Great place. Spacious, clean, quiet. If this is the neighborhood you're looking for then this is a aces.

I had a wonderful stay here! Before check in they sent me a video for where to park, how to find the place from the main street, and how to get inside and what all the codes were. It was incredibly helpful and a very smart thing to do! I had no issues while staying here, and there was a lot to explore in the immediate area. I would definitely recommend them if I ever have anyone needing a place to stay while visiting!

Stephanie was a terrific host—friendly, responsive, and always helpful. The apartment was spotless, nicely furnished, and perfectly located. We loved being so close to Michigan Avenue shopping and enjoyed the stunning views of Lake Michigan from the apartment, with even more incredible ones from the rooftop. The kitchen had everything we needed, though we didn’t cook much. The mattress was high-quality and super comfortable—a must after busy days exploring! As others suggested, bringing an eye mask might be helpful for sleeping in. The location was unbeatable, with everything within walking distance—shops, great restaurants, the subway, and even grocery stores and markets. The coffee shop in the lobby was such a convenient and cozy touch for mornings. We were in town to explore Chicago as tourists, and this spot made it effortless to see everything the city has to offer. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely return. I booked this place for my son who grew up in the Chicagoland area, so we are very familiar with both the location and what it offers. Everything from the proximity to great restaurants, public transportation, and ease of accessing museums and Lakeshore to the general ambiance and safety of the area was perfect.

Had a great 2 night stay in this cozy apartment while my daughter and I visited colleges in the area. Nancy went above and beyond, from an early checkin, to helpful amenities in the space, like snacks/water/etc. The area is nice, with walkable restaurants, and we always found parking, even though parking spots seemed to be in high demand. The L is pretty close, and you can hear it, but it didn't interfere with enjoying the space, or sleep, for either of us.

Very comfortable space; great location; helpful host; well-equipped. Of note, there is no thermostat within the space, but that did not present an issue. Would return without hesitation in the future.

Her place was just what I need to getaway. Close to beach and casino. Place was very clean and had a bunch of restaurants near! Would definitely be booking again. She always allows early check in(if available). She’s very responsive as well.

Dorothy was lovely and my stay at her place was exactly what I needed. The apartment is clean and well appointed. Location is great - walkable to Rivendale Theatre and lots of restaurants. Would definitely stay with Dorothy again if my travels take me back to this part of Chicago.

Angela’s place is amazing. As a host she is extremely responsive and went above and beyond to address anything that I asked about. I l love the primary bedroom because it’s large and the bed is really comfortable. My husband enjoyed the jetted tub.l in the upstairs bathroom. We also made great use of the workout room (my husband did). The open concept first floor suited my family needs well. Overall we enjoyed our stay and are appreciative of Angela for being a great hostess!

Truely a home away from home. We had our family go together for the holidays and booked the place for two weeks. Tsegie's place has everything in there and plenty of space. It has clean linens, towels and utensils including for baking. Only confusion was with regards to the pet as there is a fee for having a pet (dog). Since we didn't list the dog in our booking, there was a bit of clarifications to be sent back and forth before we settled it down amicably. Overall, an excellent place for family and friends gathering.

Caryl's home is a lovingly preserved house with character. Our family of 4 stayed there over Christmas and we truly appreciated the extra touches provided. There were holiday decorations, including a Christmas tree and she even left us a welcome package with snacks. My favorite room is the living room with it's wall of windows and a nice window bench where you can sit and read or just window watch. The home was very spacious with plenty of space to enjoy as a family. The home is within walking distance of Hyde Park's restaurants. It was winter so we drove to pick up food or shop at Trader Joe's or Whole Foods. A great place to stay and we'd love to return in the summer so we can enjoy the backyard.

This home is in a quiet neighborhood. It is close to a Target awesome. Easily walkable to Andersonville and Clark St. for many restaurants and shops. The home itself was spacious, beautiful, and very clean. Junni was responsive to our inquiries.

This one of the best Airbnb I have been. The photos don’t do justice to how beautiful and organized this property is. It’s super clean and organized. The aesthetics in the interior are superb and every floor is a work of art.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb on the north side of Chicago! The location was perfect—close to everything I needed, with easy access to great restaurants, local attractions, and public transportation. The home is extremely spacious and located w/in walkable distances to restaurants and shops in Evanston IL. Very modernized and kept cozy warm with steam heat. We had 4 adults and a dog staying there and we had plenty of room to spread out. We also entertained and easily accommodated 8 extra people for dinner. The selection of toys for children were also very helpful. Thank you for sharing this place with us over the holidays!

Jeremiah and Maysa were very responsive and so organized. So much attention to detail. The home was updated while still preserving the historic character of the chicago architecture. Close to store and quaint street. Great view through the sunroom windows of the historic homes on the street. We found all the kitchen needs to cook our Christmas dinner and serve in the dining room. Plenty of room to put up a 7 tree and even able to hang our stockings. Appreciated private parking and safe neighborhood with attention to security. Would stay here again next time in the city!

It’s always nice to know that help is just a message away! The location is fantastic—perfectly situated to explore the local sights and hidden gems. I loved being able to step out and find great restaurants and shops within walking distance. One of my favorite features was the record player! It added a nostalgic touch to my mornings and evenings, allowing me to unwind with some great tunes. And let’s not forget about the shower—it was absolutely breathtaking! It felt like a spa experience every time I stepped in. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded my expectations, and I can’t wait to return! Five Stars!

Ari was a great host. The place is in a cute neighborhood that has many of the things you should need and want. It has all you need for a short or long term stay. The property is on the older side, but that is a product of being in Chicago.
