanooga again! Hosts were personable and professional.

Kathy and David have created a comfortable and tidy getaway in picturesque surroundings, way off the beaten path. The townhouse features upscale decor and bedding. The hosts were extremely communicative and accommodating, providing plenty of support for our special request.

We do an event at the nearby park every year and this place was a gem to find. We were only there for a few hours, just long enough to get some Zs. However, when we opened up the fridge we saw fresh bread, eggs, and milk. I think they made it. Who does that? Super awesome. I gave all of the bread to all the volunteers who helped out at the race on the Fiery Gizz. They loved it. Thank you for a great place at a great price. Will be back in the years to come.

It's a very special treat to spend any time in this house. Meticulously clean, warm, and fun. I loved the lava lamp and flamingo bathroom. It's clear the owners care about the home and their guests.

The riverfront was so beautiful and we really enjoyed going to the dock multiple times a day to see the fish and insects and birds with our 2yo. We enjoyed having a retreat without wifi and phone service. Hosts were friendly and welcoming and let us charge our car. It’s great to stay somewhere with human hosts instead of the faceless companies running so many AirBnBs nowadays. Just a note that it’s on the north side of the river, a ways out of town; I thought it was the south before we got the location and it makes a big difference for estimating drive times. Folks familiar with the area probably wouldn’t make that mistake ;)

The location was great and the place was clean and tidy. It's easy to get to Frazier Ave and downtown. There are lots of walkable shops and restaurants.

Paul was a great host. Very responsive and friendly. The location was great as it was walkable to a few restaurants, gas station and park. The property was clean, tidy and had a stocked kitchen if cooking is desired. It was a cozy and comfortable place to stay. Highly recommend.

Kim’s place is a quiet retreat away from the city. The decor is thoughtful, and made us feel welcome. I slept well in the comfy bed, and the shower is excellent. I would definitely stay again when I’m back in the area.

Susan was a wonderful hostess for us over the holiday! The space was great for us and our 3 dogs - it felt like staying at a family's house. She made check-in very easy and appreciated the VIP parking spot :) Her communication was superb including around the rooms with helpful notes and guides.

Bonnie's place was so cozy and inviting. From the atmosphere and amenities to Bonnie checking in and providing us with some treats, we felt very cared for here. Loved watching birds and critters outside our door each morning. The driveway was tricky to get out from the first time, but advice form Bonnie worked liked a charm.

We stayed here for a short weekend away. The apartment was bigger than I expected, which was a nice surprise, and was very clean! The bathroom was spacious and comfortable. The whole apartment was nicely decorated and thoughtfully laid out. We appreciated the sound machine in the bedroom, which drowned out any outside noise at night. Brad responded to messages all most immediately, and was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to friends.

Tina was easy to talk to-gave us some restaurant ideas to try and brought our food each morning. The B&B was close to Fall Creek Falls too!

We had a wonderful time. The house was beautiful, clean, and so comfortable and the staff (Rachel) was the icing on the top. She was so sweet and kind and made delicious breakfasts for us. We are trying to plan a return trip already! The peace and quiet is amazing here, massages were so needed and the most comfortable bed ever.

Mr. Gary and his wife were wonderful. We had nice conversation. They made us a lovely breakfast. They were very pleasant to sit down and talk with.

After a lovely stay at Selah Farms two years ago, we decided to return, hoping for another wonderful fall getaway. Everything lived up to our expectations, and we had a great experience once again. The property is beautiful, the farm-fresh breakfast is a must, and Reina and John are delightful hosts. If you want to explore Fall Creek Falls and the surrounding area, you won't find a better place to call home for a few nights. I'm sure we'll be back again in the future!

Great place to stay near downtown and Lee University. Walkable to events at Lee and restaurants in downtown. The cafe is also nice and a great breakfast. Tim was quick to respond and helpful.

Area and lodging were more than photos captured. The hosts were attentive to our needs and were available daily if needed. This is the second time we were here and will book again in the future.

This was the PERFECT getaway for celebrating my mom's 80th birthday! We had 6 people from 20-80 and every one of us loved it. We played games, ate a lot (The food was AMAZING!!! You won't be sorry if you order food from the hostess/chef instead of going out. Did I say the food was amazing? Lol) We got to pet the farm animals, did some porch swinging, and enjoyed all the cute, sweet, fun, pretty stuff, interesting stuff etc everywhere you look. Also, the hostess Deborah went out of her way to decorate specifically for my mother and made her (& all of us:) feel special. I hope we can make this an annual event!
