Apartment vacation rentals in Chevilly Larue

My husband and I stayed at Jean Louis place for 1 week and couldn’t be happier about our choice! When we arrived, he arranged for us to meet with Nacera (who lives in the building) to greeted me at door with enthusiasm and to showed us the apartment. The apartment is clean, spacious and had all the amenities. The location is ideal, less than 1 street block from public metro and bus stop, walking distance to great bars, restaurants, patisserie, cheese and bakery shops, and supermarket. Overall great experience and we look forward to stay at this beautiful Parisian apartment again!

We stayed at the property for 4 next. Vincent sent us several videos before to get into the apartment. He always responded immediately to 2-3 queries, I never waited longer than 5 minutes for a response. The pictures accurately represent the apartment. There is a separate bathroom, a modern, fully functional kitchen, a living room and a cozy and sufficiently large bed. Metro station to the city, supermarkets, a kisok and snacks can be reached in less than 5 minutes on foot. So we had a completely relaxed stay at the apartment. I highly recommend both the apartment and the landlord for a trip to Paris!

We were very well received by Peggy who was kind enough to accept to host us outside of the indicated hours. We were there for medical reasons and this flexibility was both helpful and enjoyable. The accommodation is very cozy and quiet, it feels good. We slept very well. The bedding is comfortable. Peggy is a lovely person! Thank you very much Peggy for your kindness.

Fantastic place and great location. Everything you need. Metro nearby or simply walk to most sites across Paris. Plenty of restaurants, lovely wine shops or supermarkets. Apartment was great although lounge is more sitting room/lounge but to be honest you’re there to be out and seeing the wonderful city. To walk out Blanche metro and your looking straight at the Moulin Rouge was a great start. Monmartre an easy walk behind the apartment. Thoroughly recommended and in an expensive city very well priced. Great host and perfect communication. If coming from CDG just be aware the metro has a lot of stairs so don’t pack too much. Give yourself plenty of time going back to airport. It took ages to get a ticket at Gare de Nord as massive queue. 25 minute wait so plan ahead as I missed my flight checkin. My fault but allow for delays. Otherwise just get your shoes on and explore

I stayed 1 month at Sam´s house and everything was perfect, strongly recommend.

The apartment was excellent and the host was responsive to anything we needed. Contemporary art and many moods of lighting were welcome to return to after many miles visiting museums, monuments and shops. TV and WiFi worked. The building and apartment were very secure, right down from the Arc de Triomphe and the Metro. I unequivocally recommend this Luxurious Apartment.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, well located apartment. It was perfect for 2 guests, we loved each having our own full bathrooms. It’s located inside an inner courtyard, so despite the fact it’s only half a block to a busy street, it’s totally quiet. You have everything you need nearby and it’s central to all the sites. Stephane was amazing, he stayed in touch and made himself totally available if we had any questions. I will recommend this apartment to friends!!

A very nice apartment to have a good time. Alain is a responsive and attentive host. The front door of the building in winter wedges a little, do not hesitate to force a little.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor (1 bedroom double bed + bathroom + small sofa bed area + kitchen). Super clean and well equipped apartment. The host was very welcoming and totally available to answer my questions. I recommend.

A perfect stay! The apartment is as described, clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. Amenities like hot tub and sauna are a real plus to relax. Benjamin is a responsive and attentive host, with clear instructions that make it easy to check in and out. I would definitely recommend it again and would definitely stay there again!

Accommodation perfectly matching expectations. The hot tub was ready to be used when we arrived, which is very nice. Very good location and completely independent. If I had something to complain about, it would be about the cleaning which is not perfectly done but it is very correct. I recommend it without hesitating!
